Today i got a msg from icici credit department saying that "dear customer, your icici bank credit card application has not been approved. Pls re-apply after 6 months from the date of your current application.",
This is the second time my application got rejected.
I got a email stating that apply preapproved icici credit card.
First i waited for 2 weeks after online application. No one called me for the documents process....

Today I check my e-statement, I found that today dated 01/06/2017 Rs.5000/- was funded to Dr. Tran for funding A/c[protected].

I don't know who has transferred and I did not get any mail or message on phone.

It seems like a cyber fraud.

Please help asap.

I was facing some problem in refund my amount in bank account. I was transact inr of 480 on 11th may 2017 to order id [protected] to pay bill but some of the technical reason paytm refund my payment and i was already transfer this amount in my bank also on 11th may but still i am not getting credit this amount to my bank account.

I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 5years,
Now they have charged 521.29 under this category DCardfee0410MAY17-APR18ST68

I am not aware what type of charges are these.
They never informed me regarding these charges either by email, letter or by SMS.
Who has given rights to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
Because we kept the money in bank that give rights to bank that...

At atm sec. 22, huda, market gurgaon haryana, here is deployed on security guard, he is doing very bad behavior with public, he is not wear uniform, he was in sleepier, i need complaint no. This is to inform you that i g. L. Rao from jamshedpur i had taken loan amount of 22000 r. S in 2001 from icici bank agent at yamha show room sakchi that time he did not give any documents to me my loan has been cleared in 11 months continuously. But i don't have any idea to take noc because i didn't take any loan befor. The icici bank did not send to me any noc till now and i don't have any loan number also, i complained...

One cannot book train tickets in irctc via icici bank account. No icici credit card/debit card/net banking is listed out under the payment options in the irctc site. This is causing a hassle among the icici account holders and are forced to use other accounts.

What is the alternate option icici is providing for their customer for booking train tickets via irctc site...

I dont't know, for what you have deducted the amount of 564.14 on 26th may 2017 and my account came to zero balance and it was mentioned with the reference of dmc/[protected] dp chgs till a pr-17.

Hi, i am harshitha j k, on last year march 10th 2016 i used my icici bank debit card in canara bank atm. But unfortunately i did not receive any amount, the system was just buffering and finally it showed transaction was successful, where 3000/- was deducted from my account.
The same issue was took to icici home branch as well canara bank but no response. Later matter was taken to rbi where they instructed banks to credit the money...

In my ICICI Accout No :[protected], Rs.113.85 debited as "RwdRdmFee/1521890/27-04-17". When I asked Customer care, they said it is against IRCTC train ticket Booking on 27.04.2017. How come IRCTC can debit amount for a past travel without notice? I Hope it is not so by IRCTC.

Then, Kindly Confirm the transaction details to recover the debited Amount as well as little bit care while using online transfers....

I am facing the surcharge issue with my icici debit card, in this month (May-2017) 4times surcharges are deducted from my account (11.5+11.50+11.50+11.50rs), then y the gov. Is telling to go cashless, when i used sbm debit card their is no surcharges are deducted from my account. Icici bank customer service team look at my issue.

I have icici hp debit card which i am using for last 4-5 years and i am purchasing fuel from araneshwar petrol pump in pune-satara road which is icici bank - hp outlet and they never charged me surcharge. Now all of sudden icici bank got up and when i purchased fuel in this month swiping my icici bank debit card bank debited surcharge on fuel to my account without my knowledge.
