Kindly refer to subject noted above. It is to brought under your notice that Ms. Parul, Mr. Rahul, and One More employee (mobile No. [protected]), Manager/representative at ICICI Bank, Sector-66, Gurugram have not responding my loan request ID- 74012 dated 15.06.2017 since my several communication. When i make a call on 23.06.2017 (Friday) at around 2.06 PM to Ms. Parul, representative/Manager of ICICI bank told me that we will provide you your Loan disbursement receipt on Tuesday i.e 27.06.2017 as she requested that 24.06.2016 & 25.06.2017, 26.06.17 are coming holidays on account of 4th Saturday, Sunday and EID. Now today i.e. 27.06.2017, when I asked Ms. Parul, Manager/representative at ICICI Bank, Sector-66, Gurugram to provide me the receipt of disbursement of Rs. 326666/- on her whatsapp no. [protected] (10.15AM), she made replied me that plzzz generate a new reqeust, It is totally mentally torture by the aforesaid ICICI bank Official. Please arrange to disbursement of my demand of Rs. 326666/- in Favour of M/s JMK Holdings Private Limited (Signature Global) on urgent basis as I have made a fresh request for the same. This is not Banking, It is totally cheating with the customer. Please take a strict action against the aforesaid Faulty employees, Ms. Parul, Mr. Rahul and one more employee mobile No. [protected] of ICICI Bank, Sec-66, Gurugram against their cheeting of Trust of Customer, Carelessness and Irresponsible behaviour. Please help us.
