Sir, it is a matter of concern that rep of your credit card is visited my home with address Flat No 28, modern appts, sector 15, Rohini, New Delhi looking for me for purpose not known. It's like breaking into my privacy and comming unannounced which is not appreciated especially from an bank institution like ICICI. May I request u to look into the matter and give feedback earliest.     Unusual loan due SMS

    Dear Customer, payment of Rs. 75504 is overdue on your Loan Account XX6797. Please call our Customer Care and press 176 after welcome message. Alternatively, you may also contact ALLIANCE DEBT MANAGEMENT AND LEGAL SERVICES on 47010291. Please ignore if already paid.

    I do not have any loans from ICICI. I have one savings account with the bank which is being used actively....

    I am an account holder of ICICI bank for about 4 years. When I went to take money from the ATM, my money in account was less from the previous days balance. I was thinking why I was having such deduction and I checked my mail and phone whether I received any notification. But I didn’t. Then I went to my personal banking website and checked for the reason. Then I saw a charge of 500 rupees in the name of SMAB Chgs-May15+Stax 55.00. My situation is now standing petrol bunk.         I have been operating the internet banking from my PC without any problem. All on a sudden, a new problem has started. Error messages as shown in the attached photos come up. It is one of these messages that appear at random. I am able to log in and even work for sometime on the site. But then suddenly the error messages appear. At the same time I have no problem in operating the account from my mobile. Please let me know how to get rid of the issues while operating from my PC.

            Dear sir/ Madam

            I have a credit card of your bank since 15 years..I was unable to make the due payment in the month of November due to demonetisation... I called customer care and let Mr. Vijay (sr. executive in customer support) know all the difficulties, I was facing to pay the amount due to a long que in the banks and I requested to give me some grace period and wave off the late fine and interest.. he told me to call in the month of December on or before the due date of the payment for waving off.. Reference no. of the same is SR[protected]

            In December I got a call from customer care to make the payment.. I let Mr. Dinesh ( customer care executive)know all the conversation I had with Mr. Vijay, he told me to pay the whole amount, it was 19, 845/- and he promised me, my all late fine and interest would be waved off after making the payment of Rs. 19845/-
            Instantly I made a cheque payment of 19845/-

            Now I got a new statement from your bank and its showing the total amount due is 3697.52/-and the due date is 23 of Jan 2017..

            Kindly see into it and resolve the issue as soon as possible..

              I have applied for a new ATM card for my salary account.
              The GRID values in the Old ATM card has been erased.
              After I received the card, I tried Net Banking/Purchase by using the GRID values.
              The transaction errored out and Its showing GRID values disabled.

              When I checvked with Customer care to enable the GRID value, they said thay have enabled it.
              But still I am getting the "GRID values disabled" error when trying to do a NET Banking transaction.

              Kindly do the needful.

                  I was having a ICICI credit card having the number [protected]. There was a complaint from my end on a double billing to get a resolution for which you service provider had blocked the card. I was not told if the card is blocked the same card cannot be used. After the resolution when I asked your service provider to open the card he said that a new card will be issued.

                  Here I clearly said the ICICI agent that I will accept the card only if the card is issued at free of cost. He conformed it is a free card.

                  Now I have not received any card but still I have received a statement asking me to pay a joining fee which is not acceptable to me.

                  This was clearly told to the ICICI verification officer when she contacted contacted me related to the card. Still I get a reminder to make the payment.

                  ICICI should charge me for the card which I do not have. They should not deliver the card if chargeable.

                          On 27/01/2017 I had made a transaction of Rs. 10000/- from ICICI ATM ID S1CNE430 at 19:28 A/c no[protected] but I got only Rs. 8000/- in 2000/- denomination. I already lodged complaint against it in ICICI complaints section vide request no SR[protected] & SR[protected] two times but till now I have not got any solution from ICICI bank. The bank is saying that it is a successfull transaction. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

                              I hold an account with ICICI Bank, in the name of Neha Gupta and the mobile number registered with this account is [protected].
                              I placed a request to stop a mandate of ECS in mid-January. They did not work on it, and did not communicate as well.
                              I had placed the mandate request at the branch the staff had made me write the letter and gave me the details they also checked the letter after submission.
                              Now when the mandate was processed I called the bank customer care they have now mailed me saying that "Data mismatch with Mandate on 10-FEB-17.Please contact the biller where you had submitted the mandate."
                              This is the mail that I am getting today when I posted a complaint against the branch.
                              The Vesu ICICI Branch is disgusting the staff out there are non cooperative and they are averse to work, they do not respect their clients talk rudely with them.
                              The mandate was for investment in stock market and I suffered a loss because of that. Is ICICI Bank going to compensate me for that ?
                              This is height of this branch, I have faced several issue with this branch earlier but this one is the worst they did.
                              I want strict action to be taken against them.

                                I am Rakesh Gupta holding current account with ICICI, its been four month I am getting charge for NMMAB charges, and still not getting Kindly note I have opened this account with the Zero Balance Account, and have been charged as below. Every month my balance is getting deducted, I dont know I am dealing with the professional organization, or Gali bank, who don't care of its customers. Its been four months I am behind you guys and every month my balance is getting low on this, and I am getting a response from you guys to chase branch, and branch is responding me to chase you. What the hell is this. I am your customer. Its seem really pathetic services I am receiving from ICICI.

                                I have contacted the branch, they told me that I can reach to customer care and it will get reverse, after that from customer care I receive reply that I need to visit the branch, when I visited the brach again same thing happened. I was tired of again and again going back and coming back to branch and customer care responses. After that I have raised the complaint through Get in Touch and never receive level2, 3 and 4 response in the same. I really don't understand, whats happening. I am wondering that I am dealing with professional bank or what?

                                      We have submitted all the required documents for current account opening of our newly incorporated company. Before that I confirm with your executive for all the details. He commit that he will provide all the details to us within 2 days along with account activation. But till now our account has not been activated after crossing of 4 working days. As per my understanding, ICICI providing better service and immediate response to their customers. But you guys prove me wrong. Now I m very much disappointed with ICICI, Why I choose to open my company account. For your information, we are just a start up company and we gave our company cheques to many parties. Till now we transferred 766667 to our account and I submit Rs 900000 & Rs 33333 to your executive to deposit. But you people are not responding our query and no proper feedback to us. I am calling the executive on daily basis. He is saying today 200% we will active the account. Daily we are listening to him. Seriously I don't have any faith on ICICI and your exective. If you guys can't active one account. Please return all the documents to us. We will try with any other bank.
