    I used my travel card for online purchase and the merchant cancelled the transaction because I used my card on my friend's account -- since the card details did not match with the account details at merchant. they cancelled the transaction. T

    I've been charged $145 on Travel card - I called customer care and the they kept saying that I need a Void Slip from merchant to get the refund. Merchant has cancelled the transaction and have not charged anything, Still these customer care guys are kept on saying i need to go back to merchant's bank.

    Are you serious -- why should I goto merchant's bank ????
    I need a refund of $145 which was never charged by merchant and amount is held by ICICI bank

    Here comes the most frustrating part -- when I was on call for over 30 mins with customer care -- the guy on the other side just hung up the phone - saying few times that he is not getting any response from me.
    What is this going on.. I am on vacation in US and so i hoped to use this card and now It seems I;m banging my head with these guys everyday for an hour or so..

      Hi,
      Today I did an IMPS fund transfer of Rs 2, 000 from my ICICI Bank(****583945) to a SBI bank(*****9378) on 31th August, 2016.

      Amount: 2000 rs.
      Date: 31st August, 2016
      Mode: Internet Banking

      But later on, I realized that I have transferred money to a wrong account.
      Actually I was intended to send the money to my father's bank account. But after transferring I got to know from my father that the account is not active.

      Sincerely request your ideas and help, to get this amount back.
      Co-operation from you is earnestly solicited.
      What should I do?

      Actually I am in abroad. So also its tough for me to be there in bank and complaint to the concerned authority.

                Hi, I'm currently in Tanzania using ICICI Bank Multi-Currency Travel (ATM) Card as a service provider to handle my money. On the 30th Aug, 2016, I received an email from the bank stating Dear Customer, Greetings from ICICI Bank. An amount of 394.18 has been refunded to you from your ICICI Bank Travel Card XX3732 as per your request.I had never requested for a closure of the account then how come this much amount got debited.

                    I bring to your kind notice that My son Dr.Dheeraj Daya Sagar is studying MD general medicine in kasturiba medical college mangalore. He is having an sb account in icici bank manipal. Yesterday I deposited 2000/- in his account in gudivada branch they deducted 172/- as commission though the account holder is having an account in the same bank. To my knowledge no bank is charging such an exburent services charges. It is nothing but looting the customer in broad day light. In this regard I would like to know RBI guidelines for charging service charges by different banks . Is there any stipulated rates of charges or the whims and fancies of the bank. It is injustice to the customers. Please let me know why icici bank service charges are so high.

                          My name is mahendra dev and my sb account number is[protected]. I had a personal account (# lphyd[protected]) which i settled for 99, 000/- and paid the amount in three equal installments. For 33, 000/- each. The last installment was on july 30th.

                          Ive a lean marked in my sb account (Number mentioned above) which was not removed even after paying complete amount and ive been following up with the collection manager (Mr. Syed basha) and collection execution (Mr. Gopal) since the the settlement amount is made. Its been one month am following up, but still they have not removed the lean. Evey time they give some or other reason and now since last 5 days they are not picking up my phone.

                          Please provide me justice in this case as i don't know what's going on.

                            I have icici credit card, i received a call from this mob no. ([protected]) from master and visa verification department at icici on 29-aug-2016. He (Executive, abhinav bhatacharya) told me that icici bank will issue a new visa coral contactless icici card on behalf of my existing credit card. So first bank debit the charge of rs.-8500 (Same is already been debited) but he assured that it will be adjusted through reward points and the same amount will be credited to my account before generating my bill. I was hesitating to provide otp but somehow i given otp. Immediately my account got debited with rs.8, 429/-. I immediately realized something fraud happened and i reacted quickly & called icici customer care number. I given the whole scene to them and got my card blocked. Thea transaction is yet to be claimed by the merchant. They icici told me that i would raise complaint when the transaction is claimed for settlement or contact police cyber cell. I wonder how they (Frauds) get my details. Please guide me what should i do further?

                              I have taken Auto loan from Icici bank in month of May-2016 for 648000 (LAJAL[protected] ) . I am requesting to him close my auto loan on 12 August which is I had already paid 2 instalments, the executive of Icici bank Mr Sham Lal asked me for loan closer amount is : 632000 but when I had applied for the same they had given the closer latter for inr : 670000 . When I am talk with him regarding this he said this is bank charges I am relied him then why he asked me for RS - 632000 when I asked you for closer he said this is bank charges . And they also said if I am replied my auto loan will get waver of 50% four closer amount . What is this these pvt banks doing what they want they all playing with the customer please advise can we can't close these type of fraud by the bank

Its my salary account for past 5 years and i am really disappointed with services provided by icici. I hope some one will take this seariously before i take any legal action against the bank

                                  Dear friends,

                                  Im a latest victim of this great bank. I have taken a loan amount of rs.3 lakh for 5 years tenure. Name of the person who came for collecting the documents is Anish. He played a major role in this drama. While he came for collecting the focuments i stressed that insurance SHOULD NOT be added. He said not even a single penny would be taken from my loan amount apart from the processing fee of 1000/- rs. Approx.
                                  Inspite of telling they have added insrance to my loan. When i called the other great person named PRASHANTH who is the manager in edapally icici branch he asked me to give a cancelled cheque. Which i gave anish the very next day. All this happened in the month of june. After 20 days i got a call from anish saying that the cheque leaf which i gave him and asked me to give another cheque leaf. Doesn't this sound silly for a bank person. (During this time i got a job in Trivandrum and i had to move to trivandrum) this call came in the month of july. At that time i didnt have any cheque leaf and requested fir a cheque book ehich came in a weeek and that time i relieved from the company j was working for. Then when i called anish he said he has relieved from icici. See how great they are! Then I called the manager and he told me to give the cheque leaf in his edapally branch. So all the way i came from trivandrum to cochin. I called him after giving the cheque leaf + a blank paper with my sign on it. He said i need to sign another form which he will be sending it to my email address. I gave him the mail address also. After 2 weeks time i didnt get any mail and messaged him for the form. For that he just replied back saying it will take time. Today[protected] i called him to know the clear status. You know what he said 'you will not get 5400 rs(my actual insurance amount) and you will get only 2400 rs. Because i used insurance for last 3 months. Then started explaining about the policy. I stopped him and said i know those stories and that was not i needed and not to take action anymore. See guys do you find any wrong action from mg end.

                                  I told them clearly i dont want insurance


                                  I gave him the cheque leaf ontime and he missed.

                                  They delayed purposefully so that i will say ok to insurance.

                                  Excellently played by insurance

                                  Guys please be careful with icici bank.

                                    Unable to use gift card for online transactions

                                    I got the gift card from my organization as a part of annual gift but there is no pin mentioned in a gift pack.
                                    I tried to contact customer care but they are asking for birthdate, and its not accepting my actual birthdate. I don't know the birthdate which my employer has used.

                                    Now there is no way to check balance also i am not able to use it for online transactions since pin is not set. Please help me here.

                                    I have been trying to see my credit card e statements on line from long but i am unable to do so. Earlier it was so easy to do so but i don't understand the changes that have been brought in and it has become impossible to view the statements. Please tell me how to go about it. There are so many sites now you don't know which one to open. Please treat this as urgent.
