Dear Sir/Madam,

I have an saving account in your bank no is[protected]Amit Sharma).on 06th dec there is a debit transaction from my account by any google services, i am surprised that how can the do without any consent by me, they are saying that they can just a click on button, and how they charge 3 month advance payment, might be they are right but i am very disappointed how the bank can do without any written consent...

I have made an IMPS of rs. 10000/- from ICICI bank to SBI on 11.12.16. Money has been debited from my ICICI bank account but has yet not been credited to my SBI. as it is showing the transaction is timed out.
Please help me in this regard.The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.
Please look into the matter ASAP.

Today morning Rs2056.20 amount has been deducted from my ICICI account. I have not done any purchasing neither done any transaction. how the amount has been deducted without asking OTP . This is very unsecured.
After discussing your customer Representative then they replied account has been hacked from international fraudulent. All detail are with me like ATM card etc . without mobile pin any transaction...

I have deposited cheque at ICICI ATM at Vikas puri, New Delhi and probable demonetization banking rush, it could be processed late.

ICICI is charging Rs.500 for late fee and Rs.599.62 for interest while cheque was deposited one week before due date and due to banking demonetization process, they delayed and now still not following RBI.Ministry of finance circular for not charging interest on any credit/loan

yesterday at 5:55pm I transfer 3000rs from icici bank a/c to SBI a/c through paytm application.
as balance got deducted from my icici a/c and I got SMS alert also but balance not transfer to the other a/c
balance got deducted from icici a/c but not received in SBI a/c.
please do the needfull as icicle bank have such a brand....

It's been 2 years my card was used online in brazil from a hacker and ICICI bank customer care guys said they would take care of it.
I have sent mail to ICICI bank several times and every time i get a call from different person and i had to send datails again and again.
I am fed up with these things and left as it is.

I went to icici for deposit of old currency notes in ppf but they denied the same. There was no guideline by RBI at that time.
