on 9th jan i done the shopping, in my account money had deducted Rs. 4600( debit card), but merchant didn't get it, again we swipe another card, he got what ever (icici debit card) amount, still up to now my amount refund, plz follow up refund amount, as early as possible.already we raise the complaint, no replay, they are telling it will take one week,
