I have made a delhi university form payment using internet banking which went through eazypay's site. Though the payment was successful at first instance and an amount of rs 250 was deducted from my j&k bank account but the payment was o hold and the delhi university site was showing a pending payment which i later on repaid using other account. Transaction id for the payment is ebil/eazyp[protected]-/[protected]. Such things have happened in the past as well where the amount is deducted for an unsuccessful attempt and i didnt get a refund. Please go through the flaws and direct a refund to my account as soon as possible.

    I have an saving account in ICICI Bank, and I have deposited 10000 Rs. to clear my Cradit card bill, but ICICI BANK Has deducted 6000 Rs. against some ECS Return, but I have no information regarding the Any ECS present in my account.
    As per process bank will intimate regarding the ECS Present in Account

      My grand daughter (Purvi dwivedi d/o vinay dwivedi dsb ac 1927 / 42 sbbj chetak cir) icici safety bond refund (Cheque no. / micr no. 002021 dated 28/4/2017) received.
      Sbi branch first credit the amount (41141) but after one day bank again debited that amount. They asked that name and fathers name is ok but account no. Given on cheque is of not purvi dwivedi. That is ture. They are asking that a letter from icici bank (From u) requir so that this amount is credited in her purvi dwivedi sb acount. Either yours amount is received by sbi but not credited in my doughter acount. Kindly issue letter or mail us.

        I have my saving bank account in ICICI Bank which detail is as under. Yesterday When I was doing transaction than come to know that account is freezed without any information to me. As well got the SMS that your account is having insufficient fund for clearing of one cheque even though account was having required fund at the same time.

        I am salary paid employee in one private company and have only one account which is linked with Adhar and PAN Card. My Slaary also got credit in same account every month. I have issues ECS for liabilities of Housing Loan and others through account same account.
        I have concern that tomorrow all other bank from where i took loan will put penalty on me for whom I should not be liable actually.

        Request for your immediate support to avoid unwanted harassment.

          Complaint NO 1287462. in HDFC customer care on 5th april.

          I was done ATM cash withdrawal translation on 04/04/2017 at 20:25hrs for withdrawal of Rs.6000/- But ATM cash not dispensed but amount debited.
          Same day i was called HDFC customer care but not able to talk customer executive as they are only available 8 AM to 20 PM.
          Hence next day 05/04/2017 i was called HDFC Customer care and registered the complaint, (complaint NO 1287462) they are informed me that cash will be credited with 7 working day.
          I was tried ICIC Bank ATM and SBI bank ATM (All location-Arihant tower Khopoli) within 7-8 minutes.
          then i was received message that 6, 000/- Amount is debited from my account so i was not conform from which bank ATM. BUT AFTER 2 Month HDFC replayed that it was from ICICI Bank ATM and transation was successful.
          So same day i went to ICICI Baranch khopoli for CCTV fotage for verification Then ICICI Denied with reason that they don't have CCTV footage more than 1 Month so we cant do nothing.
          Now for enquiry of complaint by HDFC and ICICI Bank taken almost 2month and now ICIC not providing any proof.
          so please taken action on ICICi Bank.

            Dear sir/madam
            I mr. Niraj kumar having a nre savings​ account in icici bank (Account. No.[protected] made two cash withdrawal from hdfc bank atm, nawada of rs.10000 each on 30th sept 2016. I received the amount of first withdrawal of rs.10000 and didn't receive the amount of second withdrawal of rs.10000 but the same was deducted from my account. I did complain to icici bank phone banking customer care, gave application to icici bank, nawada branch and also wrote mail to higher​ athourity. Still my problem is not solved. Please look into this matter.

                Hi,

                I have taken a personal loan from icici bank hyderabad - details are as below -

                Date of loan execution: 1st april 2016.
                Principal amount of the facility: rs. 11, 00, 000.00
                Tenure: 60 months
                Rate of interest: 12.99%
                Product type: personal loan
                1st installment date: 5th may 2016
                Installment amount: rs. 25, 023.00
                Principal outstanding as of 6th june 2017: rs. 9, 02, 893.50

                When i was taken this p loan, icici bank told that there won't be any pre-closing charges applied on me
                After successful completion of 12 emis as the p loan amount is rupees 11 lakhs, which is more
                Than rupees 10 lakhs to eligible the zero pre-closing charges offer.

                By 5th june 2017, i have completed 14 successful emis without any delays and late payments.

                Now i sold out my house and got my own funds to pre-close this p loan.
                I reached icici bank to pre-close my p loan. Now they are asking me to pay pre-closing charges of rs. 51, 917.00.

                I reached to icici bank branch to resolve this issue. They are irresponsible and not giving proper answer.
                I reached icici bank customer care many times to resolve this issue. They are irresponsible and not giving proper answer.

                When there is an open market offer icic bank announcing that there won't be any preclosing charges aaplied after successful completion of 12 emis if the p loan amount is more than rupees 10 lakhs. Then why they are making a new rule for me to pay pre-closing charges?

                This is not at all fair. Cheating the customers.

                I am very serious on this issue of asking pre-closing charges from me.

                I will go to consumer forum and file a suite against icici bank cheating to me and ask for the justice.
                Meanwhile i have my ready funds in my icici bank sb a/c to repay the p loan amount. But they are not letting me to pre-close.
                Every day an interest amount of rs. 326.00 accruing on the principal amount. Who will be going to pay this interest amount to me?

                I will go to rbi and will complain against icici bank about this cheating to me.
                I will go to union ministry of finance and lodge complaint against icici bank about this cheating to me.
                I will go to media and reveal in front of the public about this cheating of icici bank to me.

                Why icici bank is playing illegal games with customers?
                Why icici bank is cheating the customers?
                Why icici bank is unfair in its business?
                Why icici bank is trapping the innocent customers with false business statements?

                I am not going leave this issue until i get justice.

                        I have bought hero honda splendor motor bike reg. No.: dl8s an 4154 in feb'2008. Initially, i have applied for bike loan and it was recorded on my bike registration certificate. However, my loan application was subsequently rejected.

                        Icici bank issued me a noc letter along with requisite papers. However, the same were delivered/received by us very late and they are now not valid.

                        You are therefore, requested to kindly facilitate re-issuance of the same.

                          On 23rd july, 2017, at 9:23 am in the morning unauthorized transactions have been carried out through my icici bankatm debit card. The approximate amount of the fraud is 3000 inr.

                          No 3d pin or otp was used to carry out this transaction
                          Location of the fraud has been detected as st. Paul, amsterdam
                          Complaint number is sr[protected]

                          I am looking forward to a refund of these transactions and would like to know how safe is it to use the bank services provided by icici bank.

                            Today I got a call from Sonia Ahuja, she claims that she is employee of ICICI rewards group, Mumbai. Her Employee ID number is SC903.

                            She knows my ICICI credit card details and debit card details as well.

                            She called from [protected] mobile number, and started conversation on crediting my rewards points equivalent money to my credit card account.
                            Looks like credit card didn’t work, then started we need your debt card details confirmation, will credit to debt card.

                            She Initiated INR 4900 from my debit card, OTP came to me. Then she started asking share the OTP. Luckily I didn’t share. Saved my INR4900.

                            Now my question to ICICI:

                            1. Who is this hooker? What is her job in Rewards group?
                            2. How come she knows my card details?
                            3. How come she knows my card expiry details?
                            4. ICICI never calls from mobile number, why this hooker calls [protected]?
                            5. What is the measure you guys take to avoid leaking this information?
                            6. Is it a plan to sell paid cards from ICICI?

                            I am using my language after getting confirmation form your bank HELPLINE she is a fake. Please bring such ### holes or hookers to the jail.
                            I am going to blog this mail everywhere…

                            I want you to conference with that hooker, let’s talk together.
                            I am ready to register complaint as well in the CYBER CRIME police station.

                            STOP THESE CHEATERS THEN AND THEIR ITSELF. THEY ARE MAKING GOOD MONEY BY DOING THESE FRAUD CALLS.

                              I'm having salaried account with ICICI with a Titanium Debit Card. As per your website one of the benefits of Titanium Debit Card is Zero surcharge on fuel purchases at selected outlets of IOCL/HPCL/BPCL.

                              Hence the surcharge levied so far is not legitimate and i request to reverse the amount debited so far and also to ensure NO surcharge is debited in any of the above selected outlets for the card payment.

                                I'm having salaried account (#[protected] with ICICI and own Titanium Debit card. I spoke to Customer care and sent couple of emails after I noticed Surcharge debited from my debit card. As per your website one of the benefits of Titanium debt card is Zero Surcharge on Fuel surcharges in IOCL/HPCL/BPCL outlets.

                                I have charged multiple times for using the card at IOCL outlets, and this is against the benefits mentioned in the card.

                                Please revese the amount and send the details asap.

                                  Due to some security reason i blocked my card but your officials blocked it on permanently basis and reissue the same card on same date. On 13th of june and reissue a new card. But till the date i only have the "delivery in process" status. But your officials told me that i will receive card within 5 working days. Its my salary account ad all my funds are sucked in this account. Without atm card i cant able to call customer care, i cant able to do the online transaction too. So how do i made a transaction from my account as it is my salary account. Its more than 5 days and i don't know what is the status of my card. This is the worst service i ever faced, even government bank provides much better service than you.

                                      As instructed by mr arvind sehgal i had deposited rs 120000 in mr rahul mittal's icici account number[protected] against my insurance policies from exide life.
                                      I was assured by mr arvind sehgal that this amount is refundable and i will get refund of my amount which i have still not received
                                      Please look into this matter and refund me this amount as soon as possible. Please take some strict action against mr rahul mittal as he is not giving my money back as promised

                                        We are holding the account no - xxxxxxxx2614 opened on 23rd july, 2013 in the name of natasha kakalia and porus kakalia. We were approached by icici employee mr preetam on many occasions to open an account with icici bank. We informed him that we already have an account with icici bank in name of porus kakalia (A/c no. Xxxxxxxx2901). He was still very persistent and informed us to open an account as it will help his career and we can shut the account after three months. So we decided to open one more account with icici bank as we only had one joint account between us with another bank at that time.
                                        Kindly also note that during account opening it was not informed to us that the account needs to be operated with a minimum balance of inr 50, 000/-. We did not receive any account statement by mail or soft copy by email from the time this account was opened. The account was regularly operated but we did not notice that the account statements for this particular account were not being received.
                                        During my visit to the icici wadala branch in the first week of may, 2017 that i requested statements for this account and we were shocked to see that there were charges being deducted from our account on a regular basis (Almost rs.15, 000/-) up to now. On inquiring we were told that the first charge appeared in august, 2015 and from that time we are regularly being charged a fee for not maintaining a minimum balance of inr 50, 000/-.
                                        It is surprising that –
                                        • we were not intimated by the bank before being charged.
                                        • after the first few charges the bank executives/bank manager nor icici bank thought it was important to inform us to maintain a balance for not incurring charges/ fines in future.
                                        • the account was opened in july, 2013 and the charges started appearing in august, 2015. Why we were not charged any fines or fee in between this period.
                                        We are feeling very uncomfortable and cheated by this episode and request an immediate refund and reversal of any and every kind of charges/fees or fines that have been wrongly imposed on us during this time. The reason to deposit our money with a reputed bank like icici is to feel safe and secure in doing so. We trust that you will treat our request with the utmost urgency and consideration it deserves.
