    Amazon initiated my refund on 21th feb 2017 for the amount 12226 with refund reference # 74332747052705194407475. I had a communication with amazon customer care and they are saying that money should be in bank account by now. But still i have not received the money in by bank account.

    When i contacted to icici customer care in live chat... They are not giving proper response.. Even once i provided the all the details some one said that it will take 7days and other one said that it should be happen with in 4 days. No one is giving proper response about my request.

    Finally i sent a mail to customer. [protected]@icicibank.com with attaching all communication from amazon with confirmation mail from amazon. Again they are asking that to forward confirmation mail from amazon. They are simply passing the time without providing any solution.

    Very disappointing action from icici.. They simply avoiding customer queries. Here also i attached the refund details.

      Hi, I am Ravi and I hold an ICICI credit card with 45000 limit.. I used it for 40000 and i used to pay the minimum payment every month.. Last January (2016), 42500 is outstanding on my card and I am unable to pay every month as i lost my Job.. A total of 15000 was paid against the card in 2016 and by November the bill reached 66720..

      So a total of 39000+ charges were levied within 11 months which comes to 90% of the Principal amount.. when i asked their Executives about the huge charges, they are giving very rude replies..

      ICICI simply looting people in the name of Charges..

        Today i was about to write the exam at 9 a.m. at Edu surge centre in Mylapore. The actual batch time is 9 and there were different batch time allotted, like 9 a.m., 10 a.m and so on.. The centre doesn't has a proper server system for writing online exams. This is a very small centre and also doesn't have a proper system. Students who were allotted to write the exam at 9 were waiting nearly 2 hours outside and including me. I was waiting patiently for nearly 2 hours and I expected that they will call for biometric registration but no response from the invigilators. They were sincerely solving the server issue at the time of exam. If a system is not proper, So why the ICICI bank has to make us wait for nearly 2 hours or allot exam at Edu Surge as the centre has no system availability or facility? I got frustrated and I left the exam centre after 2 hours. I nearly wasted my time there. I wasted only 2 hours but the students who came at 8.15 a.m were facing nearly so many issues with the server. They can't even log in to the exam portal. My concern is that, ICICI bank should alert proper centre which has good system server or facility inorder for the candidates to write their exam without any distractions or tensions. Some left the exam even after the biometric registration done as they can't log in . they are coming from far away from Chennai. This was very frustating..!!

          Unauthorized transactions happened in my credit card for 3 times each for Rs.6400/- (Total 19, 200) on 22/02/2017 at 23.08 Indian time.
          I received 3 messages in just 2 seconds from ICICI bank for these transactions.

          These transactions were neither done by me nor authorized by me. I didn't receive the OTP for these transactions.

          I received the message like "A transaction of IR 6, 400.00 on 22-FEB-17 on Card xxxxxxxx is made at STEAMGAMES.COM. This transaction has been processed without the additional factor of authentication prescribed by RBI"

          I was shocked to see this message 3 times. I blocked my card immediately and raised a complaint on phone, raised a dispute.

          Dispute ID SR[protected]. I received a message from bank saying that the "Decision will be informed in 9 days".

          Please ensure that for all my transaction I want to receive OTP on my mobile.

          Please do the needful to revert all these 3 unauthorized transactions.

          I raised a complaint to the ICICI Bank customer care about the unauthorized transactions in my credit cards. I was asked to raise a dispute on these transactions. As informed by the customer care, these transaction are no more appearing in the online statement. So, I think the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your support.

          [manoj kumar] the guy from the Idirect queries depart is [censored]. He did not even addressed my query properly and saying you still will be charged in future as dmat account automatically gets activated once your salary account activated.

            Today I got a call from a number[protected], and they told me that they are calling from ICICI bank mumbai. Unfortunately few days back I applied for ICICI bank credit card So I thought this call is related to that Application.
            They said please provide few details so that they can proceed my credit card application.
            I said ok because i thought they are genuine and I gave my few information
            like, PAN card number, Residential address, Office address, Name, Parents name and Email.
            after that they gave me the Application track code and they said you will get call from our executive within 2 days for document collection.
            But I found that caller is fraud because which application number they gave me that is invalid.

            So please take some to against this number. and help me save my privacy because I gave them my few information and I don't know what they can do with those information.

              Hi There,
              I have given an application to Close my account[protected] on 14th Feb 2017. The account was is dormant stage so I gave the application to activate the account and I paid the outstanding negative balance and also gave application to closure(I am attaching all the documents below). Even after more than a week the account is not closed the SR number is SR[protected]. I gave the initial request in Indiranagar, CMH Road Branch Bangalore, and I paid the outstanding amount in Domlur Branch and followed up with Domlur branch but even after visiting branch for many times my issue is not solved. This is ridiculous. When I spoke to ICICI bank customer care they said it will get closed by 20th Feb 2017 (I have the recording). Today Domlur Branch people are telling that its a mistake of Indiranagar Branch. I am fed up of ICICI bank. When customer wants to open an account you people show lot of interest but when they want to close you people absolutely don't care about it. If my account is not closed by today I will take this to Media and I will officially lodge a complaint in consumer court.

                  I have a home loan with icici bank and and have been paying my emi on a regular basis for more than 10 years, unfortunately on one of the occasion the ecs was declined because my salary was not credited on time, however i made sure that payment should be made asap therefore i issued a chq of rs 7, 754 and went to the bank to deposit it on 17-2-17.

                  Some details of the case:
                  • i had lodged a complaint of lost card ([protected]) in 2011
                  − however, the complaint was logged almost after 6-7 months of the card getting lost as i out of country and the card was lost in town (Dropped off from my wife’s purse)
                  − there was a dispute about the charges payable but ultimately we agreed to drop the case and pay out the agreed amount (As we were leaving country with family and did not want any financial disputes in record)
                  • the case dates back to 2011 and we have a confirmation of payment received & no dues

                  It is very unfortunate if despite paying the agreed amount (Even though the card was lost) i am still considered to be a part of the defaulter group.
                  The very intent to pay off was to ensure clear financial records and i was assured about the same from the bank.

                  I appreciate your help in ensuring my credit status is cleared

                        I made a transcation 3 times by mistake on airtel money and 15000 have been deducted from my account.

                        I got tanscation failure 3 times but the amount deducted. Below is one of the message i received as transaction failed but amount deducted. Please cancel my three transaction which are 5000 rs each which happened on evening of 22nd feb.

                              Fully amount not dispatched but balance get deducted

                              I am a customer of hdfc (A/c-[protected]).

                              On 21/02/2017 around 17:45 hrs i had used icici bank atm (Atm id-stchb372) in hsr bangalore for money withdrawal of 500rs but only 400rs is dispatched from the atm

                              I didn't get the money in my hdfc account was debited.

                              Please investigate and get it credited back to my hdfc account asap.

                                Hello,

                                We regret to inform you that, the present “VARA Enterprises” and the then company “3i infotech”, “Vikarta Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.” and have been harassing BPO employees of ALPL & Credit Card Section working for ICICI, ICICI Building, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad in many ways and treating as working machines. Here no one is taking care of the employee’s welfare. So we would like to notice some of the major issues which we have been facing to get rid of the problems of employees and indirectly to give better service to the company wholeheartedly.
                                The list of issues is shown below.
                                1) Salaries are not exactly as per the offer letter. Seniority is not considering. There is no bonus for seniors working here even submitted related previous experience at the time of joining.
                                2) No week offs / holidays / festivals. Treating all days are working and forcing us to attend daily even we are not healthy even getting chorionic diseases, no emergency leaves / medical leaves / permissions are not accepting in any way.
                                3) PF account numbers are not given to the employees. Getting very difficult to know our balance in PF A/c.
                                4) ESI Cards are useless as they are not assigned to the concerned dispensary address to avail the facility.
                                5) No permission for participation in cultural events / competitions at this office.
                                6) The Manager (Ram Mohan & Chiranjeevi), Assistant Manager, Satish (TL) and the staff are absolutely unfit & unfriendly with the employees and using informal language in office even with lady employees.
                                7) Giving heavy target which is usually not possible with the employees even 9hrs of time spent. Forcing to spend extra hours to finish the target and definitely it makes difficult to reach the homes to women working employees late nights.
                                8) Cabs are not available to all areas, so getting difficult to reach homes every day.
                                Forcing to stay at cabin to work without taking lunch, tea & also emergency breaks to finish the target.
                                9) No particular week offs & festival holidays. Every day is a working day forcing to work without rest without any extra allowance. So employees are getting chronic diseases due to merciless management actions.
                                10) 24 leavers are there per year as they said but coming to practical leaves are not accepting in emergency. Leaves are not accepting even applied prior and proper way.
                                Every week target increased. Management is benefiting directly instead of employees for extra work and time spent at office.

                                Day by day there is a new rule and new target without integration with employees. We can simply say here violating the employee’s basic rights. If anyone raises hand for justice among employees surely that person will be punished crucially in all ways to leave the company.
                                Where is the Ethics, Credibility and Hope? People have belief in ICICI and we are too but it is not now.

                                Hence, we beg you to look into the matter seriously to set the management in a possible / with rules in vogue to provide better service by us happily and healthily. We plan to take a move to rise this issue using all electronic & print media, social sites and also with the Govt. too. I hope you understand the situations here and our intention.

                                  I'm vandana holding icici savings account for past 3 years. A/c#[protected] in marrathalli bangalore.
                                  Without any intimation my account has been again and again debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
                                  Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines.

                                    Dear concerned,
                                    I have closed above mentioned a/c no. 3 years back. I have d mate a/c also linked with these a/c.
                                    Above a/c was opened in katras (Dhanbad) branch by rupesh bhatt. When i told him to closed my d mate a/c then he suggested me to closed saving a/c. He said by closure of saving a/c, dmate a/c will automatically get closed.in place of these he opened new a/c in the same branch and he as taken 5, 000 cash from me for closure of dmate and saving a/c.
                                    After few days i have confirmed from rupesh bhatt for the closure of dmate a/c, he told that you don't take any tension your work had been done. But till date it has not been closed and annual free get debited from my new saving a/c.
                                    In last month on 24th january, 2017 i have again made the compliance for the same to sandeep gupta and rajesh (Branch manager) of kartas branch. They are not ready to listen and they are again demanding for money in cash for the same.
                                    Please help me out from these situation or else i have to closed my existing saving a/c also from icici bank. I am going to file fir in ploice station for the same.

                                    Dear Concerned, Still mu problem has not been solved. I had conference call with Netu Madam ( from Mumbai ) and Rajesh ( BM of Katras). As per telephonic discussion they have told me to log in d mate a/c and sell all holding. But when i tried to login I am receiving error as "This bank account is not mapped with any active ICICI Direct Account: At present you are not registered for availing this facility.:In order to avail this faclility you need to register yourself." After that I had telephonic discussion with Mr. Rajesh and I have told him that after holi i will come to Katras Branch for doing all the procedure to close mu saving a/c and d mate a/c. Then Rajesh had told me that you have to visit Dhanbad branch for the same. If my a/c has been opened by Katras branch, so why I should go to other branch . It seems that employee of Katras are not interested to do the job and they just misguiding the customers or from katrash branch has no authority to close these account then katras branch has not authority to open any account also.
                                    ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
