I just want to informed you that when i shared my contact details with you, I immediately received few fake calls...& till evening my number has been hacked by someone... I am actually very shocked & now facing problme. It is requested plz keep our personal information secret, if possible. It is a humble request.

      I have opened a salary account with icici bank in the month of december 2016. I received a welcome kit with atm card and cheque book. But the account number i received and the account number in the cheque book is different. Unfortunately my dad has tried to transfer an amount of 40000 to my account and he added me as a beneficiary with the cheque book account. Since it is not my account and its completely the fault from the icici bank staff who has provided me the welcome kit, my money been transferred to a different account (Cheque book).

      I have a logged a complaint in the nearest branch. But the response is very slow. They inform like it may take longer time to reverse my money.
      Also in order to reverse the money they need a debit authorization letter from the customer who received my amount. They are just trying to call them and no response from customer. Moreover they don't take a pain to visit the customer premises to find her and they argue with me like they follow the procedure.

      Its totally disgusting and feel bad for opening the account with icici bank.

        My prudential insurance premium is due annually. I have asked icici to either link the pru account with my icici account or at least set up the premium to be deducted automatically from my account. Being an nri it's nearly impossible to keep track of things that happen yearly.

        3 years running, they cannot link my bank account with prudential account. The bank managers are changing like janitors in a business unit. Absolutely no follow thru from branch managers.

        June 4, 2017, i submited an online request to link my icici & prudential account, one more time. No response whatsoever. I called them up today (June 19, 2017). The agent says your previous request has been cancelled because you didn't provide enough detail. I asked, if the request is cancelled, why wasn't i notified. He says, you didn't provide details.

        Now i'm overdue for the payment for apparently no fault of mine and icici is making the customer run pillar to post to give my money to these #.

          Dear all,
          Kindly help me regarding solve below problem due to no proper response from icici bank. I had be taken 7 times complaint to icici bank. Also last 4 day no any replay to send my mail.
          I request you for all of you government & media channel & news paper to help me for solving this issue as early as possible. Due to that type of problem i panic to withdraw amount from atm.
          Kindly contact me for any detail information [protected].

          I am facing a problem to withdraw non icici transaction from date 5 may 2017 to till date.
          I withdraw a amount from bank of maharashtra atm of rs. 5000.00 but from atm only received amount of rs. 3500.00. I request to credit my remaining amount of rs 1500.00 to my account.
          From your customer care representative tell me no response from the other bank due to unable to complete your atm transaction. This is not my problem. After 1 month 15 day only one answer tell me from icici bank representative other bank is not response.

          Also i request to escalate my complaint to senior level my complaint is not proceed.
          I heartily request to icici bank credit my amount rs. 1500.00 in 2 days

          I have made IMPS transaction on 12-JUNE-2017 and transaction reference no. is[protected]. But transaction timed out and got message saying status will be updated in 3 days. The amount is NOT credited to beneficiary bank account till now and not returned to my account as well.

            Dear sir, i have my salary account with icici bank sector 9, chandigarh. I left the job and settled abroad. With this account i also hv a fd account. My salary account had been freezed by bank without any intimation or call. But my linked fd account is active and not freeze. What i can do to un freeze my account from abroad. My brother accidently deposited cash in the freezed account. Now i m also not able to transfer cash to his account. Bank official not listening to my brother. They told him that my peraonal visit is mandatory and i m unable to go india atleast for a year. Pls suggest me what i can do?

                    I have been using icici salary account for last 7 years. Due to personal reasons, i was not using the icici bank account for last few months. When i started using the bank account again, icici have charged me 699 rupees as mab charges. If they trap to get the money like this, they should have remove my account when they see not money in account or atleast they could inform me prior to do the action. So i wouldn't make any transaction via icici bank. Poor attitude, never expected from such big organization. Shame on you guys.

                            Dear sir,
                            On 17.06.2017 i had received a call from [protected]/[protected] @5.00 pm to my mobile no. [protected], where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked me to input the cvv & otp and connected me on ivr when i checked the sms completely till the transaction done. After she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. Immediately the sum of 20, 000/- was debited from my cc. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. Comes switched off.

                            Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

                              Sub : need necessarly steps to my sr.

                              I have given request on[protected] in local branch. Branch replied me the account is not maintained for last 5 years so that we unable to contact the account holder till now. The transfer amount automatically debited to fine. The complient below please go through it and revert the amount to my account as soon as possible.

                              I made a payment of 5000 rupees through imps transfered on 5th may 2017 from my payzapp app to my husband yoganandam icici a/c[protected]. But due to a technical mistake by myself, the payment didn't receive to my husband a/c. Whereas it had gone to other person account[protected] in somewhere. After few minutes when i enquired about that same we came to know that i has filled last but one digit is incorrect that’s why payment had gone to other person accounts.
                              From that date to till i called so many times to customer care of both initiator (Payzapp) as well as the receiver (Icici) and visited the respective branch but i didn’t get any proper answer from them.
                              At last from icici customer care higher level officers guided me to forward the letter to respective branch about the wrong transaction details and to revert the money to initiator payzapp.
                              Kindly do the necessary steps to revert the amount to my account.

                                  This fraud relationship manager sudanshu and his team giving you wrong feedback.

                                  Kindly investigate on them and also take action on them for giving wrong feedback to senior management.

                                  I never agreed for 12.58 rate of interest.

                                  They gave you wrong feedback.

                                  I signed on empty document after promising that your icici executives will process at 11 percent rate of interest.

                                    Dear icici bank,

                                    I cancelled my ticket in redbus lastweek. The refund amount is 627.90. I called the customer care of redbus. They said they already transferred the amount to account. But the amount is not yet credited to my account.

                                    Redbus response:
                                    The refund of your ticket initiated on 6th june'17. Please take the bank arn number as [protected] and check with your bank if you have not received the it yet. The refund will reflect under the name of ibibo pvt ltd.

                                    So please check the status of this transaction and credit the refund amount to my account as soon as possible.
