    Respected Sir,

    My father's name Anil Garg was a credit card holder of your bank with card number [protected]. He has used your card for a long time and never delayed any payment. He has expired on[protected]Death certificate copy attached).

    You are requested to plz close all the cards on his name and do not harass us for any pending payment because we did not get asset from him so we are not bound to pay the dues. We are getting calls from different different numbers daily after eight years of death.

    You are requested to close this account and stop the recovery activities with intimidate effect.

      Hello sir/madam
      I am having a saving account with icici bank for a while now. They have deducted ₹579.18 from my ₹1000 that I had in my account. When I am going through financial crisis myself and the bank itself consumes my balance then how will I manage. I don't know their way of calculating minimum balance charge but please look through it if they are following all the guidelines of rbi before charging any saving account.

            Address: KOLLAM BRANCH, VAIDYA COMMERCIAL ARCADE NEXT TO HOTEL SHAH INTL RESIDENCY ROAD 691001

            An amount of Rs.222.30 was deducted from my ICICI bank account on 13 October automatically and the transaction says vsi/amazon. It was not done by me. I havent given any OTP details but transaction got done and I received mail and message regarding that. Please help.I am attaching portion of my statement as image.

              My ICICI account got debited various charges in the month from June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct for ECSRTNCHGS. What are these charges and why it deducted from my account? please tell me the reason. They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount.

                  My credit card is closed years back but it is still visible in cibil credit report as active. However on ICICI portal same is not there. Pl check nd fix the gap.

                    I tried making a payment using ICICI debit card online (Spotify) however the transaction failed. I tried multiple times but it failed each time. Later on I got the message that money had been debited from my account each time and customer care hasn't been very helpful. I want a refund of that amount.

                      Transaction Date: 29 Sept '22 and 25 July '22

                      I am an ICICI account holder, 29 Sept '22 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug22+GST" charges, and 25 July '22 as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Jun22+GST" without my knowledge.

                      Rs 1008.90
                      Rs 413.00

                      I want you to refund the amount.
                      Without customer knowledge debiting the money is showing cheap behavior. And charges have been already deducted from my account this month. You are charging SMS alerts, but not receiving messages for this kind of scam. If you don't resolve this. I will go to your higher authority people and escalate it.

                      I didn't receive any message or alert from ICICI. When I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer and debiting the money. I am really worried about this deduction.

                        It's been quite some time since i posted the complaint. However, till date the issue remains unresolved and nobody from ICICI bank has reached out to me. I really fail to understand the customer service that is provided by ICICI bank: All words, no action!!!

                                I have updated my bank details for kyc but after a long days still my bank account is not verified. Reason for KYC change is because my existing bank Citi Bank is closing its services in India.

                                I don't know why ICICI Bank is not processing the kyc verification. I have read many complaints regarding the same in internet. Please take action and help us to complete the verification.

                                  I have received a call from [protected] in the name of ICICI Bank Offering personal loan. as many such fraud calls coming in the name of such subject.

                                  I thought it would be the same fraud call i am listing to the offer. after the call i found that they have deposited 3lakh Rs. in the name of personal loan to my saving account. This has happened without any written consent now there is no response...

                                    I have paid my SIP's on net day. yet i was charged 7500+ for this. I've never faced this issue with Paytm Bank. never git any charges. When i asked to reverse these charges. Because, I already paid for it all. I was told we can't do that. that's a daylight robbery.

                                      I am continuously getting calls from ICICI bank (with which I do not have an account) on my personal phone and on my work place enquiring about my sister and loan which she defaulted. I've provided them with the contact details of my sister which I had but they say its not reachable.

                                      They are continuously harassing my by calling me at my work place & I am not getting calls and emails from my HR department to resolve it. I tried explaining them that I do not have any information which I can provide and to stop calling me but they failed to avoid calls.
