Hello Sir, There is a hidden charge levied on the name of point of sale decline charge and atm decline charge. While opening the account and taking the card, there was brief about any kind of charges since it's salary account. And also, these charges are levied upon incorrect password entry or network failure. And it's charged the number of times you try for the transaction which is really a financial loss for a customer.

Complaint marked as Resolved Initially CICI customer representives called and then told that they won't be able to do anything. When asked they even couldn't tell me the reason for this deduction.
So I called customer care multiple times, but no resolution.
Finally, I submitted a complaint in ICICI's official website. For raising this complaint, you don't require to log in, but do provide as much as supporting information. Very next day i got reply to this complaint that the charged amount will be reverted withing 1 business day. And they reverted it. Thanks!
