Dear ICICI Team.,

This is Ananth. G who is the customer for ICICI bank since May-2015 and holding one debit card and credit card. Actually I purchased i phone 6S plus 64GB in the offer zone which is mentioned in the below link.

As per the offer i applied for 24 months EMI. But when I bought a mobile phone the merchant don't have an option to covert my transaction into 24 months. So they ask me to convert the same transaction into the EMI (24 months) through ICICI bank. As per their suggestion I contact the ICICI bank and i converted my transaction into EMI after so many follow-ups. Because bank end also said that they don't have an option to convert to EMI from bank end, at last i talked with superior person finally they converted into 24 months. Here enclosed my invoice copy/ Bill, credit card statement (from my I phone 6S plus transaction to 3 months EMI). So after my transaction I followed a lot on Merchant and Bank. But I don't get the right conclusion for the cash back. So kindly go through the details which I mentioned above and clear the cash back as soon. Revert me in case of any clarification.

Now bank site replies, you are not eligible to get cash back because you did your emi conversation through customer care instead of doing mergent end. But in offer terms and conditions clearly explained, not only mergent end is eligible. Through other ways also eligible for cash back. I have attached that highlighted image. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

    Deactivate One Assist Plan of ICICI Bank

    Date of incident : 2nd Feb 2017

    I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

    Dear Sir, Can you please confirm the method of interest taking by ICICI Bank on credit card. I am uploading the audio discussion with ICICI customer care and image file for your perusal, in which you will see the statement of Dec'16 and Jan'17. I am disagree the interest charges 192.96 and Service Tax 28.94 in the statement of Jan'17 below. you will see the complete description of interest amount 192.96 and 28.94 in image send by ICICI bank. ICICI bank charged more than Rs 200 on purchase 900 in a month which is highly unexpected. The problem is not amount, the fight is not against this single charges. I am raising the issue against system which is completely unfair.

    How legal it is to interest more than 200 rupees on purchase 900 in single month. Is RBI aware about these interest charging ICICI on their customers. if an EMI is going on credit card and apart this if customer purchase something new of 900 also than ICICI taking interest on 900 rupees, apart this add 3 more time on EMI principal and service tax separately in next EMI.

      1st Feb 2017 15:10, I received a call from MOBILE NUMBER [protected] DELHI ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD REWARS POINT DEPARTMENT on which a lady asked me whether I use an ICICI credit card. To which I said yes. Further she told me that some credit card reward points were not used yet are you facing any problem if you not using it then it will be lapsed, I told her i was not aware abt rewards points are going to be lapsed, so she said ICICI bank credit card department providing information notification to use these reward points before it lapsed. She asked me whether I want to redeem these reward points in any shopping or purchase something or including in billing cycle or reserve it for future use to credit card account, so I told I want to use it to adjust in my billing cycle, so I asked her for procedure, she told me that you have to apply for activation and then after verification it will be processed so she said would you like to go for it, to which I replied "yes".

      Now call transferred to a guy name rahul, he asked my credit card number, he was already knowing 1st 4 digits of my credit card number then I provided him further remaining number and valid to date.

      Than he told me that he will transfer the call to IVR and I need to type the CVV number. I asked him that No one asks for CVV number. To which politely replied that he is not asking me to tell the CVV number, instead he is asking me to type the CVV number on my phone. This is required to process your rewards points equivalent amount 7651 Rs to your credit card account. I thought for a while and typed the CVV number. He then told me that I will receive an SMS with OTP. Again at this point I asked him, I am not convinced. First CVV and now cant provide OTP, assure me that you are not fraud it's not prank call. Then he replied politely, that I need not tell the OTP but instead type it as a response to the IVR.

      He provided me his ICICI BANK EMPLOYEE ID "ICICI000Z39" MOBILE NUMBER [protected] and NAME RAHUL, He told me that I will be credited this amount in my Credit Card account within 72hrs and rewards points equivalent amount I.e. 7651Rs within 1 week, I asked why so much time to process how I trust you that you really gonna return these amounts.
      He politely answered that we are authorized employees of ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT, you have my EMPLYEE ID And MOBILE NUMBER, ANY DOUBT ANY QUERY FEEL FREE TO CALL ME ANYTIME WITHIN 8AM TO 8PM.

      Accordingly I did. With this I received an sms saying "You have initiated a txn of INR 7651.00 at SEASONFASH on ICICI Bank Card xxxx. OTP is xxxxxx."

      When I asked what is SEASONFASH ? He politely replied me that WE ARE MERCHANT (Service Providers) OF ICICI BANK DONT WORRY, so after typing OTP on my phone I received another sms from MOBILE NUMBER [protected] saying "Welcome to ICICI bank card your rewards point amount is 7651 has been creadit in your card ****XXXX wait after 1 week your all amount transfer in your account transction id xxxxxxxxxxxxx".

      THIS IS 2ND TIME I GOT CHEATED BY USING NAME OF ICICI BANK,
      BEFORE THIS THE 1ST TIME I WAS GOT INTO DISCOUNT CARDS VOUCHERS OFFER ON ICICI CREDIT CARD 6800Rs FRAUD FROM ICICI BANK ONLY

      PLEASE DON'T PLAY WITH A COMMON MAN

      FROM TODAY ONWARDS I M CLOSED MY ALL ICICI BANK ACCOUNTS N BLOCKED MY ALL DEBIT CREDIT CARDS. CANT TRUST ANYONE ANYMORE.

      I M SURE GOVERNMENT AND BANK AUTHORITY NOT GONNA TAKE ANY ACTION BECAUSE THEY ARE ALSO GETTING UNDER THE TABLE PROFITS COMMISSION BENEFITS ETC

      Almost the same with two changes:
      1. Instead of asking CVV the ####### have installed IVR so that the probability of you believing them increases.
      2. CVV is first wall of safety if by mistake you gave it, it still does not expose u but giving away OTP means you are done and dusted.

        I had opened an account in ICICI bank in Sept 2012 and at the time of opening the a/c i had given cheque of Rs. 25000/- (Ch. No. 75988 of IOB).

        When I checked my bank transactions from starting to till date I found that an amout of Rs. 449.44 had been deducted as MAB charges - Sept12 as well as clearing charges of Rs. 168.54 which is clearly unacceptable and i want the same to be refunded to my account along with interest.

        My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and need explanation as well as refund from icici. My phone number is [protected].

            I have applied for ICICI Credit card. And I received my Credit Card but the spelling of my name was totally wrong. So I raised a complaint. They contacted my and asked my details many times and told me I will receive my card shortly. But I never received it. I have contacted many times but nothing happened.
            Now if this is their quality of service I don't want their credit card anymore. I have the old ICICI credit card (My name is misspelled) which I have not activated. Please let me know what I need to do.

              Hello sir/madam,

              i have applied for credit card in ICICI bank brand laxminagar delhi two months berfore. i tried to contact them, but unfortunately they didnt respond to any of the query.
              almost two months have passed and still i have not recieved any info about that.
              till date i have applied for credit card 3 times, every time i got 0 respnses from icici bank saying that query will be solved. every time they took more than 1 month to to give any update. i don't know what is problem with them. kindly look into the matter.

              i do not why this DP Charges is reflecting and getting deducted in my account, when it was told that Demat account is free of cost.
              here i ask Bank to refund all deducted DP Charges, else i need to switch over my bank account to others and also im planning to open an Current account too.

                Due to smab charges icici bank deducted total 561Rs. on 13th Jan 2017
                My is a salary account and how can they do this to me they said before we can maintain zero balance also, now without informing me atleast on this process they deducted, as i am thinking its a salary account and can maintain zero balance too, so as per me i don't know the process they should say me before opening the account, they said there is not restriction on balance as its salary account we can maintain zero balance.
                So without informing the customer and customer is not aware of these process, so please kindly help me to take the action

                        I have been cheated by ICICI sales executive by saying that I am offered a free credit card and it has no joining and annual charges for Cognizant employees. I was given a coral credit card having a joining fee which I was unaware of. I used the credit card to make a purchase of INR 3, 129.24 at D MART (March 28, 2016; 16:02:42 hrs.). As soon I came to know that the card had annual charges I paid the bill of INR 3, 129.24 on your ICICI Bank Credit Card account on 22-Apr-2016 to clear my dues and immediately informed the bank saying that I have been cheated and please block the card.

                        I am a very old customer of the bank. I was also holding an ICICI bank future credit card which was free. I also hold other bank credit card for example Citi bank Indian oil credit card and HDFC Platinum card which never had a joining and annual fees. I have other few credit card from American express, standard chartered bank and HSBC which all are free with no joining and annual fees.

                        I was continuously harassed by the ICICI people saying if I don't pay the dues they will spoil me Credit score. The calls were usually at odd timing like late night. I kept mainling them that I have been cheated and there was no action taken.
                        Finally On 31 Jan 2017 without my permission my saving account No:[protected] is debited with Rs. 6326.67. I am continuously following up with the bank but everything in vain.

                        Please help.

                          HI Sir,

                          I had applied for ICICI Credit card in Dec.16 but later due to their frequent verification calls from various representative I requested to cancel the card many times when they called me. But after few days they sent Credit card on my residential address but I refused to accept it since I requested to cancel and asked them to return it to bank. Now I am getting Credit Card bills to pay from ICICI bank which I requested to cancel earlier and not even collected it.

                            With respect I Deepak verma having a salary account in icici bank miller ganj ludhiana branch.My a/c[protected] was debit freezed by bank since two months ago. when I was working in rockman industry ludhiana in month of february 2015, then after I left that job and joined somewhere else, I didn’t have any transactions with same a/c number so after one year icici bank has call me and tell me your account freezing due to safety purpose and the A/C has been freezed, that time I have some surplus amount in icici bank, soon after that I had contacted Milar ganj ICICI Bank for re-activation of my account (to convert salary to saving account), I had provided all KYC documents i.e., ADDRESS PROOF, IDENTITY PROOF needed to remove freeze from my icici account, to Milar ganj ludhiana but even after a period of 3 weeks no more progress has been observed, I had called more than 20 times to customer care icici bank goa, goa icici Madgav Brach, Ratnagiri icici branch but all the time they were not responding to me. I have been trying from last one month to get back my money from my icici account No.[protected], so please I want unfreeze my salary account.

                              Bank has deducted Rs 805 from my account and in details it is written " DP CHGS TILL DEC-16 ". Why this unnecessary amount have been deducted. I have not activated any special services.
                              When money was deducted i didn't received any email or message. This is a kind of fraud. Please refund the money or i will take some strict action against the bank.

                                Hi Team,

                                ICICI bank has debited Rs. 2000 from my account on 07-Jan-2017. I went to withdraw money from SBI ELGIN ROAD KOLKATA BRANCH ATM by using my ICICI ATM. But transaction was unsuccessful by displaying an error ''sorry unable to process'' but money was debited from my account and received the notification from ICICI Bank.

                                Then I went HDFC bank ATM and withdraw Rs.2000.

                                I reported the same thing to the ATM security guard and he said go the SBI bank and report a complaint. As per SBI Bank staff's I need to logged a complaint via ICICI bank money was debited by their side. I also went to ICICI Bank and report the same.

                                ICICI branch staff asked me wait I will get the money back within an hour, if not then logged a complaint by calling customer care. I done and asked to wait 7 working days.

                                On 16-Jan-2017 I received an SMS from ICICI Bank that ''we cannot process your request as it was successful transaction'' I called up again to the customer care and speak with their supervisor.

                                I logged another complaint on 16-Jan-2017 and asked them to verify the ''video footage'' of that SBI bank and check the details.

                                On 31-Jan-2017, I got to know from customer care team that they checked with SBI bank of that ATM and transaction was successful and they cannot refund the Amt. Also they cannot check the video footage and this is final solution from their end.

                                Its request to you, Please intervene in this issue on priority basis and asked the bank check the video footage to verify the details. I did not received and amount and transaction was not successful I have the error receipt for the same. I only received the money which I have withdrawed from HDFC bank not from SBI bank.

                                Hi Team, I did not received any email or from the bank. I raised this issue to banks customer care and logged the complaint. However not getting the proper resolution. Please help. I suffering this issue from last 7th jan 2017.

                                Still issue is pending. I have raised the issue with bank multiple times. Pfb the complaints numbers: 1) SR[protected] & 2) SR[protected].

                                Please check and resolve the issue ASAP. Its been more than 1 month.

                                  I have an account in ICICI bank. I use Internet Banking, I want to update my new mobile number though online but I cannot find the link for Change of Mobile number in 'View/Change Contact details' section. I can only see 'Update Email Id' section. Please provide a link so that I can change my mobile number online.

                                    Hi,

                                    My name is Dheeraj and I hold a bank account with ICICI Bank. I suddenly got a message from ICICI Bank that my account has been debited with 19, 977.00 towards IIN*I-Debit*Rel. I was shocked to see this as I was sitting in my office with my colleagues and we were working. While I tried to see what happened, I got an another message with similar details and my account was again debited with 19K+. I was shocked to see this and while in shock messages kept coming in and I tried calling the ICICI Bank and was able to get hold of them within 5 minutes. Meanwhile 7 transaction of similar nature were already made amounting to much big amount.

                                    While talking to the ICICI Bank the official blocked my debit card along with online banking. I got to know from them that they will investigate this issue and will take 45 days to resolve the same. Its been start of the month and I lost almost 1.4 lacs from the account.

                                    Another shock was when the ICICI representative told me that they cant stop the payments to get to the fraudster as they dont have any procedure for the same. Now my point is that how the banking with ICICI is safe, Isnt there any rule defined by the RBI (I wanna make sure that I reported the transactions in less than 5 minutes). I haven’t received a satisfactory answer from the bank officials and is feeling more stressed after speaking with them.

                                    My card is Visa 3D secured and I never even received any OTP to approve the transaction, beside all this Bank needs 45 days to investigate and cant assure that I will receive my money back.

                                    I want the authorities to help me with this.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I'm Vandana holding ICICI savings account for past 3 years. A/c#[protected] in marra thalli Bangalore.
                                      when i checked my balance alert through net banking I saw a charge of rupees of Rs.630 /- in the name of SMAB Chgs DEC16+Stax69.52 Date 12/1/2017
                                      Last 4 to 5 times my money was debited for this Mab charge
                                      Please refund my money immediately where no fault from us
                                      Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards/guidelines.
