I have purchased two children Growth Bond in the name of my son Sri Biswayan Manna being Folio No. 0318928, Certificate No. 220 & Folio No. 0318929, Certificate No. 2207, Redemption Date of those policy was 22.08.2020 and Allotment dated was 22.03.2001 respectively.
That you have send me a form for fill-up that form my present particulars. I have filed up that form with present Bank Account and also 1 have posted that form through speed post on 25.08.2020.
That you have send me two cheques being No. 002049 and 002048
of Rs. 33, 000/- (Rupees Thirty three thousand) each dated 22.08.2020
mentioning Bank Account No.[protected] which bank Account already
closed for which I could not encash those cheque into my Bank Account.
That now you have send me a TDS Form No. 16-A where you mention that you have deducted Rs. 14, 000/- as TDS From Rs. 70, 000/-.
I cannot understand why you have deducted TDS of Rs. 14, 000/ from Rs. 70, 000/- which amount I did not receive till now.
Under those facts and circumstances I beg to request that kindly you would look after the matter sympathetically and also arrange to issue me those cheque mentioning the above noted Bank Account for which I may encash cheque through my Bank Account.
