I have a salary account with ICICI, yesterday i visited icici and Axis bank atm both of them was out of service and declined transaction. When i got home, I noticed Rs. 27.15 was deducted from my account under ATMDEC CHG/12-12-16/5465+ST+ST and Transaction ID being SB498800 . Please get this reverted as soon as possible. I purchased an travelling product from my Credit card No. [protected] on 10/12/2016 at 13:48:38 and then canceled that transaction around 5 pm due to train delay. Rs.29000 got deducted from my account immediately, but no refund of void payment has been made till now!!!

Dear Concerned,

From last one month onwards every time i withdraw the money the next day or same day the withdrawl of money is happening as NFS/CASH WD as the transaction name without my knowledge.
It is been happening so many times.
Every time random amount is been withdraw.

First of all, with whose permission has my card been blocked ?

I called up the customer care to check for the charges, incase I want to get a new card. But, I NEVER asked the first rep of yours to BLOCK my card. I kept of telling him not to block my card.
