Here is the Refund Reference number (ARN) : #74332747003700200653212

I got it from amazon.in. i odered a product from amazon.in ( order id #[protected] and paid tge amount by using my pockets card. but due to some problem in the product I returned the product. Now amazon has initiated the refund in my pockets wallet on 2nd Jan 2017.

But till now I havent received my money.

The total amount is ₹3930.

I daily chat with ICICI represntatives but they are giving me foolish answers

They are also not responding to my mails.

        Receiving Harassment calls from[protected]. Supposedly Recovery agents of ICICI bank. They have neither any clue on the subject nor have any facts which can substantiate to any dues whatsoever. But keep on calling again & again and harassing...being called by one Ms.Supriya (her senior seems to be Mr.Wasim). And she has the audacity to call one neighbour too (they have culled out private data from somewhere). Atrocious behaviour and approach. One can see that the number above is termed as 'spam' when checked online.

          I am using icici bank salaried acc from past 3years.
          I got a call from icici bank that they will not charge anything for deemat acc.
          But now i have seen that they have deducted 550 rs DP charges.

          In the starting also icici bank representative told me that no any amount will be deducted for this account but still they deduct it.

          Kindly help me in getting this issue resolved and get my money back.
          Details: 60654041 DP CHGS TILL NOV-16.

            I had done my transaction through my ICICI bank debit card with flipkart on 5th January and then returned the product and flipkart initiated the refund on 9th january.
            I contacted flipkart and they said they have refunded the amount of 518 with reference number: [protected].
            When I contacted ICICI bank no one seems to be responding. I want my money back

              I took Loan from ICICI bank . Every month i am getting 2 calls. 2 mail. 2SMS for EMI remainder .

              I have another personal Loan with HDFC which is going to end next month. They never disturbed in 3 year about EMI payments.

              I became irritated about ICICI bank behavior.

              I have ac with your bank in udaipol branch udaipur (rajasthan), and your bank representative miss neha misbehaved with my father with presenting account disclosure form, and made him wait for nearly hour please take appropriate action against her.

                My Account number ending with 0836 (Pulla Krishna chaitanya), which was a Salary A/C. There was a balance of 500 rupees in account till date 12th January 2017. They have debited my account with SMAB Chgs DEC16+Stax65.35 on 13 Jan, 2017, and previously as well on 17/08/2015 SMAB Chgs JUN15+Stax61.40 of 500 rupees without any intimation. Kindly look into this matter and initiate a refund process. Request to look into this matter and take necessary action. Kindly contact me either on pulla.[protected]@gmail.com or [protected].

                  As we all knows that there is a new currency issue..so now the thing is that i have done the cash withdraw from Non ICICI atm and ICICI bank charged me 25 rs for each transaction ..y the hell they are charging ..icici atm is not working in my place and they dont have cash in atm also so we dont have any other option by withdrawing cash from other atm..i want my all extra money to be refund asap

                    Without any intimation my account has been again and again debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
                    Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines.

                      I had a Demat account in ICICI bank, last 6 years not using my account. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 52848529 DP CHGS TILL NOV-16. also i found that last 2 few years they dedict amount as DP CHGS, When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                      So many times I tried to connect my self with customer care but not possible.very bad experience with icici bank,
                      I am neither an ICICI account holder nor a credit card holder but still I am receiving credit card transactions email from ICICI credit cards. The more shocking thing is I am receiving transaction emails for two different credit cards.

                      I do not hold any credit cards with ICICI then Why I am receiving these emails?

                      I had already paid my credit card bill amount Rs.5313.04 on 10th jan, 2017 but minimum due amount of credit card bill 2030 is auto debit from my account on 11th jan, 2017. so request to you please credit amount 2030 in my account.
                      What is ECSRTN?Why 353.33 Rs. is deducted from my account with out any clarification. This is the transaction remarks ECSRTN070117_SR[protected].Such a bad experience.It happened many times.And the customer care is useless.
                      I have applied for credit card through agent.all documents which are mandatory are submitted.agter that I have got wrong card and wrong pin both are mismatching. I have not used the card Nd bank is sending monthly statement of payment.its very horrible experience wide icici customer care.Poor response see from bank side
                      Icici bank has taken almost 9days for activation of my company current account .so still now there is no proper update regarding the acivation of the account.

                        I open new account in icici bank in oct i request for platinum card then 450 rs deducted from my account and i recieved card and in nov again they send a debit card and again they charged 450 rs from my account but i not recieved card then i call 3 times to customer care no. They always disc. My call when i asked why you send me 2 cards and dedected my moey from my account.

                          I am complaining about ICICi Bank because without informing me my 6750rs got deducted on 8th december 2016 as service tax from my account in which i got only 3month reverse. So i want either my whole amount in return or i will close this account though I am customer of icici bank from last more than three years. i want Reply in priority basis. Otherwise banking Ombudsman is there for me.
                          I want my refund as soon as possible.

Paytm mailed me that they have made that refund on 5/01/2017 with the transaction no. I have complained to Icici and they have given a service request no SR[protected] but the account still not credited neither I have received any call from Icici till date.                                 I had made a transaction from my paytm wallet to my icici bank account on 04/01/2017 of rupees 8000. Still the fund is not credited in my account. I have already raised a complaint to icici customer care team but the issue is not resolved. Paytm already mailed me that they have made the refund through a mail. I have attached a screenshot of that mail. I have received a service request number as well from your customer care team that is SR[protected]. But no calls or mail further I have received. Please solve this urgently.
