I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 3 years,
Now they have charged 573 under this category dcardfee0785jun17-may18st74.85
I am not aware what type of charges are these.
They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. Same happend in last 5 months back agin its happen

    Cancel my credit card
    When credit card peoples called for credit card they told free credit card but now they charging, still i am not activated still i am getting bill from bank. I am very much confusing why they peoples are do like this, this is not for me only every time they told the same for all. Its very difficult to resolve this issue. Please resolve it soon

      I have opened a saving account from icici by mistakenly from icici online on which i have funded an amount of rs - 1000/- to that account as per their suggestion, but for some reason the account i am not interested anymore to open. So as per their rules and regulation i can get that amount refunded. So i requested at my branch to give me back the amount to my existing account but they said contact customer service.
      I contacted customer care they are telling me to contact branch. I again contacted branch they are saying only customer care service can refund your amount.
      Now again i mailed customer care but from last 3 days or 4 no response they gave me, whereas they informed me after sending my mail that "we will get back to you withing 48 hours".

      So do i have to run here and there to request a refund?

      Please tell them to refund my money to my existing account.
      Its getting me frustrated and annoying now.

        This accident has happened again. Now I got a call from the name of ICICI Costmer Care. And they were speaking to give back the money. And they began to say that money will come back to you. So they were asking for my card number and cvv number and expiry date. I thought maybe my money would come back. But this did not happen and Rs 4000 / - was cut. Can i get back that I need of money. I have to enroll in my child's school. You must understand my compulsion Please try to get me back money. It will be so kind of you.

          Respected sir'
          It is to submit that a trial version of software drop box free for a month period was activated by me on 23.5.17. It was having terms and conditions such that it was necessary to fill up credit card details and to agree that after a month (If not renewed), it will get renewed automatically.
          On 23.6.17 a transaction of 750$ trough my credit card np [protected] took place, though i am neither using the soft ware nor keen to renew the same.
          My complaint on phone to customer care was already registered vide sr[protected]. Now attatching the cdf and credit card copy. Pl do needful for getting back the payment of 750$.

            Trying to convert existing ordinary savings account to nro, and open an nre account. Since 2 months icici dubai office could not accomplish this task.

            I am issued with a credit card which expired in 2012, never used it since then.
            Have an fd against my card which is against my card, hence if there was any payment it will be dealt with once i receive the statement.

            My current sb ordinary account is dormant, but icici is not taking proactive steps to resolve this issue asap.

              I have a demat account in icici bank for 3 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till may-17 — inr 805'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                On[protected] i've withdrawn an amount of rs.400 from the carnival infopark phase 2 icici bank's atm. I had got 4x100 indian rupee notes. Among them, one note was damaged. It can't be used anywhere. When i checked into the nearest icici branch, they told me that they need proof. How can i make a proof? Can i take a photo of that notes infront of that atm? They can't replace the note as they are outsourcing the deposit of money to atm. I've never got these type of irresponsible response from anywhere. They told me that they are helpless. A lady in the bank behaved in a harsh manner.

                To whom do i register a complaint regarding this? How would i resolve this issue?

                  I have been harassed on email by your so called service team, including head service quality team, senior management email id for 6 months in a row. My only request was to bring back my enhanced home loan emi to bank approved emi and can you believe it took 6 months to bring that point forward.

                  I have been on phone calls with your associates (Specifically kalisarjuna) who has denied my request on emails and phone multiple times but very smartly not writing my query back to me but changing the version of my query...

                  I am not wanting to have a call back from kalisarjuna to understand why did she do this intentionally and why did she lie about this to me on the phone.

                  I have got harrased for 6 months and i am ok taking this ahead for another 6 months if that is required.

                  Yes my request was addressed in the end but that was due to my persistence and not due to icici bank associates...

                  I am going all out to let every one know how strategically icici bank tries too fool customers, it has taken 6 months for them to understand what i actually wanted and all this while they have been trying to evade the whole point... If i had given up and not followed up for 6 month my legitimate concern would have been unresolved...

                  I am not ok with fake apology that there head service naik or so called senior management email is talking about... I need to talk to kalisarjuna and understand why did she lie to me on phone and emails...

                  I wanted to bring this to the attention of rbi to please take a look at this and revoke home loan license of icici bank

                    I have been receiving credit card bills from the last 5 to 6 months for which i dont even have a credit card with me. Every time i get a call from icici bank i inform the same to them and no one is even bothered to take a serious action against this problem. This is spoiling my cbil score. Please help in cancelling this card and close this issue on top priority.

It is to brought under your notice that Ms. Parul, Mr. Rahul, and One More employee (mobile No. [protected]), Manager/representative at ICICI Bank, Sector-66, Gurugram have not responding my loan request ID- 74012 dated 15.06.2017 since my several communication. When i make a call on 23.06.2017 (Friday) at around 2.06 PM to Ms. Parul, representative/Manager of ICICI bank told me that we will provide you your Loan disbursement receipt on Tuesday i.e 27.06.2017 as she requested that 24.06.2016 & 25.06.2017, 26.06.17 are coming holidays on account of 4th Saturday, Sunday and EID. Now today i.e. 27.06.2017, when I asked Ms. Parul, Manager/representative at ICICI Bank, Sector-66, Gurugram to provide me the receipt of disbursement of Rs. 326666/- on her whatsapp no. [protected] (10.15AM), she made replied me that plzzz generate a new reqeust, It is totally mentally torture by the aforesaid ICICI bank Official. Please arrange to disbursement of my demand of Rs. 326666/- in Favour of M/s JMK Holdings Private Limited (Signature Global) on urgent basis as I have made a fresh request for the same. This is not Banking, It is totally cheating with the customer. Please take a strict action against the aforesaid Faulty employees, Ms. Parul, Mr. Rahul and one more employee mobile No. [protected] of ICICI Bank, Sec-66, Gurugram against their cheeting of Trust of Customer, Carelessness and Irresponsible behaviour. Please help us.

                          I got my debit card and check book and
                          I don't get debit card pin.
                          So i am requested to icici bank sr. Nagar branch, hyderabad to generate my atm debit card pin.
                          No employee is careing about my issue so that i have decided to close my account from your icici bank.
                          And i will tell for some other people who are opening account in your bank that don't open account in this icici bank.
                          Because these employees are not careing to customers. The icici bank employees are working for time pass and for monthly salary but they are not working for the people or customers of icici bank.

                            Yesterday i have placed an order of 1976 in purple.com and noticed that the order hasn't been placed. I have made the payment via netbanking and could see my money has been deducted.

                                Hello, i have applied for salary account and its around month the account has not been activated. we were promised that our account will be activated within days. the person through whom we have applied is making excuses daily. Its so shameful that icici being such a big brand is havins such poor facilities.I am from pune please help me!!!

                                  I have not received the account statement for payment schedule for my loan. I want to make foreclosure but dont know what is the remaining amount i have to pay.

                                    hi.. My name is srinadh.. Last 4 digits of my icici credit card number is
                                    1005.. My registered mobile number is [protected].. Mail id is

                                    issue is i hv try add 10k to paytm wallet on 09 feb 17 but that transaction
                                    could not take place due to some reason but the amt was debited from my
                                    credit card.. And the same was not credited to my paytm wallet.. Later i hv
                                    complained the same issue to icici customer care & paytm care... Icici
                                    customer care raised the sr[protected] and 10000 was temporarily credited to
                                    my credit card...
                                    now after 2 months same amt of 10000 was debited again on 04 apr 17 stating
                                    that paytm was declined.. I don't understand wt type of verification was
                                    done by ur dispute team.. Am providing the paytm wallet summary of feb 17 &
                                    all ur transaction ids plz check it once again.. Bcz i didn't receive that
                                    10000 rupees from paytm in february...

                                      I have submitted form 15 for the 5 fds hold under my sb account. I was seeing tds deducted in different fds randomly each month

                                      For couple of fds, i see 0 tds deducted for the first month after opening fd. Second month tds is deducted at 10% for each fd.
                                      For one of the fd xxx6580 1007 rs tds is deducted for rs 547 credit.
                                      How is this possible??? Its almost double of interest credited.in the second month, for same fd tds is nil.
                                      But none of these tax is shown in tax credit certificate in banks even at the end of quarter. After raising complaint, first they said i didnt submit form 15.
                                      After showing the acknowledgment for the form 15 submitted., they were casually telling some system problem happened. How can system problem happen in calculation and that too randomly. If it is a problem it should be uniform pattern in deduction for all fd's.
                                      After asking for rectification, they were telling money cannot be refunded as the tax is paid already. When asked for tax credit certificate, one # was telling it will be available only at the end of year. But it should be reflecting in my form26as once the payment is made. When asked about that he could nt answer and telling he knows only about bank statement. Without knowing anything he was blabbering over call.
                                      They have hired all idiots in the bank and trained them.
                                      They are doing fraud and looting the money directly.
                                      Altogether rs 2000 has been deducted as tds for 2 months and nothing is refunded nor credited under my tds.

                                      What is mean by ANW charges. I deposited Rs. 22000/- in my account but only Rs. 21857/- is credited in my account. Please give my money back.
