    I was having a ICICI credit card having the number [protected]. There was a complaint from my end on a double billing to get a resolution for which you service provider had blocked the card. I was not told if the card is blocked the same card cannot be used. After the resolution when I asked your service provider to open the card he said that a new card will be issued.

    Here I clearly said the ICICI agent that I will accept the card only if the card is issued at free of cost. He conformed it is a free card.

    Now I have not received any card but still I have received a statement asking me to pay a joining fee which is not acceptable to me.

    This was clearly told to the ICICI verification officer when she contacted contacted me related to the card. Still I get a reminder to make the payment.

    ICICI should charge me for the card which I do not have. They should not deliver the card if chargeable.

            On 27/01/2017 I had made a transaction of Rs. 10000/- from ICICI ATM ID S1CNE430 at 19:28 A/c no[protected] but I got only Rs. 8000/- in 2000/- denomination. I already lodged complaint against it in ICICI complaints section vide request no SR[protected] & SR[protected] two times but till now I have not got any solution from ICICI bank. The bank is saying that it is a successfull transaction. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

                Hi,
                I hold an account with ICICI Bank, in the name of Neha Gupta and the mobile number registered with this account is [protected].
                I placed a request to stop a mandate of ECS in mid-January. They did not work on it, and did not communicate as well.
                I had placed the mandate request at the branch the staff had made me write the letter and gave me the details they also checked the letter after submission.
                Now when the mandate was processed I called the bank customer care they have now mailed me saying that "Data mismatch with Mandate on 10-FEB-17.Please contact the biller where you had submitted the mandate."
                This is the mail that I am getting today when I posted a complaint against the branch.
                The Vesu ICICI Branch is disgusting the staff out there are non cooperative and they are averse to work, they do not respect their clients talk rudely with them.
                The mandate was for investment in stock market and I suffered a loss because of that. Is ICICI Bank going to compensate me for that ?
                This is height of this branch, I have faced several issue with this branch earlier but this one is the worst they did.
                I want strict action to be taken against them.

                  I am Rakesh Gupta holding current account with ICICI, its been four month I am getting charge for NMMAB charges, and still not getting Kindly note I have opened this account with the Zero Balance Account, and have been charged as below. Every month my balance is getting deducted, I dont know I am dealing with the professional organization, or Gali bank, who don't care of its customers. Its been four months I am behind you guys and every month my balance is getting low on this, and I am getting a response from you guys to chase branch, and branch is responding me to chase you. What the hell is this. I am your customer. Its seem really pathetic services I am receiving from ICICI.

                  I have contacted the branch, they told me that I can reach to customer care and it will get reverse, after that from customer care I receive reply that I need to visit the branch, when I visited the brach again same thing happened. I was tired of again and again going back and coming back to branch and customer care responses. After that I have raised the complaint through Get in Touch and never receive level2, 3 and 4 response in the same. I really don't understand, whats happening. I am wondering that I am dealing with professional bank or what?

                    I have done the recharge through net banking, but it is not credited to my mobile number. I dint get the confirmation mail also. But that amount has been deducted from my account. I have given all correct details but still there seems to be an issue. Mobile number is [protected], Airtel operator. It was recharged on 15/02/2017. Kindly look into it ASAP.

                        We have submitted all the required documents for current account opening of our newly incorporated company. Before that I confirm with your executive for all the details. He commit that he will provide all the details to us within 2 days along with account activation. But till now our account has not been activated after crossing of 4 working days. As per my understanding, ICICI providing better service and immediate response to their customers. But you guys prove me wrong. Now I m very much disappointed with ICICI, Why I choose to open my company account. For your information, we are just a start up company and we gave our company cheques to many parties. Till now we transferred 766667 to our account and I submit Rs 900000 & Rs 33333 to your executive to deposit. But you people are not responding our query and no proper feedback to us. I am calling the executive on daily basis. He is saying today 200% we will active the account. Daily we are listening to him. Seriously I don't have any faith on ICICI and your exective. If you guys can't active one account. Please return all the documents to us. We will try with any other bank.

                              I have closed my iwish account on 6th Feb, 2017 and the status is still showing as pending.It should not take this much time to get my money back in to my account.I have waited patiently but still it is not getting reflected in to my account and there is no definite time period when the money will get to my account.My icici transaction page always shows pending status and why is this difficult to get my money back from iwish account. while opening the account it was very quick and transfer amount was also done with in a day.

                                  I think ICICI is making it tough for its customers to move to BHIM or any other UPI interface. My bank account has a phone number to it and the phone number has phone banking, sms banking and all other access. Still when I try to find my a/c on BHIM app, there is an error that no bank account found. All OTHER BANKS WORK FINE!

                                  Banks should actively promote UPI transactions and here I see ICICI stopping the growth and hindering innovation.

                                    I would like to let you know that I am Deaf person and have opened ICICI account since last year. I have also opened a Demat account but not used for long. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction ''[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-16 RS 805.00". I was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged like DP charges and others, and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.

                                    My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                                    Kindly respond ASAP.

                                      I am holding the sb account in icici bank since five years. I had submitted the cheque for clearance, the cheque got bounced saying "outdated" on 13th January 2017, since then I am requesting the bank staff to return my cheque back, but they are saying I will get it by post, but I have not got yet. I don't understand what game those people are playing...the cheque I gave for clearance was from Hyundai company and hdfc bank cheque. They are asking me the returned cheque so that they can transfer online, but my bank people are not returning me the cheque back... My sb account number is[protected]

                                        I have stopped receiving OTP from ICICI bank when I start a transaction. I received emails saying that OTP has been sent to my registered mobile, but the OPT never came.
                                        I have complained many times in last few weeks and every time the call center persons keep saying that OTP has been sent from the bank and it is my mobile service provider who is responsible. I have also contacted my mobile service provider - but they stated that if I am getting all other SMS/alerts - it is the bank who is responsible.
                                        The issue is not resolved after multiple follow up.
