This is to bring to your notice that my name is, suresh kumar jha, and i have a salary a/c, with your bank for last nine years (I was a asst. Manager level employee of that branch and account was opened by the hr itself at the time of my joining with icici bank muzaffarpur (Bihar). This is a salary account. The account no is[protected]. On 8/5/2017. My salary was credited to my this salary account. But i am able to use only my money has been transferred to unknown account. But i m not able to use that money in full. I have been trying for last two days to get that money credited in my salary account[protected], but all my effort time and money involved not working out. Yesterday i tried two times to talk to the branch employee, but they cut the phone with a completely false statement as it is a wrong no. A phone banking officer also heard this as she was in conference.
Sir all i want is the resolution of this issue. Since i am not in muzaffarpur (I am in calcutta right now). Kindly do the needful so that i get the rest amount i. E. Rs 1371.77/-in my account.

    On 05.11.2016 i had received a call from [protected]/[protected] @12.35pm (Dated 05.5.2017) in my mobile no. I gave the card number and she asked me to input the cvv & otp and connected me on ivr when i checked the sms completely till the transaction done. After she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. Immediately the sum of 10, 000/- eas debited from my cc. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. Comes switched off.

    Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

      On May 10, I received two transaction alerts for cash withdrawals of Rs 20, 000 and Rs. 5, 000. I immediately called up the Bank as soon as I saw the transaction alerts to confirm as my debit card was with me at home and I had not made these transactions. After which I immediately blocked the debit card after speaking to Ankit on the NRI helpline for UAE customers.

      The Bank representative (Ankit) on the phone told me that the my debit card has been successfully blocked as well as my Internet banking has been blocked.

      After three hours of that I received another two alerts of transactions worth Rs 10, 000 and Rs. 6, 000. I was surprised that these transactions took place as I was told by Ankit that my debit card has been blocked and so was my internet banking.

      I called that UAE helpline again and spoke to Imran who told me that the card was still active and that Ankit had probably not blocked the card. I told them to check their call records and check my conversation with Ankit. I was told that someone from the investigation team will call me back within an hour after they check their call records and screen shots.

      I was also told to block my NRO account as a precautionary measure – which I did.

      I was issued SR[protected] for my NRE account from which money was stolen.

      I request the bank management to revert these transactions and restore my account balance which which may restore my faith in your banking system.

      I have been banking with your Bank for over 10 years and will be forced to review my relationship with the bank if nothing comes from this request.

      Many NRIs like me will also loose faith in the Indian banking system if we continue to be robbed of our hard earned money because of inefficiency in your security systems.

      I am a journalist and would certainly raise this issue in the press so that the bank is forced to protect the rights of consumers like me who suffer due to no fault of theirs.

        I Rakesh Desai had a credit card with ICICI as and since 2007 I stopped using it and had paid in full
        in December 2015 the bank put Lein on my account and held all the money that I have in the bank I wrote to them saying I don't have any dues and had written to all departments, I was provided a statement which proves me right I want Justice help kindly help resolve the issue as I want Justice and have all the proof

          I am your credit card holderNo: [protected] and pleased to say that i never been defaulted, this time on due date of 21.04.2017, i deposited a ICICI bank cheque No: 232614 on DT: 21.04.2017 at the counter, on 24th April i got a phone call from ICICI bank Main Branch Kota, weather i have deposited the cheque or not and where, i told him that on 21st i have deposited and it might have been cleared and than i went to ICICI bank, Basant Vihar Alok school Branch where i deposited the above said cheque and asked what happened I am getting call from Main Branch that cheque has not been deposited, she said i forgot to post on 21st April, 22nd & 23rd April was holiday and today already cleared now you wont receive any call .
          today I have recieved Credit card Statement they are asking Late fee Of Rs.750/-+ ST-Rs.112/-+ Interest Charges Rs.716.01 + ST-107.40 = Rs.1685.41(Total), is it fair the laziness of your counter clerk will cost me .
          so i request you to wave off these charges, my wife, my self and my daughter all are your customer, for the last so many years

            I availed loan of 300000 rs from icici at the time of disbursal suddenly my plan changed 15.75 roi which was absolute breach of statment.icici does not provide part payment while it does with some priviledge customers.Now when I approach bank they do not provide proper guidelines.they also charged me 2.5 %processing while it was committed for 1%

              This is an urgent complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction executed via my ICI Bank Credit Card for total INR 14592 on the 9th May, 2017. Around 12.00 p.m.on 9th May’17, Criminal has called me from mobile no. [protected] said that calling from Pay Back office and by reason of doing credit of my redeem points on credit card taken my credit card details and done total 3 transactions on my credit card. The details of these transactions are as below –

I have immediately approached to nearest Rabale Police staion and submitted my written complaint which they acknowledge and asked me to go cyber crime dept. at CBD Belapur Police station. Immediately I reached there and furnished all transaction details for their immediate action.

              I request you to kindly help me with this issue asap. Please help me to get my refund for the said amount at the earliest.

              Dear sir / madam, I am very much disappointed from ICICI Bank's approach towards my complaint. They have simply kept their hands up and denied their responsibility by not accepting & responding my complaint. Same type incident happened on same day on same call with other bank's credit card too. But their easy process of handling such types of fraudulent transaction is very very good and more of it their positive attitude towards customer complaint is excellent. This other bank have resolved my complaint in 3 months time and result was in my favour. Anyway, this is for your information and if possible for improvement in complaint resolving process and attitude towards customer complaints at your ICICI Bank end. Thanks / Regards Prakash Paigude

              Dear sir / madam,

              Unfortunately till date I have not received any positive feedback in favour of me from bank.

              I am sure looking at fraud online site of IDEA CELL - BILL DESK, bank must have immediately stopped credit the said amount in fraud account. And I am very much sure this said amount will be permanently credited to my a/c. Thanks.

                .This is in regards to my loan account number LPDEL[protected] which i took in the year 2006 and diligently paid almost all part of it only 3 part EMI was outstanding which I came to know about recently when I received a message from ICICI bank as I had opened a account with them in 2014 so in 2017 they realized I have 3 emi’s outstanding of a 2006 loan account, for which I made attempt myself to connect with the ICICI executives and Tried taking care of this, however I was not able to come to a mutual agreement to the amount they wanted me to pay which started a series of harassment calls for me both at my contact number and my office number.ICICI Executive Krishna has been threatening me and calling me continuously even when told that we will connect with him later.I have used ICICI bank account for two years and suddenly there was a lien on my account, afteri contacted them to make arrangements on my loan, highly unprofessional as it is ICICI employee Krishna has been disclosing my information to my colleagues as well.This is a pure harassment and let me know how you want to take actions against your employees for these unethical practices, I have, my proofs that your employee called me 10 times repeatedly despite of telling him to contact me later. Also I had one more ICICI loan in 2006 which was paid of completely however without even counting that in consideration the ICICI executives has been calling me names and telling me that I am a Fraud and want to eat up bankls money, I have paid ICICI more than what I owe them and still this the kind of treatment ICICI bank gives it customers, pathetic bank pathetic employees and pathetic services.

                I have been repeatedly getting calls from number[protected] and 48381803 by a executive Krishna, attaching screen shot to show their collection ethics.As it can be seen in the screen shots that i received call spoke to them for 15 secs told them to call me latter and hu up after that which i repeatedly got calls on my number and also on my office number

                I have also written E-mail to ICIC bank previously but did not get any response from them,

                  I got icici credit card from 05 days back and i am trying to login for creating new user id and pin but icici web portal not supporting... It has been shows "your registered mobile number not activated". After that contact to customer care executive, he has given customer id, but he said one thing i. E "your registered mobl number not activated" and he is also trying to activate but icici web portal not suppose to do that. Customer care executive told me like that "plz call after some time" the conversation was compleated.

                  Once again i tryied to call and one customercare executive disconnected my call... And after that my verification mobile signals and every thing is ok... She wantedly disconnected...

                  Once again trying to call but number always busy and taken time process and wast my mobile bill.

                    I am not an account holder of icici bank account but still they are calling me on continuous basis and harassing me on the pretext that a relative of mine has taken loan from them and given my no. And address. Despite clarifyng them we have no contact with them the icici employee is continuously harassing and disturbing me calling again and gain .kindly look into matter or else we will look for police intervention .

                    I used to get call from below numbers saying that they are calling from ICICI BANK and o have to pay them random ([protected], [protected], [protected])

                    I ignored and blocked their numbers ..now they got all my Private phone contacts (more than 100+ contacts and calling them and damaging my reputation . They are calling my mother who is 72 years and harassing daily .

                    This is serious offense that ICICI BANK is doing damaging my reputation and breaching individual social security and privacy ...I have sent email to ICICI customer care ([protected]@ ICICI.com) and [protected]@ICICI but in vain...my contacts are still getting calls from this number and if don't get any response from ICICI ...I will take legal action against ICICI and those individuals who are giving mental torture and harassing my contacts

                      I applied for home loan in ICICI bank. Bank representative told me that Rs.12, 000 will be processing fee for home loan of 28 lacs. When I submitted all the document, he told me to submit one blank cheque as he will fill the exact amount. I gave him blank cheque. When loan was senctioned, Rs.18, 507 was deducted from my account as processing fee.

                      I called him for this. He speak to me in very arrogant way. I asked him for the extra 6, 507 rs. He had no answer about it.

                        I had requested for my credit card cancellation on 22-Apr-2017 reference request no is SR[protected].

                        But it was closed mentioning that the service is not available online

                        If the service is not available online then why is it mentioned in the list of service requests if you can not perform it online.

                        If you provide such pathetic service why would I want to continue using the services.

                        Secondly,
                        for this month I have been charged annual fee for 4th year, but I was charged last year also for the 4th year. is this some way of fooling the customers??

                        Please resolve this at the earliest.

                        My complaint is regarding the timings. In bank, there is no lunch time mention and bank employee refuse to deposit money between time 2pm to 2.30pm saying that it is a lunch time.

                          I am currently out of india and have been trying to use my ICICI bank net banking facility for my Booking tickets and some funds transfer to my trading account. Unfortunately I am not getting the OTPs delivered. I am getting all SMSs from ICICI bank except the OTPs. Really very bad..

                          When checked on the website, it asks for calling a Specific number. As i don't have the facility to call back while on International roaming, I am completely stuck. I could book my tickets by taking help from my friend. But i am in a fix with respect to the Trading as I have to use my own Account to place and order for IPO. I am really pissed off as I find myself completely helpless and am facing a potential financial loss.

                          This is not the first time i am facing kind of problem from icici bank. Pathetic Service

                          Just now i got a call from (+91-[protected]) claiming to be ICICI bank representative.
                          However the queries being asked looked as if it was a Fraud and started enquiring my Debit card & Account Details.
                          As my husband is an experienced banker, he became suspicious and started questioned him . The call was immediately disconnected and is being disconnected when we tried to call back.

                          Such a pathetic service. Please get your application tested and fixed. I have booked an ipo from ticici bank online. When i go to check my ipo application status, it is not allowing me to access the ipo link stating that the my pan card is not updated.
                          The pan card appears in the beginning but disappears upon booking an ipo and it gets automatically updated after few days. Please get this issue resolved as i have to apply for the ipo.

                          Message is as below —

                          Online ipo facility is not available as pan is not updated. To update your pan, please visit the nearest icici bank branch along with original photo id proof.

                            I am on a business trip outside india for 3 months. My mobile number linked to the bank account is closed due to non usage by idea. I want to update my mobile number. However the only option that icici tellls me is to submit a form in the branch. When i am outside india, how can i walk in the branch?

                            There should be some option to fill the form and send id proof to icici by post

                              Charges deducted for demat account instead my account is only salary account

When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction'[protected] dp chgs till mar-17 — inr 507.34' and '[protected] dp chgs till mar-17' — inr 297.66. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any...

                              I have opened my salary account[protected] on[protected] on icici chinchwad branch and my salary has to be debit on 1th may 2017, but due to account status still in dummy i am not able to get my salary, i called in bank for the same but they are not responding, this is first time i start my relationship with icici bank but its really disappointing for me, i think i should close my account before opening. This complaint is regard your worst service to customer you provide, i registered complaint in consumer court for the same.

                                I would like to draw your attention towards the fact that there was a unauthorized deduction of Rs 50000 from my Account (three transaction of 20, 000, 20, 000 and 10, 000) on 8th May 2017 at 5:30 PM. The Customer Care of ICICI Bank signifies the ATM Cash Withdrawal was done from Chandni Nursing Home ATM in Kanpur City. I was present in Gurgaon, Haryana at my office Axtria Inc. I have a signed letter from my office about my presence in office on 8th May 2017.Moreover, i lodged a complaint (with my Debit card present with me) in Sector 50 Police Station Gurgaon at 7:15 PM on 8th May 2017. Both the documents are attached herewith.
                                Considering the fact that I was present in Gurgaon on 8th May 2017 with my Debit Card, this looks a clear case of Fraudery. This could be due to the Card being cloned or Private Account Details being compensated by Bank.
                                I have registered a complaint with the bank (SR[protected] regarding this on 8th May 2017. Please look into the matter and notify me for further actions.

                                  Fraud on personal loan interest rates

                                  I took a personal loan from ICICI bank on 31 May, 2016. At that time, i was working with Intelligrape software Pvt. Ltd. (MNC in Noida). My company had a tie up with this bank. Also i have a salary account in the bank. At the time of discussion, bank executive committed me a rate of in between 11-12%. Some paper work was done. But my loan amount was credited to my salary account with EMI at 17.75 % which is unbelievable. They don't provide...
