    I have a personal account with icici bank chaura bazar branch. Its representative "shammi narang" opened my saving account few months ago. After few months i mentioned him to kindly close my account because i will not be able to operate it for few months.
    He said we will close it after few days.
    After few days i went to the branch and asked him about my account. He said its closed.
    After few months i checked my net banking and it was running. So i used the account and when i transferred money in the account charges of rs. 5800/- deducted from the same.
    I asked the executive about it he said after few days we will reverse it.
    But till now charges are not reversed.

    O i withdraw all the money from the same.
    Kindly help me out

      Hi,
      When i was sending money, transaction failed due to poor data connection. Money got debited but was not credited into other bank.
      I have twice mailed and raised service request for this. No effective response saying that they could not connect to my number. And also when i was raising service request it was asking for payment id how i provide them payment id when the transaction was not successful.
      Next time i have raised a complaint 5 days back no response til now.
      "very poor service"

      Could anyone please tell me what to do next?

        My Self Tarkesh Vyas. As government was declared due to NOTEBANDH. If ECS return between till 31 dec return charges not been apply by bank. Still ICICI bank had deducted charges twice time in my account.

        If government was declare the same then how the ccharges was deducted.

          I have swipped my credit card to withdraw a sum of rs 2000. The problem is that atm didnt dispense the cash. Immediately i called and mailed the icici. Icici least bothered to sort out my issue. They have closed my complaint stating that the atm dispensed the cash. I wanted the icici to check the atm video footage. Every time i call the customer service no one is least bothered to answer my queries and they will place the call on hold for 30 mins and some times even disconnect the call.

          Once again like to inform that i have clearly mentioned in my previous communication that" I have swipped my creditcard to withdraw a sum of Rs 2000. The problem is that atm didnt dispense the cash. Immediately i called and mailed the ICICI.
          Could you please check the video footage of the particular ATM from were the amount is withdrawn. The footage would clearly indicate the fault.
          For your information, I am a customer of ICICI for the past 4 plus years. Its easy for your team to forward the drafted emails to customer. Its a least bothered attitude that none have called me and enquired in detail regarding this issue(except one call to update that the dispute will take max time until feb11).
          If I do apply for any loans, credit card or give a request for idirect account opening. Your ICICI team call the customer, the very next minute that too on a regular basis to make business.
          If the same customer having any issues like the one I am facing. You have the least bothered attitude to call the customer and update regarding the dispute.
          The rofl part is that the ICICI customers should spend money to call ICICI customer service and calls will be in queue for several minutes with their queries left unanswered.
          I myself was a contact center executive for DHL once and never shown the least bothered attitude like the way ICICI doing to their customers.
          I want this issue get escalated to the highest level so that the top management will come to know about the various concerns of their customer. Please once again re-investigate on this issue.A
          I need some dedicated person to call me over the phone and update regarding the issue. If you cant then provide the number of that dedicated person so that i will spend my money to call him.
          More importantly please attach the forms for closing my saving account, my credit card, my loans with ICICI, my idirect account and my ICICI term plan policy with immediate effect.
          Want to put a point that will never ever recommend my family member, my friends, my colleagues to continue with ICICI bank.
          My question is that why should i pay rs 2000 plus 300 plus 45 for the service which wasnt provided by icici to me. Please reinvestigate with the help of cctv footage.please do understand that i am writing this email between my tight schedules and not a crap kind of customer to yell at the customer service executives. I am just telling the pain that a customer faces each time when their queries gets left unanswered. Hope that i have maintained my profesionalism in wriring this email. I[censored] feel i havent then sorry for that.

            I have an bank account with icici bank from last 17 years and i have requested for correction of spelling in my surname but the bank staff has refused to do correction and suggested for new account opening or get an correction in gazette, how can i get gazette correction when the mistake is done by bank, they are not ready to check for their own mistake with my original form.
            Now since i have linked this account with many other services it will be very difficult to change and executive are not able to understand the mistake done by their back end team. I have all my documents with correct surname and also other product offered by icici bank has correct surname using this bank details.

            Appreciate if some can arrange for resolution.

            The amount was deducted two times on 28rd December 2016 . I don't known why the amount was deducted from my saving account.Please give the valid reason and put the money into my account.

                ICICI begged to avail loan 165000 in 2014, availed and regularly remitted EMI in 2015 April I gave call to customer care for request to preclose loan, he used all tactics gimmicks to avoid for closure but requested for closure he levied all diaper charges including 3% foreclosure charges agreed and closed with the sum of 122900 in April 2015 for the card number

                This traitors preserved my some in their inners and slowly adjusted to EMI fo all this year's without a msg or statement.
                Now what o all games they playing, is there no one in Icici born to one, what and all tactics cheat.
                3rd rated Icici changed their customer care number, are they not ashamed in TV public are spitting on their face, court ordered to file FIR against fraudster Kamath the virus of country, if was born to one he should have committed suicide.Atleast if wife if to one she would have committed suicide, shameless creature's, just for the sake of post this ugly beast is sharing.

                    I want to cancel my icici credit card. I have not at used it. Till now i just got the bills for annual fees. But for 9, nov 2016 to 26, dec 2016 i have got a bill of 287.5 rupees. I dont know for what. So raised a request for canceling the credit card but when i am trying to check the status, its showing that error - no such request exists. I dont want to use this credit card and want to cancel it with immediate effect.

                    Ridiculous!!! I got a message saying it has been permanently deactivated...and now I have a gain received a bill!!! I am not understanding without using the credit card how am I getting the bills???????

                      An amount of 1295 rs was deducted from my account and i did not received any email alert or message alert from icici bank when that happened and also in detail statement it is showing two different date for the same one transaction that amount. I called icici customer care but they didn't helped me and also email to icici customers care email id but since 15 days they are only extending timeline for this issue but not solution because they don't have detail about it and it is their server fault but they are not accepting it and my money is not refunded yet, i need my own money back in my account

Its really disgusting to call and disturb and use all abusive n flithy language over the phone. Its like harassing me kindly ensure they don't call me again or else i need to intiate legal action.

                          I have cleared my credit card due in October 2016, after clearin all the amount my out standing amount was showing Rs. 920. I written to ICICI manager many times on this unused out standing, there was no proper communication happened at the time of my payment, I have paid the total amount according to the ICICI executive communication. Now i have lost sibil score because of that out standing.

                          Kindly look in to that and support me to improve the sibil score without penalizing your customer. It was all happened because of ICICI communication gap.

                          I have received a ICICI Bank Gift Card .When I tried to do online transaction at filpkart I am being asked for PIN .I tried calling ICICI Bank Customer care twice but am unable to get any directions for the same(I have not been able to contact Gift Card deptt).Can any body at ICICI Bank help ?

                            I have a Demat account in ICICI bank. Today I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction ‘60258438 DP CHGS TILL OCT-16’. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount either i will need to do some serious action against ICICI fraud. My phone number is [protected].

                              On 31.12.16 my salary account was credited with Rs. 33393 & as per bank statement as well actual also only 3 transactions of Rs. 6500 were taken place between 31.12.16 till 02.01.17 & remaining account balance was supposed to be Rs. 26, 893/- but presently my account balance is showing Rs. 7226.06/-(attached).
                              Pls help me out from this fraudulence.

                                I have made IMPS transaction on 14-DEC-2016 and transaction reference no. is[protected] for 1, 00, 000. But transaction timed out and got message saying status will be updated in 3 days. The amount is NOT credited to beneficiary bank account till now and not returned to my account as well. The account no. is not valid for transaction reference no.[protected]. I have tried NEFT transaction on the same day and it's failed with account unavailable and amount credited back. But IMPS transaction amount is not credited back till now.

                                I have corrected account no and made another NEFT transaction on 15-DEC-2016 which has been credited to beneficiary bank account on the same day and transaction reference no is [protected].

                                I have raised compliant and compliant no is SR[protected]. But compliant closed with amount has been credited to beneficiary bank account. Actually amount has NOT been credited to beneficiary bank account which made through IMPS.

                                Could you please help me to resolve this issue and credit my 1, 00, 000 to back into my account?

                                  In spite of informing them before hand that i dont want to renew the 2 year rental contract of 18400, they still charged my bank account

                                  I have been trying since one month to reach them on phone, letters and emails but no use and they are avoiding the issue

                                  I have honestly been ripped off 18, 400 and I dont know what to do now

                                    I have taken loan on my personal cc of rs 1, 00, 000 for one year. I cleared all the dues in 4 months. Last installment i paid at 23rd or 24th oct-2016. Now from the last month any one call or send msg from your bank return your rs 5, 800/- otherwise it will effect your cr. Policy.
                                    Sir if i deposit all your money why i paid mor. Sort out this issue as soon as possible. I all have the details.
                                    Sir being a valuable customer of your bank kindly look into this issue

                                      I applied for credit card on 21/12/2016 as there was pre approval for credit card on my SB Account. on 23/12/2016 I got the message that my credit card has been provisionally approved. I have very good record of my financial track, my CIBIL Score is also 798. ICICI Bank executive collected my ID and other Credit Card record also, wherein my Credit Limit is over 5 Lacs. There was no verification either over phone or Physical Verification. On 31/12/2016 I got the message that My Credit Card is not approved. On what basis ICICI Bank has disapproved my Credit Card, no reason is given, where I got very good financial track record. I only applied as there was pre approval for the same. My Income as per 2015-16 IT, is also over 20 Lacs.
                                      Kindly look into the matter and suitable Action my take for the same.

                                        I have opened a sukanya samriddhi account with Icici bank, bellandur, Bangalore. They had told me to open a separate savings account in my daughters name only then i can open a sukanya samriddhi account.
                                        I had deposited 105000 rs towards sukanya samriddhi account in the month of June, 2016. However i noticed few months later that only 10, 000 rs was deposited in sukanya samriddhi account & the rest of the amount was held in the young star account. (The young star account was not linked with my savings account – i tried 3 or 4 time before linking it up)

                                        I lodged a formal complaint with the bellandur deputy branch manager (Sanjukta kumara) in Aug/Setp, 2016. Which she had promised to initiate compensation for the lost interest rate. Till now, i haven’t got any response yet from bank. Please advise how to proceed.
