My name is Pallavi and i'm holding a salary account in icici bank. I just saw today when i checked my account online, that 2 times i have been charged posdec chg. I want to know why are they deducting my money without any intimation and there is no text message after the money deduction of this. The description says:

    Through this mail, I want to highlight the fictitious debits imposed in my bank account for the health policy purchases from Icici Lombard.

    In the month of August, I purchased health policy for myself and daughter and paid premium of 50596/-This premium has to be deducted in 3 monthly instalments of 17317/- per month in Oct-22, Nov-22 and Dec-22.

    To my surprise on 3rd Oct and 4th Oct my account was debited three times instead of One EMI. I immediately lodged complaint to ICICI Lombard team and ICICI bank team on 3rd October but till date there has been no resolution. On further findings I came to know that ICICI bank has created 3 loan account for one health policy purchases instead of creating one loan account. Mention below:-

    This looks to me some fraud done by bank authorities and ICICI Lombard team where if there is no resolution in next 48 hours, I will force to lodge complaint in IRDA, consumer court and bank ombudsman.

      I purchased vivo.monile offline on 7/7/2022, they said you will get the cashback after 90 days same thing they mentioned in the bill also. But I still not get anything please help

          I Bharti Naresh Chaudhari, had Deep Discount bond with SCICI limited drawn on 1st september 1996 with names of my husband and me.
          Folio No of bond is SBD029380,
          Allotment letter no 29385
          I had searched for the office but it seems that office had moved to another place.
          We had two such bonds and we have redemed one of them and one is presently with us.
          I want to redem the amount from this bond..
          Kindly guide regarding further procedure of redemption...

            Hi my name is naresh from Hyderabad my number [protected] …my email id Ladu.[protected]@gmail.com on September I got per opproved loan against my credit card and I took 2.3lacs on September 1st week emi of 5500 for 60 months and after 20 days I got msg to pay full amount of 2.55 lacs with foreclosure charges included and asking me to pay full amount immediately..without knowing me without my permission how can they close my loan and ask to pay full amount I visit the home branch in Hyderabad panjagutta nagarjuna circle branch but no one helping me I tried to speak credit card department but they saying my card was close on 2020 October so they can’t help …this is the biggest cheating how can I pay 2.5 lacs in one month now they increasing amount to 2.7lacs …please check the attached file

            This is not so simple who gave the right to close my loan without my permission and asking to full loan amount immediately or else every month they adding 13k I took personal loan on Aug 20 amount of 235000 now they asking me to pay 271000

              Need to update my international mobile number for OTP

              Address: 20 Templars court, NG7 3GT

              I am an ICICI customer for the last 7 years and I moved to the UK about 1 months ago, I cannot access my online banking or pay my bills because i cannot access my online account without the OTP number, my india mobile number is no longer exists. I need to update my UK mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all.

              Its depressing to see that customers at international locations...

              HI,

              This application is regarding ICICI merchant for Swipe machines having pathetic customer service MID 73119307 with ticket id [Ticket#[protected]] raised on 29.09.22 and [Ticket#[protected]] raised on 11.09.22

              This is regarding the Two TID's

              62877892

              62877892 TID was replaced on 12.09.2022 after various mails and calls. Now the problem is same day we found that its battery is not working (because on charger its working and on battery its not once we pull off the charger from the pulg) and we intimated next day at toll free number but till date battery is not being changed

              Also for TID 62877891 we mailed for surrender of machine on 11.09.22 but till date no collection of device had been done. (screenshot attached)

              Have made various calls and mails, but all in vain. One or two times ICICI person call came that they will come and do the same but no one turns up.

              We are facing irreparable loss more than 50000 rs in from days the said faulty services due to lost sales, as we cannot swipe properly due to faulty devices ad no one is coming to repair one machine and no one is coming to replace other machine despite various calls and reminders

              So we request to look into this matter and do the needful

                  I am kanjarla praveen and have applied for online NPS account. I paid my 1st contribution using the net banking services of ICICI bank. I had selected ICICI bank as one of bank for KYC verification since I have salary account . However, my NPS account is frozen with status as "PRAN frozen as KYC verification is pending/rejected by Bank " because it is waiting for approval or rejection from bank head office. Kindly help me in getting my NPS account unfreeze.

                    An amount of Rs 590 has been charged(deducted) without any notification from my account on Oct 4th 20222 "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG-IPRULI-29SEP22".

                    I cross checked with ICICI Prudential, they are saying check with your bank. Band say ICICI prudential has charged. I don't know how to bring both to a conclusion. Please refund my amount asap.

                          I suspected a fraudulent transaction, so I made a request via SMS to block it. Later on, it turned out to be a misunderstanding. Now my internet banking user ID has been disabled so I can't log in to my internet banking account, I can't make online transactions through UPI. Though I can do the online transaction through iMobile pay but not through UPI.
                          Please guide me on how I can enable/activate my internet banking user ID.

                          I've contacted customer care through email, and in the reply I was informed to contact customer care on call. The number provided in the mail is even the old customer care, which is really irresponsible.

                          I've been trying to contact customer care already for 2 weeks through calls but the auto voice assistant isn't able to detect the exact problem and I'm unable to proceed further. I'm tired of contacting customer care call again and again, I've totally given up on it. Please, I request you to fix this as soon as possible directly through convenient and clear communication. I'm not able to make essential transactions because of the disability of my internet banking user ID since almost a month now.

                                In 2021, I opened a icici account stating it was free demat account . I knew nothing about stock market and wanted to check it out . I have not made a single transaction with this demat account till date. Now my account is in dormant state . They are forcing me to pay this much amount by bombarding emails and calls saying i will be penalized further amount if not paid . I want my ICICI Direct demat account to be closed and Im not willing to pay for a service I haven't made a single use . This is so unjust from ICICI

                                    Hello i am Dharanidharan, i have been with icici bank since 2012.

                                    Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message.

                                    I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account.
                                    Dmc/ dp chgs till AUG-22 is shown in the September statement.
                                    So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.
