Hi my name is Chethan Das A J, I have submitted all my documents on 27 July 2016 to open salary account. But till now account is not activated. My account number which is in welcome kit is "[protected]". Already my salary is credited to non activated account.

Will it be credited after my salary account is activate.

How many days will it take to activate the account.

I didn't face any issues opening account in other bank. I have salary account in HDFC they activated within 24hrs from the date of document i submitted

    My travel card was hacked and unauthorized transactions were performed in us in several eateries in april and all the transactions have been made in usd. I have raised a dispute with icici in april and the discussions don t seem to end. I have provided all the required documents multiple times but still i have been asked for the same over and over again. I have repeatedly told in the mails that i am put up in london and travel card was always in my possession. Disputed transactions took place in a different county (Usa), which looks like a security breach in icici provided travel card, i am chasing this for more than 4 months now. I have contacted below mentioned person
    1. Anita sonawane
    2. Arun jyothi.
    3. Ch rajyalakshmi
    4. Adishanker
    5. Karuna

    All these person just raising service request for name sake and closing that, i dont know what is wrong with these guys for giving my money, i will go to consumer court and will file a case against the mentioned person and icici bank for this forgery. There is a limit everything, 80k is not a simple amount

      I purchased a two wheeler - tvs victor gls - reg no from sathyaa motors under your two wheeler loan scheme. I paid all my dues and close my loan account also, when i visited cenotaph road, teynampet branch, chennai they said they will send the noc to my house. Till date i have not received.
      Now i have bought a new flat and changed address. I want to sell out my byke and buy a new one. Please send the noc to my new address.

        Hello,

        I wanted to change my user ID but officials say that it is not possible. I do not want to continue my banking and wanted to close my account. Bank officials say, even that is not possible since I have tax saving FD. Do something about it, either allow me to change my user ID or close my account.

        Very poor response from dlf branch, Chennai.

            This is with reference to my personal loan with icici bank.

            I had applied for a personal loan from icici bank but, as they were providing me the loan @ 16+ % i denied the same and did not sign the agreement completely.

            But, to my astonishment on 1st august 2016, the loan for a amount of rs 254248 (two lakh fifty-four thousand two hundred forty-eight only) was disbursed in my account without my knowledge.

            Till date i do not have any details about my application number or loan a/c number.

            When, i approached the loan service branch in vashi they also did not help me any way to cancel the loan.

            As informed earlier to the credit manager and also to the executive who had called me that i do not want the loan at all. then too they processed the loan.

            I this situation i have still not used the loan amount. i do not want a loan from icic and want to cancel the same as i have not requested for it.

                  I am sahil arora working as a rearch analys t. I dont have a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions i found that there is one debit transaction '59387686 dp chgs till jun-16 — inr 575'. When i opened my salary account in icici bank, at the time of opening the representative didnt told about any charges and i dont have demat account. And i did not get any message alert also in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is a completely not acceptable and i want my money back. Please help me on the same

                      I want to know why you have charged me interest???, regarding this i have spoken to your customer care officer ms. Anuradha singh on 31.07.2016 at 11.00 am. I know my o/s for previous month for statement dtd. 19.07.2016 for the period 20.06.2016 to 19.07.2016 for rs.25051.87 due date of payment was 07.07.2016 against which i have dropped 3 cheque in your drop box on 02.07.2016 for rs.6112.47, rs.16458.15 & rs.715.00 & one click payment of rs.1766.42. All total comes to rs.25052.04 which is reflecting in your statement also.

                      For payment of rs.715.00 which is reflecting in your statement received on 11.07.2016 it is not my fault. We have deposited all 3 cheques together in your drop box. Delay from not my side it from your side. For the same you have charged interest with service tax of rs. 1007.70 is not correct.

                      I am attaching one statement for your reference for last three month, where for delay payment i have been paid the same. My due against statement dtd. 19.07.2016 is only rs.6874.17 excluding interest & service tax which i will pay in time.

                      Please resolve this issue otherwise i will take next action.

                        I had talked to the customer care lots of time related my delivery issues of credit card no a single customer executive have the correct knowledge all of them are giving different type of solutions, i have wasted my lots of time talking to then no one of them had solved the issues... I don't need any more credit card just cancelled my issue of card.. I have wasted my lots of balance and time too.

                          National policy is for using paper traceable transactions so that there is no black money. My salary account is with ICICI Bank for the past many years. I am a privileged account holder and my account is in the category of DSP account.
                          Suddenly the bank has started charging for issue of cheque book. I am in Indian Army and I have to issue cheques and its one of the main modes of payment.
                          I checked about the change in rules. I am never informed about the change in rules. These rules have been changed without informimg me.
                          Also its very inconvenient to get a cheque book of ten leaves only which only last for less than two months.
                          Hope ICICI Bank takes notice of this, else I will be forced to change the bank.

                              My self s k bansal from kota i applied for loan in icici bank aerodram branch
                              One of icici reprentetive came to collect paper from my house at that time he told that insurance is not compulsory. But once loan has been sanctioned he is asking for insurance. One day he and 3 of icici represenrtive came to my home and again ask me for insurance at that time also i said no. And i didnt singed insurance paper but that day they collect 6 cheques from me saying that they will not deposite it till i say yes. But after 3 day i got sms from my bank that one of cheque got bounced. What should i do kmow

                                Multiple times amount has been deducted from my account by the name "NFS/CASH WDL 'and when i called customer care . they did not have the courtesy to register a complain and tell me the answer of my questions.

                                I spoke to a banking officer named as 'PRAKASH', i asked him many times that where the amount has been deducted, but he did not gave me any answer of any question and then he told me that the their is "technical issue...

                                I applied for ICICI credit Card 2 months before but still i didnot received yet. Everytime Iam getting the email that my card got despatch and i will receive it soon, but no response from this bank after the receiving date. I provided my address to them twice with proper valid phone numbers, but no action has taken yet. I tried to call customer several times but i cant reach to them at the end. They are not contacting me for this as usual. I launced complain already on there appropriate website but still no action has been taken yet.                                 After calling customer care no. Iam facing the same issues. ICICI Banks are just misleading there Customers everytime. Day before yesterday they assured me that everything will be solved by yesterday afternoon. But still Iam getting the same mail as they had provided earlier. If you Cant provide the Facilities than dont give such an assurance to anyone. Thats all. Its my bad luck that I opened an account in ICICI bank.

                                  I’m unable to understand why you (icici bank) send me this kind of mails again and again. if you are not eligible to give me the credit card then why your executives are keeps on calling me for credit card.

                                  This is just for your information, apart from icici i have other credit cards and i’m very happy with them. also i have a salary account in icici bank. so i think there isn’t any issue to provide me a credit card. so ask your executives to do not call me again and stop sending me this kind of mails. since after getting this mail immediately you guys are sending like “we are unable to process your credit card application please try after 6 months” the question is i never applied for icici credit card your bank executives only call me and they insisted me reapply and this time you will surely get your credit card.

                                    Dp charges for may and june debited 3rs and 116rs, please refund as soon as possible. What is dp charges and why it is debited from my account, when i got demat account of icici, it was told that it is free, no any charges will be taken for this, so why. Please refund my amount as early as possible, otherwise i will complain in consumer forum and also i will close all relation from icici bank
