I am an ex employee of icici bank Ltd. My working period was 12 January 2022 to 8 April 2022. My ID 855910.
I withdrawal my PF amount but I required passbook to check my PF balance but when I logining to icici alumni portal facing problem. Please solve my problem.

    HI ICICI,
    My Name is Ankur Verma and my mobile number is [protected].

    This is 2nd time when i applied Amazon ICICI bank credit card and it is rejected.

    Because one executive called and asked my office address, i told him my office address then hanged up the call and immediately i received rejection message. While my home verification was fine.

    Why it is rejected?? If i am work from home then atleast he has to ask me to meet in office. i Could visit office. But simply rejection because i am work of home is pathetic. He was so rude and unprofessional. His name was Kumar and his mobile number is [protected].

    Due to this i am unable to get credit card and now i can again apply after 6 month. i dont understand this pathetic service of ICICI BANK. i called to customer care number also, there also they have no idea. no clue.

    really disappointed with the service from such renowned bank.
    Kindly register my complaint and take action against that guy Kumar. Who is doing time pass and unprofessional.

      I recharged my mobile on 12th Sep though ICICI net banking, The transaction went successful. Amount of 899 got debited from my account, but the mobile never got recharged. The transaction details are as below:

        I have seeded my ICICI Bank account details on EPFO website on 29th August 2022 till date the verification from bank's end has not been done. I have approached to the branch for resolving my issue but they are totally unaware of this KYC updation process.

            Hello Sir, There is a hidden charge levied on the name of point of sale decline charge and atm decline charge. While opening the account and taking the card, there was brief about any kind of charges since it's salary account. And also, these charges are levied upon incorrect password entry or network failure. And it's charged the number of times you try for the transaction which is really a financial loss for a customer.

            Initially CICI customer representives called and then told that they won't be able to do anything. When asked they even couldn't tell me the reason for this deduction. So I called customer care multiple times, but no resolution. Finally, I submitted a complaint in ICICI's official website. For raising this complaint, you don't require to log in, but do provide as much as supporting information. Very next day i got reply to this complaint that the charged amount will be reverted withing 1 business day. And they reverted it. Thanks!

After waiting for long, i transferred the emi amount manually on september 6, 2022 to the respective merchant account number.                 My account number[protected] was debitted by Rs199/- narating MSI*Amazon. I have never initiated such a transaction and I declare it as unauthorised. The said transaction happened on 9th Sept 2022. Its such a pain to reach any help on phone due to the complex IVR. I am a 76 year old person with mobility issues hence using the portal to raise my complainy.

                  The charges are totally avoidable and looks like a deduction for which I was not notified neither contacted.

                  It has been a worst exp. Banking with a giant like ICICI.

                      I got a call from icici bank requesting me to open a Demat account. They told its being offered free of cost. An amout of 299 + gst will be deducted, but it will be reversed back. Firstly, I never got that refund of the fees for icici direct plan so I went ahead and canceled that plan so that it doesn't get deducted next year.                                 I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account from last 4 months and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. It is being deducted from my account last 4 month today also it got deducted. i have called so many times to icici customer care but did't get any satisfied reply Could you please assist me regarding this.                                     I am account holder ICICI Bank Gandhidham pin code 370201 Kutch Gujarat, My account no.[protected]. in this regards i would like to inform you that account opened zero balance account against FD at the same bank but they charged unnecessary charges rs. 4495.88 from my account on 03.12.2021, since Dec 2021 i tried to get refund from icici and they assured due to mistake charges debited they same asking for their mumbai office for charges reversal but till date they didn't get refund my amount, they told ask from manager again put request for the same. I tried again but they don't help us.

                                    Please co-operate and get action for the same.

                                      A few months back I applied for a credit card via amazon linked with ICICI bank, I have been with all legal documentation part & it was completed from my side. While processing the documentation part there was some technical error & it was not processed further & I did not any confirmation regarding the same, I thought to let it be & give up on that. After a few days, I got a call from ICICI bank saying can you confirm the delivery address for the credit card, Do you need it to your office address or your home address?

                                      I have confirmed saying please deliver the card to my HOME address only as I am working from my home this day & my office address is Noida where I will not be able to collect it.

                                      There was an executive from the bank who visited my home address as I was not available at the location my aunt called me & passed the call to the respective person, He said I am from ICICI bank & am here to verify your home address.

                                      In the evening I got another call from the bank saying was there any executive to verify your address today. I replied saying that yes there was one executive who have verified the address in the noon & she asked me, Did they you for tea or water? (kya uhone chai pani manage that ? ) I replied I was not there at my home at that time so I am unable to answer you, I have to confirm that. She said Thank you & disconnected the call.

                                      Then I got a message that your application is denied.

                                      So, here is my concern you should have asked me for the relevant document or scheduled a time so that I might have helped the team with the process.
                                      I would like to know an explanation for the rejection as it will be reflected on my CIBIl profile where it has no relevancy for the same. I request to revoke the rejection or help me with a resolution.
