As per your statement I have seen the joining fees as well as service tax are reflecting in statment, but I had already informed to you through mail that your person told me cell no [protected] that no any charges will be charged for this new card regarding I was already emaild to your confirmation mail, please check hence kindly withdraw the all charges if not kindly closed the card because till I have not got the pin also.

As you e-statement I have seen you have charged me joining fees for the new issue of new credit card, but I was already emailed to you if no charges will be charged than issue me, your representetive also not responding today when am calling on [protected], hence kindly withdraw the all joining charges which was included in may e-statement otherwise the same card is teated as cancelled I also not got the pin of new card only old card to be continue.

    I have not received the redemption form till date . How will I get the redemption proceeds? the redemption of the MMB-1999 bonds is on 3.3.2017. Where will I get the redmption form or should I send the original bond duly discharged and the bank details for credit into the acccount directly? Bond no. is 5155-552 and certificate no. is 12479.       The Credit Card No.[protected] was valid Thru 10/14 and after its expiry I never applied for renew as I was retired in the year 2010 and left that address which was a government accommodation nor I made any purchasing after year 2010.
      After a gap of five years suddenly I received your emails of pending bills.
      Will you please look into this that when the card was expired then who got this renewed and made purchasing. This credit is reflecting in my CIBIL code.
      I wants to book the culprits in the books.
      Looking for your swift action otherwise I will file a complaint in the crime/fraud branch of Delhi Police.

            My name is meghna, and i recieved a msg at 5am on 25th feb 2017, saying

            "dear customer you have made a debit card purchase of inr. 777.40 on 27th feb 2017. Info. Msi*digital riv."

            When i went on google and typed msi digital riv, i was shocked to see so many complaints against icici digital riv.

            So many people have faced this fraudulent. So many have complaint against this and icici is not responding or investigating! Is this why we are trusting icici with our money? I definitely will make sure i get my money back. But i also want icici to figure this out, because at the moment it seems you are supporting.

            I will take this on all social media platforms need be.

            I have no guarantee if my money is safe in my account anymore.

            I have asked all my friends and families to block and transfer their money into other bank accounts.

            Please let me know, because this is imperative. We dont save money to be wasted on fraudulent behaviour.

            The same thing happened to me today. I was charged 797.68 at 12.32. When I raised the dispute with icici bank, I was suggested to block my card and wait for 5 working days to get the new card.

            My point is that if the transaction has taken place without my consent, then why should I suffer by blocking card? Also, the customer care person said that they can't confirm the refund. When I asked about so many complaints on same "DIGITALRIV" FRAUD TRANSACTION, he replied that I should check the number of refunds made by ICICI bank on the same issue. This is an activity which has been very frequent with ICICI bank and their approach to customers is as bad as SBI.

            I also request all to move away from ICICI BANK. They are more for rural people than urban.

              I am Rahul Ray owner of [protected] credit card. I am using this card since long and very happy with the service. In January month statement I have seen one transaction on 16th Jan of Rs 4500 which I have not made and next day Rs 300 transaction charge is added. I have called customer care and informed the same they have blocked the card. I have not received any transaction alert via SMS or email. In that month my total amount due was Rs 13276.33 I have paid 8476.33 which I have used. I have mailed all the details to the senior management and they told to submit My Photo ID proof, Credit Card Copy and Police complaint, I have mailed my Photo ID proof and Credit Card Copy. They have given one address of ATM from where this transaction happened but this address is not traceable so no police station is taking complaint.
              In the February moth statement they have charged Rs 4500 and Rs 584.93. Please help me regarding this matter.

                  Amazon initiated my refund on 21th feb 2017 for the amount 12226 with refund reference # 74332747052705194407475. I had a communication with amazon customer care and they are saying that money should be in bank account by now. But still i have not received the money in by bank account.

                  When i contacted to icici customer care in live chat... They are not giving proper response.. Even once i provided the all the details some one said that it will take 7days and other one said that it should be happen with in 4 days. No one is giving proper response about my request.

                  Finally i sent a mail to customer. [protected]@icicibank.com with attaching all communication from amazon with confirmation mail from amazon. Again they are asking that to forward confirmation mail from amazon. They are simply passing the time without providing any solution.

                  Very disappointing action from icici.. They simply avoiding customer queries. Here also i attached the refund details.

                  Below is the confirmation email from amazon :

                    Hi, I am Ravi and I hold an ICICI credit card with 45000 limit.. I used it for 40000 and i used to pay the minimum payment every month.. Last January (2016), 42500 is outstanding on my card and I am unable to pay every month as i lost my Job.. A total of 15000 was paid against the card in 2016 and by November the bill reached 66720..

                    So a total of 39000+ charges were levied within 11 months which comes to 90% of the Principal amount.. when i asked their Executives about the huge charges, they are giving very rude replies..

                    ICICI simply looting people in the name of Charges..

                      Today i was about to write the exam at 9 a.m. at Edu surge centre in Mylapore. The actual batch time is 9 and there were different batch time allotted, like 9 a.m., 10 a.m and so on.. The centre doesn't has a proper server system for writing online exams. This is a very small centre and also doesn't have a proper system. Students who were allotted to write the exam at 9 were waiting nearly 2 hours outside and including me. I was waiting patiently for nearly 2 hours and I expected that they will call for biometric registration but no response from the invigilators. They were sincerely solving the server issue at the time of exam. If a system is not proper, So why the ICICI bank has to make us wait for nearly 2 hours or allot exam at Edu Surge as the centre has no system availability or facility? I got frustrated and I left the exam centre after 2 hours. I nearly wasted my time there. I wasted only 2 hours but the students who came at 8.15 a.m were facing nearly so many issues with the server. They can't even log in to the exam portal. My concern is that, ICICI bank should alert proper centre which has good system server or facility inorder for the candidates to write their exam without any distractions or tensions. Some left the exam even after the biometric registration done as they can't log in . they are coming from far away from Chennai. This was very frustating..!!

                        Unauthorized transactions happened in my credit card for 3 times each for Rs.6400/- (Total 19, 200) on 22/02/2017 at 23.08 Indian time.
                        I received 3 messages in just 2 seconds from ICICI bank for these transactions.

                        These transactions were neither done by me nor authorized by me. I didn't receive the OTP for these transactions.

                        I received the message like "A transaction of IR 6, 400.00 on 22-FEB-17 on Card xxxxxxxx is made at STEAMGAMES.COM. This transaction has been processed without the additional factor of authentication prescribed by RBI"

                        I was shocked to see this message 3 times. I blocked my card immediately and raised a complaint on phone, raised a dispute.

                        Dispute ID SR[protected]. I received a message from bank saying that the "Decision will be informed in 9 days".

                        Please ensure that for all my transaction I want to receive OTP on my mobile.

                        Please do the needful to revert all these 3 unauthorized transactions.

                        I raised a complaint to the ICICI Bank customer care about the unauthorized transactions in my credit cards. I was asked to raise a dispute on these transactions. As informed by the customer care, these transaction are no more appearing in the online statement. So, I think the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your support.

                          Today I got a call from a number[protected], and they told me that they are calling from ICICI bank mumbai. Unfortunately few days back I applied for ICICI bank credit card So I thought this call is related to that Application.
                          They said please provide few details so that they can proceed my credit card application.
                          I said ok because i thought they are genuine and I gave my few information
                          like, PAN card number, Residential address, Office address, Name, Parents name and Email.
                          after that they gave me the Application track code and they said you will get call from our executive within 2 days for document collection.
                          But I found that caller is fraud because which application number they gave me that is invalid.

                          So please take some to against this number. and help me save my privacy because I gave them my few information and I don't know what they can do with those information.

                            I have given an application to Close my account[protected] on 14th Feb 2017. The account was is dormant stage so I gave the application to activate the account and I paid the outstanding negative balance and also gave application to closure(I am attaching all the documents below). Even after more than a week the account is not closed the SR number is SR[protected]. I gave the initial request in Indiranagar, CMH Road Branch Bangalore, and I paid the outstanding amount in Domlur Branch and followed up with Domlur branch but even after visiting branch for many times my issue is not solved. This is ridiculous. When I spoke to ICICI bank customer care they said it will get closed by 20th Feb 2017 (I have the recording). Today Domlur Branch people are telling that its a mistake of Indiranagar Branch. I am fed up of ICICI bank. When customer wants to open an account you people show lot of interest but when they want to close you people absolutely don't care about it. If my account is not closed by today I will take this to Media and I will officially lodge a complaint in consumer court.

                                I have a home loan with icici bank and and have been paying my emi on a regular basis for more than 10 years, unfortunately on one of the occasion the ecs was declined because my salary was not credited on time, however i made sure that payment should be made asap therefore i issued a chq of rs 7, 754 and went to the bank to deposit it on 17-2-17.

                                Some details of the case:
                                • i had lodged a complaint of lost card ([protected]) in 2011
                                − however, the complaint was logged almost after 6-7 months of the card getting lost as i out of country and the card was lost in town (Dropped off from my wife’s purse)
                                − there was a dispute about the charges payable but ultimately we agreed to drop the case and pay out the agreed amount (As we were leaving country with family and did not want any financial disputes in record)
                                • the case dates back to 2011 and we have a confirmation of payment received & no dues

                                It is very unfortunate if despite paying the agreed amount (Even though the card was lost) i am still considered to be a part of the defaulter group.
                                The very intent to pay off was to ensure clear financial records and i was assured about the same from the bank.

                                I appreciate your help in ensuring my credit status is cleared
