    I'm writing against interest charges of 6, 975.64 INR and [protected]@18% 1, 255.62INR with reference id [protected] and [protected] respectively in my Sept.2022 statement.
    My August total bill was 1, 77, 976.16 INR and I paid 1, 77, 169.56 with reference id [protected] on 25.08.2022.
    Somehow I was unable to paid total amount with difference of 806.6INR and They Charge me 8231.26INR in total or can say 1020.49% of 806.6INR against that minor difference.
    I have attached Sept. Statement's photo for your ready reference.
    I request to you to waive-off these charges or i'm ready to pay ethical charges against 806.6INR.

    I look forward to look into this matter.

      ICICI BANK

      This is Kartik verma i hold a salary account in the bank. I would like to complain about unnecessary deduction of amount from my account. When my account was opened it was told to me that it will be a demat account but it will not do anything about transactions and it will only activate when you want it. And now my amount is deducted without any reason and when i complained about the same to the person who opened he told me that the amount will be back i wont get it back. I was not expecting this kind of services with a very prestigious bank. I just want my money to get refunded and this practice will not take place in future.
      Kindly look into matter on a serious note.I'll be very thankful

        I am observing that my amount was deducted under the following statements. I am not aware of why I am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserv and they told me the due amount of EMI I had been paid in advance, so they have not raised any dubet charges with the bank . So, I decided to call customer care number ICICI bank. The IVR wanted me to enter my details. They have received my call and they are not able to resolve my issue so I had asked them to mail me the details of this deducted amount so ICICI customer care are not able to provide me mail for this issue. I have paid the said EMI amount in advance why this charge is getting deducted from my account.

        Please provide me with a mail copy for this issue so i can claim my deducted amount with bajaj finserv. They required mail from ICICI bank for the same deducted amount.
        I really don't have an idea from which source this amount is getting deducted.
        Please find my deductions for reference.

                        I am Abiarmi Mohan Srinivason, I have been with icici bank since 2013.This year 2022 275.33/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 25 August 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL FEB-22 is shown in the statement. So please credit the amount which has been debited.

                            HI ICICI,
                            My Name is Ankur Verma and my mobile number is [protected].

                            This is 2nd time when i applied Amazon ICICI bank credit card and it is rejected.

                            Because one executive called and asked my office address, i told him my office address then hanged up the call and immediately i received rejection message. While my home verification was fine.

                            Why it is rejected?? If i am work from home then atleast he has to ask me to meet in office. i Could visit office. But simply rejection because i am work of home is pathetic. He was so rude and unprofessional. His name was Kumar and his mobile number is [protected].

                            Due to this i am unable to get credit card and now i can again apply after 6 month. i dont understand this pathetic service of ICICI BANK. i called to customer care number also, there also they have no idea. no clue.

                            really disappointed with the service from such renowned bank.
                            Kindly register my complaint and take action against that guy Kumar. Who is doing time pass and unprofessional.

                              I recharged my mobile on 12th Sep though ICICI net banking, The transaction went successful. Amount of 899 got debited from my account, but the mobile never got recharged. The transaction details are as below:

                                    Hello Sir, There is a hidden charge levied on the name of point of sale decline charge and atm decline charge. While opening the account and taking the card, there was brief about any kind of charges since it's salary account. And also, these charges are levied upon incorrect password entry or network failure. And it's charged the number of times you try for the transaction which is really a financial loss for a customer.

                                    Initially CICI customer representives called and then told that they won't be able to do anything. When asked they even couldn't tell me the reason for this deduction. So I called customer care multiple times, but no resolution. Finally, I submitted a complaint in ICICI's official website. For raising this complaint, you don't require to log in, but do provide as much as supporting information. Very next day i got reply to this complaint that the charged amount will be reverted withing 1 business day. And they reverted it. Thanks!
