    Hello Sir/Ma'am

    Since Jan-2016 i am in US and did not visit India till now.

    In the month of Jan-2017, there were around 6 transactions made on my ICICI credit card of amount 62K rupees. I contacted ICICI bank and inform them for this fraud and asked to block my card immediately. ICIC bank did the same and logged a complain # SR[protected] for this dispute and inform me that there is no need of paying the amount.

    Also while I was discussing with bank and automated alert received for these transactions I came to know that these transactions were made through Credit Card XXXX6028 which I never received and also I never ordered any new card as I am in US since Jan-2016. I am still having my card # XXXXXX0004 with me and this is not even expired yet. Bank does not have any answer of it and they are not willing give me this information.

    Since last 2-3 weeks I am getting continuous emails form the Bank and asking to pay this amount. When I contacted Bank again I got the answer that this dispute has been resolved in favor of Bank and I have to pay this amount. And when I ask the reason they said they cannot disclose that information.

    Then I escalated the case to next level where I got to know that this case has been close without any resolution as I am not in India and I have to pay this amount. When I further denied to pay this amount they told me for now you pay this amount and once you are in India open a new dispute for the same.

    I am getting continuous emails and phone on India number (which is with my brother) due to which myself and family going through mentally harassment.

    No one from bank is listening my part and forcing me to pay this amount. How come bank can do this to me?

    Please help here.

      Recived my coral debit card on 31 march 2017 and also recived uber voucher which was valid till 31 march 17 on the same day
      I called customer care on 31 march night and informed they said it's yearly closure time asked to call 2 April
      Today I called n spoke to Sumit from customer care he asked me to send voucher copy to this email address
      Please check and do what is right

        This is regards to our loan closer with account no # LBPVL[protected].

        The bank in which we have transfer the loan account is the Axis Bank and they have provided me the pay order of the outstanding amount on last week of March 2017.
        The outstanding amount was confirmed by your representative at ICICI bank Vashi branch through the Foreclosure statement as on 23rd Feb 2017.

        Today I visited to ICICI (Vashi / Panvel) branch to submit the pay order, that time they refuse to accept the pay order and told me to put the new request for Foreclosure statement which will take additional 15 working days.

        But before that, there was no intimation to us that we need to produce the latest Foreclosure statement which will take 15 days for settlement. if that was the case, your customer support need to inform us and he should have provided the statement accordingly, because he was aware of our requirement the impact of this is that our current EMI will get bounce and we will be in defaulter list because of yours representative miscommunication

        Kindly help me as soon as possible as my EMI date is 10th of every month. If it is not happen then I am liable to pay the EMI for the same loan amount to both the financial institution. This will lead to huge financial loss to me without my mistake.

        Kindly help to come out of this financial trap by providing latest Foreclosure statement and accepting the pay order in order to release us for the loan formalities

          I am an icici 3 in 1 account holder. On 3-april-2017, i went to get a gift card to madipakkam, chennai branch. They informed me that there was no stock and redirected me to velacherry branch. I went there asking for directions, and informed them that i was directed by madipakkam branch to their branch. After 15 mins of waiting, i was told that they also were out of stock.

          I then requested them to let me know which branch would have it as i had collected money from many ppl and had committed to get a gift card in time.

          The velacherry branch staff spoke over phone and asked me to go to jagannadhapuram velacherry branch. They told the i would surely get a card there. I went there also. The staff there, causally replied they did not have gift cards. I informed them that i was sent there by velacherry branch staff, and that i was going from one branch to another, and this issue was sensitive, but they simply replied that there is some miscommunication and suggested me to call customer care, without any apology. I failed to get the gift card in time and am embarrased and really upset now.

          I have been with icici for close to 9 years as a privelege customer and this is how i got treated by the jagannadhapuram velacherry branch staff. Shame! I hope some body in icici is taking note of these complaints and take corrective action.

            Dear sir,

            Hi, this is pradip himmat mahale, complaint is regarding, i have applied personnel loan in the icici bank for balance transfer loan as i have taken other two loans in hdfc bank & wants to close the same.

            My personnel loan no. Lphyd[protected] it was approved in feb month itself for 350000.

            Complaint is that during initial discussion, icici bank has offered & agreed to provide loan on interest rate is 11.29% however after discussion with customer care said the interest rate is 11.69% but when checking the emi amount is 7779 rupees is not suffice the 11.69%, the interest rate goes above 12 %

            Most critical things that, before sanction of the loan nobody has been discussed with me, no agreement has been signed off till date. Further banks (Icici) customer care executive said that your loan cheques (For bt) no. 419150 & 169964 has been dispersed, but not yet received to me & what is the process to getting the cheques not clearly discussed.

            During initial discussion, 11.29 rate of interest agreed, further foreclosing charges after 12 month will be nil however now they saying that 4 % will be charges, this means it miss leading the agreed communication.

            Recently i have complaint to icici bank 5 times, but nobody has replied to mail.

                I am talking about Madhubani ICICI Branch. In 2010 he show me some policy for double an amount after 5 year.Then I open two policy .i paid 25000 for first premium for first policy and 20, 000 for first premium for second policy.
                After paid those amount he provide me bond paper for both policy .then i continue paid next two year premium of both policy.
                when its complete five year then he provide me check of 27, 000 and tell me next remaining amount will be paid after two year.
                when two complete then i call him and talk about my policy then he told me your policy have some problem.
                He told me you second premium did not show then i told him its your fault then he give me so many excuse .
                After some pressure he return my second premium amount but my policy are closed and can not get more amount.
                so please help me
                i already paid 75, 000 for first policy and 60, 000 for second policy.
                After some pressure he give me only 27, 000 +45000.
                he also transfer in ICICI Darbhanga branch.and also branch manager support him.

                I have fake receiving and some audio recording.
                so sir please help me i belong to middle class he just play with me and my money.

                  I applied for the icici credit card.It got returned few days ago but I am getting bills with some processing fee and interest etc.
                  even after many follow up on mail i did not get my credit card details.
                  how can someone pay the billed amount without the credit card number..

                      I did 303 rs recharge on jio sim, from mobile app the amount got debited from my account but recharge not done. The mobile app shows trasanction completed immediately and deduct the amount. But i didn't get any confirmation from operator. Please refund money and take seriours action against the bank to not harras their customer. What is the reason to deduct amount from account without confirming the operator.

                              This incident happens with me on 31 March 2017 During Fund Transfer. Even On Transaction timeout ICICI deducted 21000 and same is not credited to my other account I have no idea why they are holding my money even on Fund Transfer Failure and not returning my money. Even they are not replying to my Complaints. there are many that are suffered by these unethical and fraudulent behaviors of such banks. I am requesting you file penalties against such banks that are holding customers money for their own profit and violating atomic properties of Transactions.

                              I don't know when you get back to me but you have ruined my leaves since I have visited home after 6 months but still not able to buy a gift for my parents because I don't have my money just because of your stupid banking services, and this makes me to thing about other banking services provider for my salary account .                                     Sir, my purpose of visit was RTGS for corporate account. I met MS ARCHANA, for this purpose and there was some signature issue, but she was talking to me in such a rude manner, using words like(tu, ja instead of tum or aap). I asked the lady to talk in a decent manner. Instead of apologising she went to the manager and I have no idea what she told him. When I went to file my complaint to the manager. He instead of listening to me started shouting at me infront of all the people, saying (chalana hai toh chalao account yha pe, hame zaroorat nhi h, bahoot aate hai tere jaise). Is this the way a branch manager talks to a account holder in your bank. You are requested to see the footage of the whole incident so you can have an idea for the same. I want you to take strict action againt employee MS. ARCHANA and branch manager SURESH SINGH. If no action or reply of this e-mail will be taken.

                                      I was informed that the pf charges would be zero and the foreclosure charges would be NIL after six months. But as soon as I gave them the cancelled cheque they disbursed the amount without informing me about the charges.
                                      And they deducted around 5000 rs as processing fee.

                                      They have cheated the other people also in similar manner. I emailed them about this a numerous time but they are not taking any action.

                                      With reference to your e-mail dated March 27, 2017, regarding the Processing Fee and Foreclosure Charges we understand your concern.

                                      However, We regret to inform you that, as per the process Processing Fee is applicable and also Foreclosure Charge will be applicable if you wish to close the loan with Balance Transfer and same will be waved off if it is paid by own funds after 12months.

                                      For the loan process I was in the contact of Sumit and Deepak from ICICI.
                                      I was told that the processing charges will be zero and the pre-closure charges would be zero after 6 months.

                                      Now when the money was disbursed yesterday, I was shocked to see that I was charged around 5000 as processing charges.
                                      I contacted your customer care and your executive told me that the pre-closure charges are zero only after 12 months.

                                      I did not get any email or call from the bank regarding these charges, money was disbursed without any prior intimation.
                                      I have already logged a service request with ICICI customer care SR[protected]

                                      This is not the first time this has happened to me. Same thing happened last time.

                                      I was going to take home loan from ICICI but now dues to these cheating cases I would go with other banks.

                                      Please take a look into this, address the issues as soon as possible.

                                      I was not intimated by anybody about these charges.
                                      Also your sales representatives told me that the foreclosure charges will be zero after six months. They told me that the pf charges will be ZERO.
                                      Nobody from ICICI informed me about the charges before disbursing the amount.

                                      I am not happy with this response of yours, instead of investigating you guys are telling me that the charges are applicable.
                                      Please look into this again, I am not making up all this.

                                        I have a demat account in icici bank. when i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dmc/[protected] dp chgs till feb-17 inr of 603. when i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.
