I do not have an ICICI account, but I am getting transaction notification to my email id [protected]@gmail.com . I guess it is someone else's account. The account number ends with 4375 XXXX XXXX. I do not stay in India and can not visit a local office to resolve this issue. I have tried calling customer care and have not got anywhere since I do not have the account number. I want this issue to be resloved, as I do not wish to receive anyone else transaction details. Please get back to me asap!

    Incident date : 03/01/2017
    My name is vijaykumar banpure. I was told that there is no monthly charges for my demat account but i could see that rs 805 has been deducted on in[protected] dp chgs till jan-17 though i haven't used demat account.
    There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. Without my consent how can you deduct the amount i need refund of money back immediately. My account number is[protected].

    Revert me asap.

          An amount 805/- got debited from account[protected] on 1/3/2017 towards DP Charges. This been a routine affair and have made a complaint earlier too over the phone and visited the Begumpet branch at Hyderabad as well. However there seems to be no change. I have never utilized this service and have clearly made a point to withdraw the same many a times. My engagement with ICICI Bank is way from[protected] if i am correct. Off late there seems to be severe slackness in terms of response being offered.

          Please look into this and revert soon.

              My name is NITESH KUMAR PANDEY, I have salary account in ICICI BANK LTD. 2019 A, 3RD B CROSS, SECTOR B, YELAHANKA NEW TOWN, BANGALORE 560064. ICICI people has done DP charge fraud with me. They have deducted Rs 805 on 27th feb 2017. I am a valuable customer from last 2+ years but I got this as a repay from them. I tried speaking with customer care also but they cut the call.

                HI,

                I am an Account Holder at AXIS BANK (Begumpet), I have transferred amount of INR 6588/- to the wrong account of ICICI BANK (Account Number:[protected] SD Road), this happened on 9th Jan 2017.

                And on the same day I have raised the complaint with Axis Bank on this, from then Axis bank is following to ICICI Bank regarding this and as of today there is no Respond from you.

                I personally went to ICICI bank early this month (Approx Date 13th Feb 2017) and have raised a complaint ever over there but no luck as of date.

                Request you to please look into this and have this closed ASAP.

                  Hi,
                  I had received a call from[protected] they said that he was from icici bank for personal loan. And had take my pan card number, aadar card number to check loan detail and after one day one person take all my document and also filled loan application form for personal loan.
                  After 2 days when I had call for status of loan he said it is under process but now no one picking up calls on that number
                  I had also has one email I'd on that I had forwarded some of my documents ([protected]@gmail.com) but as of now no reply, I had doubt that may be some one has miss used my documents so please check the same.

On 27 Feb 2017, an amount of Rs.548.65 has been deducted from my savings account with the remarks Dmc/IN[protected] DP chgs till JAN 17 without any prior notice and I haven't applied for Demat Account. Since it is a Salaried Account, the company policy is not to deduct any service charges. If this is not resolved at the earliest, I will definitely sue ICICI.

                      I was using a credit card number ending with **1002.I was told it comes with no annual fee + a gift kit worth 2000 (Which i never received).I was out of country last year and when tried to use this in Jul 2016, it didnt work.Afterwards, i called ICICI customer care and they told me that i have not used this card for a long time so they deactivated this.I asked them to keep it deactivated.I didn't hear anything regarding my credit card after that.But all of a sudden this month, i received a text on my registered number that my payment is due.Which turned to be a annual fee+ some good interest amount (Contacted credit card dept).So, my complaint are-
                      1.If you guys deactivated my creadit card then why asking me annual fee
                      2. why annual fee since it was no fee card
                      3. why i have not informed in my email, mobile, home address??
                      4. why i haven't received my gift voucher.
                      5. I haven't used this card for last couple of months and even do not want to use this anymore.Also will make sure no one in my friends and family will use your service anymore in future.
                      Now, tell me what is the solution for this.I dont want to pay that huge amount without any reason.Please remove all the access charges and my credit card service from ICICI bank.
                      This is very wrong and a fair bit amount of harassment to me.

                      Let me know the outcome of my complaint as soon as possible.It will save my and your time as well.
                      Otherwise, consumer forum is the final option left for me.

                        A person called up my mobile number and acting as if calling from Icici bank .
                        He was trying to get my Banking details .
                        Request you to prevent this person from cheating people.
                        I am Ashok Yarragunta. On 26 OCt 2017, an amount of Rs.826 has been deducted from my savings account with the remarks DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-17 without any prior notice and while opening demat account they haven't mentioned any thing about these charges. They said no hidden charges but this DMC suddenly come up with out any prior notice.

                          As per your statement I have seen the joining fees as well as service tax are reflecting in statment, but I had already informed to you through mail that your person told me cell no [protected] that no any charges will be charged for this new card regarding I was already emaild to your confirmation mail, please check hence kindly withdraw the all charges if not kindly closed the card because till I have not got the pin also.

                          As you e-statement I have seen you have charged me joining fees for the new issue of new credit card, but I was already emailed to you if no charges will be charged than issue me, your representetive also not responding today when am calling on [protected], hence kindly withdraw the all joining charges which was included in may e-statement otherwise the same card is teated as cancelled I also not got the pin of new card only old card to be continue.

                              The Credit Card No.[protected] was valid Thru 10/14 and after its expiry I never applied for renew as I was retired in the year 2010 and left that address which was a government accommodation nor I made any purchasing after year 2010.
                              After a gap of five years suddenly I received your emails of pending bills.
                              Will you please look into this that when the card was expired then who got this renewed and made purchasing. This credit is reflecting in my CIBIL code.
                              I wants to book the culprits in the books.
                              Looking for your swift action otherwise I will file a complaint in the crime/fraud branch of Delhi Police.

                                    My name is meghna, and i recieved a msg at 5am on 25th feb 2017, saying

                                    "dear customer you have made a debit card purchase of inr. 777.40 on 27th feb 2017. Info. Msi*digital riv."

                                    When i went on google and typed msi digital riv, i was shocked to see so many complaints against icici digital riv.

                                    So many people have faced this fraudulent. So many have complaint against this and icici is not responding or investigating! Is this why we are trusting icici with our money? I definitely will make sure i get my money back. But i also want icici to figure this out, because at the moment it seems you are supporting.

                                    I will take this on all social media platforms need be.

                                    I have no guarantee if my money is safe in my account anymore.

                                    I have asked all my friends and families to block and transfer their money into other bank accounts.

                                    Please let me know, because this is imperative. We dont save money to be wasted on fraudulent behaviour.

                                    The same thing happened to me today. I was charged 797.68 at 12.32. When I raised the dispute with icici bank, I was suggested to block my card and wait for 5 working days to get the new card.

                                    My point is that if the transaction has taken place without my consent, then why should I suffer by blocking card? Also, the customer care person said that they can't confirm the refund. When I asked about so many complaints on same "DIGITALRIV" FRAUD TRANSACTION, he replied that I should check the number of refunds made by ICICI bank on the same issue. This is an activity which has been very frequent with ICICI bank and their approach to customers is as bad as SBI.

                                    I also request all to move away from ICICI BANK. They are more for rural people than urban.

                                      I am Rahul Ray owner of [protected] credit card. I am using this card since long and very happy with the service. In January month statement I have seen one transaction on 16th Jan of Rs 4500 which I have not made and next day Rs 300 transaction charge is added. I have called customer care and informed the same they have blocked the card. I have not received any transaction alert via SMS or email. In that month my total amount due was Rs 13276.33 I have paid 8476.33 which I have used. I have mailed all the details to the senior management and they told to submit My Photo ID proof, Credit Card Copy and Police complaint, I have mailed my Photo ID proof and Credit Card Copy. They have given one address of ATM from where this transaction happened but this address is not traceable so no police station is taking complaint.
                                      In the February moth statement they have charged Rs 4500 and Rs 584.93. Please help me regarding this matter.
