Nightmare with ICICI credit card

I asked for re-issue for credit card it never got delivered to the right address. I was charged 5432 for a card which was never issued correctly even after calling customer care a million times. Also after payment of the complete amount to save the credit history, again Rs 135 is charged not sure why. Worst experience of credit card by ICICI. The funniest part is even the bank branch is unable to help and asks to call customer care to settle down. feel cheated.

      Hi, I have been banking with icici for a long time. Any transaction I do, An otp is sent but I cannot use because I am abroad. You don't even have an email facility where you send otp. I have recently done a cashless transaction of 3000 rs but receiver cannot receive it, there is no note on app saying otp will be sent. I have contacted icici customer care in the past but no use. Please help me with this on priority.

        I had given all the documents needed along with my application to open the current account for my company on 13th March 2017 to ICICI Bank Residency Road, Srinagar, Kashmir and now it has been more than 1 month and still my current bank account has not be opened. I have submitted all the required documents including an account opening cheque for Rs 50, 000 to the ICICI Bank Residency Branch.

        I was told that my account will be created in 10 days and now it has been more than 1 month and you people have withheld my documents along with the cheque of Rs 50, 000 /-

        I need you to return my documents to me back otherwise I am going to lodge an FIR against the ICICI Bank for fraud and cheating me with holding my company documents along with the cheque of Rs 50, 000 which was taken up as the account opening amount. I will be presenting this email as the evidence of the delay and fraud by this bank.

          This is Mukesh S. Thakker from Bhavnagar wishies you Hello.
          I am having my saving A/c. No.[protected] with ICICI bank since last 6/7 years.
          I am a Commonman of this nation & was availing Indane cooking gas subsidy in my this account.
          Without any information to me the bank has delinked my AADHAR from my account on 22.7.2016 & because of this only Indian oil Corporation has stoped to give me the subsidy.
          This information is provided to me by IOC itself by a mail.

          I have requested so many times to Bhavnagar branch & has sent a serial of mail to the customer care of bank,
          Res. Madam.
          Please note that I have also given them alerts to take this issue to THE CEO/ MD of the bank.
          But Mr. Amit of Bhavnagar branch has not taken this my warning sincerely.
          Though I can understand - I should not disturb you for this a small issue.
          But Madam !
          Resolving of this a big hope for me, because rather an amount of Inr. 3000 a self respect is larger for any person like me - A commonman as well this is also an attempt to bring in your sight. How the branch level officer of the bank is irresponsible to the customer !
          In a nutshell..
          1 Bank has delinked my AADHAR from my bank account without any information to me.
          2 Inspite of my number of attempts/ requests they have not re-linked this Aadhaar .
          3 In financial te
          rms it is a loss of approximately Rs.1400/- or like that only which I have already forgone
          BUT...Ethically It is a mental torture & an intence hurt of a self respect of a senior citizen - You are requested to have your kind look into the matter & justify acxordingly.
          If you summon me - I can come to your office alongwith a complete set of evidence supporting whatever I have mentioned here.

            I had applied for icici credit card but card is not deliver to me but each month i have received bill with some charges and interest. I have told that customer care two to three times but they have charged me each month. They have also report in cbil. So my cbil score is also effected.

              While applying credit card, Broker said i need to pay 500 Rs \Annum.
              when i called customer care to generate Credit card PIN, they said i need to pay Rs.525\ Month. + 1500 for some activation. That time i thought will cancel this credit card before that they gve me one more shock.
              I did not swiped my credit card till date, but i got a message that i did transaction of Rs. 10k... without my knowledge how can ICICI ppl do this?

                There have been deduction of, in name of surcharge . When I asked the customer care executive she said, "We are not charging this, its government who had made such rules" . And when I checked online, what I found is completely contrasting; there have been news and articles saying there will be NO SURCHARGE . These are the links to those articles:

                Also I counter checked with my friends having account in different banks, they have not charged them a single penny !!! So it means government makes exclusive rules for ICICI and tells it to only them.

                  I, Nila k doshi, staying at bopal, Ahmadabad, having severe harassment from recovery agent/agency. I don't stay with husband, staying with my son and daughter i law only. As per agency people said My husband had credit card and credit card loans which he didn't pay since 7-8 years, now some how they suddenly start coming to our home and forcing me and my son to pay money on behalf of my husband (Kiran M Doshi). They visit daily and forcing us with abusing and threatening by saying if we don't pay, they will kidnap my son.
                  So now we have file a complaint to near by police station also send a received copy to police Commissioner by stating our problem.

                        My name is kumar anand. I was interviewed at icici for bank po programe on 14th dec 2016. And i cleared the interview. My date of joining was 13/14 feb 2017. Before joining they were asking 10000rs for the security purpose, which i was deposited at icici btm 2nd stage, bangalore branch. At the time of joining they told me that they rejected my loan. And i can not join at that time whereas they mentioned that we can also verify our document at the time of joining. Finally i could not join at icici. Now i want to return my deposit money. For this i mailed many time to icici. But they are not responding. I also called many times to the icici hr, but he is not responding also.
                        Please help me.

                          This is my strong feedback and personal experience with icici credit card team they rejected my application due to internal policies I Don't know which policy they acquire beyond industry. I am holding credit card from axis, hdfc, amex, citi bank, sbi with a highest credit limit of 180000, with a strong cibil score of 733 and age of credit is 3years without any remarks but icici rejected my application they don't have any subsequent answers when I had asked about reason for rejection my application no is[protected]. So this is my review that don't go for anything from icici as they only fool persons and don't go for anything like account credit card or fd, Rd, or anything they don't have exact reasons to tell you if somebody from icici has seen this challenge me in this regard I will accept there challenge I am also holding a savings account with icici worst service by ICICI please please don't go with icici any product

                              Dear Sir/Maam,

                              As per my conversation with you I need to bring to your attention my experience as an ICICI Bank customer.
                              My name is Ms Ilavarasi K residing at 263, 3rd cross 8th a main btm, Bangalore -560029 had availed of an ICICI Bank Personal loan just 3 year ago. My loan number is LPBNG[protected]. I have been paying for the past 3years ..I am out of Job in this current economic slowdown. I have written letters to state the same.
                              I somehow missed three installment.. My aged parents were subjected to unending calls asking for the money.
                              Please note that right through this process that started in the last of feb …calls asking them to deposit the money 'immediately'. Even after informing the caller of the situation, the calls did not end and at times were threatening in nature..
                              These recovery henchmen calls anytime on phone, mobile, irrespective you are sleeping in early morning or late night. They came in group anytime, gave several personal visits insulting her in my home, society and also followed her. Permanent incurable phobia due to ICICI Bank recovery agents..they are telling to me do suicide also not a issue but we need money …everyday early morning coming to my office ..3 or 4 people coming to my office front of everyone they are asking loan I informed all the time my situations..
                              But den also they are speaking like that only…I told that person I will pay 15th once I will pay one one emi they are received one emi also ..after that again they are what and all amount am depositing account they are blocking my amount …

                              This is a serious concern, - A collection Agency of ICICI Bank). The Name of the executive is Mr.krishna .His fraudulent mobile number is [protected] and muthappa [protected]. Infact he refused to show his identity proof and any contact information related to him. Some illegal acts done by Mr krishna.
                              1.Shouted at me and gave mental torture.
                              2.Used foul and raw languages
                              3.Gave threats and was very abusive.
                              4.Taunted and tried to humiliate.
                              5He was adamant and said that he will come in the night time to disturb till the time we do not pay him.
                              6He was very rude and harsh and kept on shouting- even though she (my mother) said him that she is a heart patient.
                              gave him a date to come and collect the payment but he was shouting and saying that he would sit at my place all day till the time we don't pay him.
                              And to mention a few words that he used, have a glance at the following utterances of that person –
                              These are not the only statements that the bank executive used, but were also accompanied by an offensive and abusive behaviour and language, which is legally and ethically against the Human Rights and Indian Penal Code.

                              I want a written statement stating the action taken against Mr.Krishna (The recovery agent) and strong action against all the people involved ICICI bank ( A collection Agency of ICICI Bank). The Name of the executive is Mr.krishna . His so called mobile number is [protected] / otherwise I will go to the court of law/consumer forum, circulate the message to the news groups, and caution all my friends about the incident.

                                Hi sir, I have paid my complete credit card amount on the final due date it self, even though I paid the complete amount on the last day, ICICI deducted 500 rupees from my account saying that your account has a auto debit facility for credit card that why you have been charged 500 rupees for not making the payment before 9 am on your due date, sir my due date was 10th April it means I have time till night 12PM of that day, so I mad my payment on 10th April at 10 AM, even though I paid the complete amount they have charged 516 rupees from my credit card, when I spoke to that customer care he was so rude and disagreed to raise a complaint.

                                    It seems ICICI bank is cheating with so many people, i suggest change your bank's name to cheat fund bank. Since long time i have been also complaing that a nominal recharge of Rs. 149/- was done for my Reliance Jio connection which failed from payment gateway which was also confirmed by JIO but you people don't even bother to reverse the amount and when i email you raising the concern what reply i get is elaborate your concern though i already had mentioned every detail along with all possible screenshots to make it clear that recharge was unsuccessful but than who cares you are busy in cheating more people. Anyway my savings account no.[protected], i wrote this message out of frustration because i have no faith in ICICI Bank, officials might reply to this letter to pretend that they are helpful but they will never resolve the issue. Keep earning crores of rupees by cheating small amounts from hundreds of people every day.

                                      Hello,

                                      I had received sms on 11 dec 2016 at 6:am that 306$ transaction has been done through my mobile. I immediately called customer care and informed that this transaction has not been done by me, cancel it and block the card.
                                      Icici customer care representative told me to send mail to dispute team to unauthorised the transaction. I did same with attachment of sms having that email too. Sr[protected]
                                      At end of dec i called customer care to ask about status, they were not able to provide status. As i had enrolled for auto debit i informed them to not deduct disputed money. Cc representive had assured me that disputed money will not be deducted. But they deducted all money on 4th jan.
                                      Again i called bank to give me my money back, bank had return my money in same credit card account. Without giving me any reason they closed the initial service request and raised new one sr[protected]

                                      Now after 4 months, i got message that dispute has been declined by merchant and i need to pay that amount.
                                      I informed on same day why bank couldn't stopped the transaction what else is expected from customer sitting at india and transaction done at usa

                                      I had not done any mistake still i have to pay for money. Credit card data had been stolen by chinese merchant which is not my fault, why i would pay for fraud transaction
                                      Please take necessary steps and save me from this fraud done by icici bank
