I am ICICI Bank customer. I have been charged on ECSRTNCHGS (with some numeric code) for INR 157 on 04/07/2022 and INR 590 on 05/09/2022 without my knowledge. I do not know what is this ECSRTNCHGS charges. Please confirm me and refund the amount.

    I have been using the ICICI Credit Card for more than than 3 years now and have never been a payment defaulter. I always paid my bill on time. My bill date is every 8th of the month and i made the credit card payment same day. However from ICICI bank side, customer executive said the amount was credited only on 17th of August and as a result of which late payment fees and interest of Rs/- 3241 is reflecting in my current statement. This is not at all acceptable from ICICI bank. I have raised a complaint with bank directly also but it seems bank is not ready to reverse it. Therefore i am writing in this forum so that the late payment and interest reversal are done.

            I requested bank KYC on the EPFO portal on the 15th of August but it is not yet approved by the Bank. Could you please look into this once and let me know how long It will take? As I have some urgency to withdraw PF amount.

              Complaint regarding icici amazon pay credit card.

              i have tried to purchase a bag from amazon website but transaction failed with the same reason as below;

              Dear Customer, transaction of INR 271.56 on ICICI Bank Credit Card XX4009 is withheld due to security reasons. To complete your trxn, pls call our Customer Care.

              i am unable to reach out to customer care. and tried everything possible in my range. but no response. also unblocked the card but still transaction are getting failed.

              Kindly help resolve my issue at the earliest as i am unable to make the purchases which are my absolute essentials.

                  I have received call for home loan top up from ICICI customer care name Durga. The customer care member told me that I am eligible for Rs. 130000 and asked me to paid 1356 rupees. I have clearly mentioned that I have low cibil score due to I have opened one grocery store for my husband and business is dull we have closed the shop now.I am doubted that due to the low cibil score, will be sanctioned or not. But that customer care person mention me that it is not an issue, you will surely get the loan amount. Now the credit manager Mr. Ashok Kumar from Chennai branch mentioned me that due to that overdue issue, the loan will be get rejected.

                  I am not getting that, from my point itself I have mentioned and accepted my situation on my cibil status.

                  These banking members are not in state to listen my issue.

                  I am working in Infosys and salary account is in ICICI bank.
                  I have clear records in the loan EMI payment which I have taken from 2019 till 2021.

                  I need that loan to be get sanctioned else I will raise complain in consumer court

                  One more thing I am having the call recordings which I spoke with the customer care executive.

                      Myself Shruthi, an account holder in ICICI bank


                      And I am writing this compliant to bring to your notice that there is unnecessary deduction in my account of INR 638.92 as "DP CHGS TILL JUL" on August 30th.

                      I Had a word with one of your online assistant by name Rekham, she said its a charges for Demat account. I have a demat account but, I have given an account from SBI so thereby the charges should be deducted from SBI account, how come ICICI bank people can deduct this without my concern.

                      The photocopies are attached for SBI account in demat account and also the deduction charges in my ICICI account

                        I was ripped by ICICI Direct. They remove all my hard earn money from my account when I try to contact their customer care no one was responding. A friend of mine recommended Tra derstechreco very.com who intervened on my case and I got all my stolen funds

                          Amount Deducted but not paid to the merchant

                          I have done a transaction through SBI payment gateway for my Sisters Engineering semester fees from Icici Mobile Banking. The amount is got deducted from account but i got payment failure error. So still the payment is not reflected in Anna University website and also the amount is credited back to my account.

                            I am ICICI account holder, bank has deducted 236 rs as CashTxnChgs-Branch-Jul22+GST on 5th August, again 30th August deducted 54.46 as CashTxnChgs-Branch-Jul22+GST, again 31st August deducted 0.01 as CashTxnChgs-Branch-Jul22+GST again 5th September deducted 1121.97 as CashTxnChgs-Branch-Jul22+GST. They are continuously deducting money from my account . First 236 Rs ok i can understand but what about remaining deductions. Please make sure this amount should refund. Please make sure take action on this issue on this.

                              Need refund and to close the Direct account.

                              Hi,

                              I need to close this demat account ASAP and need the procedures to get the refund of 757.17 rupees debited from my account for DMC DP charges.

                              This demat and trading account is opened without my knowledge and permission along with my salary account opening on 2018.

                              I noticed that the demat account is opened after 757.17 rupees charges was debited.

                              The Consumer loan account number LCREM[protected], Credit Card Number[protected] and [protected] don't belong to me. But these accounts have been linked to my PAN and reported in CIBIL. You are requested to immediately remove and delink these accounts and confirm to me and report to CIBIL as well without any further delay. Failing which I shall be compelled to sue the bank and demand damages.

                                June there was a wrong salary credited to my account of an icici account holder from hdfc Bank which I was aware and was waiting for someone from the bank to contact me. I get a call from a person named dimple mangala. She got my number from one of the staff of icici Bank andheri branch(which is against the data protection act Bank cannot share any customers account details) she requested me to return her money as she had family emergency so I transfered the amount to her and after that icici decides to block the amount on my account now both icici and hdfc are playing blame games and I cannot use my money. Please can I get some help.
