I'm getting charged for each transaction although my account comes under salaried account. I complained 2 months back, still i didn't received any POSITIVE response from your end....

I used my debit card to purchase fuel on 26th Dec at HPCL petrol pump for
amount 300. However Rs. 11.50 has been deducted from my account on 5th Jan
with comments as Dt:26/12/16 AUTOLINES HPCL.

I raised the concern with them via email to [protected]@icicibank.com on 8th Jan and still have not got back the refund.

Now they have deducted the same amount again on 31st Jan for the transaction done on 10th...

Rs 1505 reduced from my ICICI savings.

ICICI never informed me regarding this that Additional charges will be applied.

ICICI cheating on me.

Please I need my refund of Rs. 1505.00 back as soon as possible.

I need a call back from ICICI personnel ASAP because it is my money not theirs.

I was told by the representative while opening the DMAT account that it's free, If I knew it's chargeable I would have closed it as I have hardly used it, now I have been charged annual charges for the same and your customer care is saying that I will have to visit a branch for further query, this is very disturbing, please refund the amount and close my DMAT account.

I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 4 years now. When I checked my bank transactions today and found that there is one debit transaction 02144117 DP CHGS TILL DEC-16--- INR 805'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking...

I Had applied for loan, got a call from [protected] & Sravanthi had spoke to me & told me to submit the documents to her executive syedakif, Some documents are handovered & Some are mailed to [protected]@gmail.com.

Till now no one is responding calls & No further improvements.

Kindly the ICICI Bank Mgmt is to verify & Approve my loan

I haven't subscribed to My Money service but still annual fee for Jan-17 to Dec 17 Rs. 335 rupees got deducted.The same amount was deducted last year also from my account for the same service, and any number of calls to Customer Care didn't help to unsubscribe from the service and get refund o[censored]nwanted subscription. I have a demat account in ICICI since 3 years now. Today i found that RS.383/- was charged under 59947243 DP CHGS TILL DEC-16. i didnt get any message alert or anything about this. I dont know from how many months the amount is got debited for this Demat account.

When I had created my salary account this Demat account was created for me by ICICI representatives. I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI...

This is regarding the deduction of rupees 805 from my ICICI bank account[protected] with description as DP CHGS till DEC-16.

When I looked for what DP CHGS means then I found that they are the Demat charger . Why are you deduction these charger without my permission ? I do not want any demat account with my ICICI bank account .I was never informed that any kind of charges will be deducted for just opening...

It is to inform you that i have recived a msg to day that there is an outstanding balance of rs.3977.00 for the above card which is expired by 11/15 and it is now valid as on today.Moreover i have not used the above card, as it is already expired.

In view of the above i request you to kindly make an enquiry and find it out how it is happened. Further, i am not responsible any transaction made after 11/15.

Sir i was done fund transfer 2000 rupee icici bank to indian oversese
bank by UPI to my imobile on 31/12/16. ammount was dedeit to my ICICI

I have done the purchase of 241rs at flipkart internet pvt ltd on 22-jan-2017. But from my credit card amount was deducted twice but got only one message form icici regarding this transaction. if i am seeing my cresit card current statement it is showing that two times Rs 241 deducted from my account.so please take this issue.
