I have opted icici tax saving bond march 2001 three no. @ rs.5000/-. total of rs. 15000/- in favour of dr. dangar ram. but i am not sure that matured amount claimed by or not.
In my acknowledgement slip i found my application no. d 0679945, dated 31.03.2001.

I had talked to the customer care lots of time related my delivery issues of credit card no a single customer executive have the correct knowledge all of them are giving different type of solutions, i have wasted my lots of time talking to then no one of them had solved the issues... I don't need any more credit card just cancelled my issue of card.. I have wasted my lots of balance and time too....

National policy is for using paper traceable transactions so that there is no black money. My salary account is with ICICI Bank for the past many years. I am a privileged account holder and my account is in the category of DSP account.
Suddenly the bank has started charging for issue of cheque book. I am in Indian Army and I have to issue cheques and its one of the main modes of payment.

One of icici reprentetive came to collect paper from my house at that time he told that insurance is not compulsory. But once loan has been sanctioned he is asking for insurance. Multiple times amount has been deducted from my account by the name "NFS/CASH WDL 'and when i called customer care . they did not have the courtesy to register a complain and tell me the answer of my questions.

I spoke to a banking officer named as 'PRAKASH', i asked him many times that where the amount has been deducted, but he did not gave me any answer of any question and then he told me that the their is "technical issue...

I applied for ICICI credit Card 2 months before but still i didnot received yet. Everytime Iam getting the email that my card got despatch and i will receive it soon, but no response from this bank after the receiving date. I provided my address to them twice with proper valid phone numbers, but no action has taken yet. I tried to call customer several times but i cant reach to them at the end. They are not contacting me for this as usual....

I’m unable to understand why you (icici bank) send me this kind of mails again and again. if you are not eligible to give me the credit card then why your executives are keeps on calling me for credit card.

This is just for your information, apart from icici i have other credit cards and i’m very happy with them. also i have a salary account in icici bank. so i think there isn’t any issue to provide me a credit card....

Dp charges for may and june debited 3rs and 116rs, please refund as soon as possible. What is dp charges and why it is debited from my account, when i got demat account of icici, it was told that it is free, no any charges will be taken for this, so why. i have seen noticed some charges named as DP charge 575, i have not get any sms in my mobile, when i noticed my account statement they are deducted Rs .575, it is a big fraud from icicci . it is not a good thing from ICICI . please refund the same .i am expecting to refund my charges from icici banck to continue in future .

I accidentally saw this transaction remarks in my account statement
Bil/[protected]/nchgrs2.50strs0.38 and realized it was not supposed to be there. i have verified my transactions and resorted to search for it online and have seen complaints reported by other icici customers.


Can some one clarify why the bank deducted this amount, is this some kind of fraud or the bank deducts them for some reason.

Hi i am also facing same problem.. They deducted so called dp charges for demat account which i have not used once in my life. First they deducted some 400 odd rupees now they deducted another 268 rupees.. Someone put a lawsuit on this garbage bank which is useless and steals from customers. I will ensure none of my business and from ppl i know goes to this bank.. You will pay for this icici.. You sick thieves.....

I have made a biggest mistake by recently transferring my home loan from PNB to ICICI.

Disbursement cheque of dated 30th june 2016, handed over to me on 5th of July 2016.
but even before handing over the cheque to me ICICI deducted pre-emi interest of Rs.4100/- from my account.

I do not understand, why should I pay pre-emi interest when I have not received the bisbursement?
