I presented an SBI, ONGC Complex Bhatpore, Surat cheque no 119147, dated 20.1.2017 for Rs.2, 72, 868.00 to THOMAS COOK (INDIA) LTD who submitted this to ICICI, Parle Point Branch Surat on 20.1.2017, there was enough balance in my acoount ( they have an ICICI A/c No.[protected] at Vadodara ) (.) On 24.1.2017 morning, I received a call from Thomas Cook that my cheque has been returned stating reason as “OTHER” ( seen in their system)(.) On enquiring from my SBI ONGC A/c, I was informed that the cheque was not even presented to SBI for clearing . I contacted ICICI Parle Point Branch Manager, on 24.1.2017 at 5.00 pm, who was extremely helpful to direct one officer for extending all possible help. The concerned officer kept on trying with the ICICI clearing office at Vadodara, but there was absolutely no response from ICICI clearing Office of Mumbai till 06.30 pm after which I left the Bank.
The aforesaid cheque was not presented by ICICI clearing Section, Mumbai to SBI clearing Section for no plausible reason. The Cheque was complete in all regard and had no overwriting, nothing whatsoever, which can make it not acceptable. I have not been able to know the reason for its detainment/ not finding it acceptable for even sending it to SBI clearing section. In any case, ICICI would be on the receiving side of the amount. If at all something needs to be clarified, the onus has to be on SBI from where the money would be debited, who may verify from me before clearing the cheque. But ICICI detaining my cheque and not disclosing the reason ( there can not be any plausible reason for such callous act of ICICI ), moreover ICICI, Clearing section not at all responding to the officer of ICICI, Parle Point, Surat till 08.00 pm on 24.1.2017, tantamount to deficiency in public services.
It is pertinent to mention that as the amount of service tax is to increase from 4.5% to 9% w.e.f. 24.1.2017, and this would cause me a loss of Rs 16, 000 in respect of my Europe trip planned from 09 May 2017 to 22 May 2017 with the tour operators Thomas Cook, if the payment is not made on or before 25.1.2017. And this indiscreet, unwarranted act of ICICI clearing section, Mumbai detaining my cheque on 23.1.2017 for absolutely no valid reason and to further add insult to the injury not even letting me know the reason for its rejection till 24 Jan late evening speaks volumes about the working of ICICI. If they can treat a senior citizen like me in this fashion, how ICICI would be treating the common people particularly the ones who have no voice can be anybody’s guess.

I can not lodge this complaint on ICICI portal as I don't have ICICI Account.

I request ICICI top authorities to intervene in this matter and send my cheque for clearing to SBI, positively on 25.1.2017, failing which I shall be constrained to raise my Grievance to the highest authority in ICICI to bring to their knowledge what all is happening at the lower levels in ICICI.

    Since many icici bank atm were not functioning i could not pay my credit call bill on due date its bad services by icici bank and they charged a penalty on my credit card and the funny thing is penalty is more then the due amount my due amount was approx 300 and they charged me penalty of 460 neither its logical and nor its right to charge penalty instead accepting mistake that there ATM were not working i did register a complaint on customer care by phone by email no solution is provide me to till time really feeling bad i m a very old and privileged customer of icici bank and planning to break all association with icici bank and will never deal with them i will close my all bank account, demat account and credit card of icici bank and will really suggest everyone not use services of icici bank the worst bank really
    I am planning to register a complaint of icici bank to consumer forum for lack of services and unreasonable penalties and charges

      I purchased petrol of rs.900.0 on 11.1.17 from rajpoot auto though atm card. On 21.1.17 rs.25.88 deducted by bank on above transaction. Where as announcements by modi gov. For 0.75% discount. As per govt. Announcements the cost will be beared by oil company & banks. No one is listening.
      I am enclosing my bank details about the deductions.
      I am hoping actions as per rules. So that any amount can not be deducted by bank unathorizly

      Dear Sir,
      I had made payment for petrol on 11.1.17 at Rajpoot Auto.of RS.900, in view of Modi Government's advertisement for 0.75%discounts on card payments. But I was shocked to get my account deducted by RS.25.88 after 10days i.e on 23.1.17on above payments.
      When I contacted to dealer Rajpoot Auto.he show's his unaware Ness.
      Please look in to the matter and advise weather Modi or Bank is making fraud with ours.
      I had tweeted inabove reference to all concerns.Banks statement is also enclosed sir.

          I have made a payment of rs. 8700/- on icici fastag on 3rd nov 2016 towards toll charges for a vehicle online.in the payment history of icici fastag, the status shown as "failed". The amount has not been credited either in our fastag account or credited back in our bank account.

            I have an icici bank account, in which there were 4 unauthorized transactions a total amount of 26000- on 27/12/2016 was deducted, however when contacted the bank they are not accepting the evidence stating that i was logged in my office when the transaction were made with no access to my phone, as i work for bpo for which i have evidence, however a police complaint was raised{ complaint number : dp 933/16} i have asked them have the amount reversed but they are not willing to…. Due to this issue, i have had some medical problems lately, kindly request bank to reverse the transaction…please.

              Dear concern,
              I would like to inform you that credit card department lean my salary account bcoz due to no payment of my credit card as I already informed to bank that I'm jobless from last 5 months, kindly settle my card I can pay in instalment the amount but suddenly they lean 27500 rupees from my account as I get my salary from last company as my full n final amount. They didn't even inform me about this lean so how come they block my money without asking me and when I visit Rohini 8 sec branch there deputy manager said they can do anything watever they want but without any information how could they do that. In Mrng I'm in hospital and I need money when I went to pay hospital bills then only I come to know that in my account my 27500 rupees are freez due to no payment of credit card. Plz unblocked my amount as I need this money. Someone's from my family is in hospital and need this money.
              I can pay the amount In installments. Kindly help me in this with immidate affect

                Recently I have opened this savings account for business purposes which was categorised by women jewel savings scheme account . Account has been activate and used for transaction for more than 4 days without deposited cheques. I have maintained 8700 approximate . Due to cheque return ( given during acc opening time) account has been closed without any intimation to us from the branch . All my balance has been debited as DD request . Still I have not received my balance money were in my account n recurring amount deducted 2000 that too not received. Your people very soon has closed my account without proper notification but they are not ready to give my money back . What is the system is this??? Actually What is going on in ICICI Bank. I preferred this bank because of more working hours/ customer service . But now I feel why I have selected this bank . My total money is holded with you. I have followed bankers regarding this but no improvement on clearing my problem . I hope you will take care n rectify problem soon to avoid carrying this issue to consumer court level.

                  I made a transaction of Rs.1500 on[protected] from ICICI ATM at ICICI Parliament Street Branch at 12:35 pm. During the withdrawal of money from the ATM the machine malfunctioned as a result of which I only received an amount of Rs. 200 rest of the Rs.1300 got stuck in the machine itself. The full amount of Rs. 1500 was debited from my account. The machine was then closed and I was told to lodge a complaint to the customer care. I lodged a complaint with SR no. SR[protected], which gave the response "We are unable to reverse the partial disputed amount of INR 1300 to Account as it has been paid completely as per our records." I was then asked to talk to the bank as further process would be done by them.
                  On[protected] I went to submit a written request to the branch manager seeking solution to the disputed amount. They first refused to do any process as according to them all ATM disputes are back-end issues and not their headache. After much insistence and getting them to talk to the customer care they very reluctantly accepted my request. Since then it has been 10 days and no relief has been provided to me in this matter. The bank people keep on running away from the matter always coming up with excuses. Their attitude has been very casual to the matter as a result of which I have been very frustrated and stressed.
                  I request that this matter should be looked into and the said disputed amount of INR 1300 be reimbursed into my account

                    When account open then inform me that this account is zero balance account but this is wrong.

I received calls from these numbers to solve my query, took my debit card details as they told me, it is mandatory for redemption procedure. After I provided them all the details they transfered 15k from my account to theirs.This is the details I received from the bank. Pos[protected]MOBILWIK- New Delhi-[protected]. The purpose of this compliant is to bring to the notice of ICICI and various consumers like me to be aware of such cases as every rupee is precious & for the ICICI bank officials that these kind of acts is defaming your reputation and severe action must be taken against such traits. If you receive calls from this number please be careful while you provide your details. The ICICI bank official who spoke to me throughout was Mr. Pankaj. So I am hoping that immediate action would be taken at the earliest.

                          I had filed a complaint regarding ICICI money multiplier bond, the redemption procedure. I got calls from numbers [protected], +[protected], +[protected] and many numbers to solve my query, they took my card details and completed a transaction of 15k from my account . This is absolutely abrupt and theft.
                          This is my customer id for previous query:1473209. I am requesting for immediate action
                          Without reason amt was deducted to my current account

                            I had tried to book a railway ticket through IRCTC website by using ICICI bank gateway (payment mode) on 17 jan 2017 but my booking was failed and an amount of 970 had been deducted from my A/c.
                            On 20 jan 2017 the amount was refunded to ICICI Bank but still not trnsfered by ICICI bank to my Account.

                              This is ranjeetha Kotkar have your credit card have done a online billing from credit card to Vodafone but it didn't showed sucsses and every time got a massage please try again later as I tried back to back my money has debited from my credit card and is not reached till Vodafone this is second time happen and that is the amount of Rs 1760 /- is deducted 4times please check and revert 🔙 the amount or call me I tried customer care number but no one is picking up the call

                                  I am complaining about ICICI bank collection of insolent and uncivil employee name PRADEEP as he was very ill mannerly behaving with me on a series of phone calls. His number is [protected]. He was threatening me with a very rude manner. As I have a credit card of ICICI which is over due ..for few months because of so financial problem as I was out of job. But I was assuring him on the call for to pay PF but that is under process. But this pathetic guy who doesn't have sense of talking and behaving in unprofessional way. Please make a strict action towards unethical behavior.

                                    I had applied for ICICI HPCL Coral credit card and I was told that this card is free of cost and there will no joining fee and annual charge. If I spend Rs. 5000 in first 2 months, the joining fee would be waived off.
                                    But I spoke to the customer care, I was told that wrong information has been given to me.

                                    Why such false commitments. Now I have cancel the card. There are other cards with more benefits and no charges.

                                    Please take some action against such executives. This happened with my 3 friends too.
