I have registered a complaint on this page regarding my imobile unlocked in five minutes times a guy called me from this number and identified himself as icici customer care person ([protected]) and he told me he will charge rs10/- for unlcoking it. And he has taken money from saving bank account rs.3000/- left 92.45 i got message on mobile saying i have made debit card purchase for rs.3000. Which was shocking to me. I have all the message which this guy who had identified himself icici customer care

    Myname vijaygiri m gusai i have already tarasction on atm icici bank 3000. But i have recevied only 1500. But myaccunt debited 3000. So stile i have not money receved left 1500. Already i have complent castamar care and near icici bank brach not solution still

        Dear madam (Chanda kochar),

        My self raj from hyderabad telanagana, on sunday dated 07/08/2016 named mahesh & his friend came to my home. Where i was out of station. They misbehave with my family members. They forcefully tried to enter my home. Where my wife & 2 kids are got panic. He pushed the door, when it was lock from inside. He threatening saying that call your husband. I know he is inside. Forcefully tried to enter inside. When my wife said no he is in out of station still they didn't listen. They forcefully taken my wife mobile & dialed mahesh number & took her (My wife) number. Then she start shouted then he went out from my house & in front of my house they stay back till night. Its like house arrest my family.

        My wife called me in panic situation. My wife & kids got afraid on this incidence. Where my family resides independently.

        I took mr mahesh number [protected] & called him, to find out why he came to my home. Then i came to know that he came for icici credit card recovery team, he said he will report to mr nagesh p (Nagesh. [protected]@icicibank.Com - employee id 323138).

        He said i have taken an icici card which is having due there is a total outstanding rs - 115904.18 /- against credit card account number [protected]

        Note: i never had any credit card from your company when i was working in bangalore some one came to my office for credit card, i have applied for the same. Later on after 1 month when i called that person who took my details & application he said my application got rejected then i said to return back the document. He said it wont come back once rejected is rejected. It was happen in the year between[protected]I wont remember)

        Now after 10 years, last month some one called me & he informed that i had a credit card which is having due. I said no way i dont have any credit card from you i denied. Later on he never called me. Now suddenly he came to my home???

        Iam asking here on what basis your team done all these things when iam not there. Who given right to come my home & misbehave with my family members.


        Here i want to resolve the issue if you are able to do it..

          I submit that my card bearing no.[protected] was already blocked. Hence, i want to cancel my icici credit card, as i never used the card but the bank is charging more amount even though i have never used the credit card for any purpose.

          Therefore, i am hereby requesting the authorities to cancel my credit card baring no.[protected] and send compliance report to my address / email immediately.

          Hereafter don't send any message / mails / bills / correspondence to my address / phone. I will not pay any amount here after. As my credit card was already blocked long ago.

            The worst bank services if anyone can provide is icici, i dont understand why companies keep their salaried accounts to this horrible bank.
            Somebody was trying to do a fraud transaction from my account due to which i called icici and requested them to block my credit card but their over qualified executive blocked my debit card, after receiving the message that my debit card has been blocked, i called them again and explained the situation.
            Then they blocked my debit card and credit card both.
            I had no card from min 3 weeks, after 10 times followup with them i had received my debit card.

            Now i have received a bill with late charges, although have cleared everything.

            I really request everyone who is reading this email that do not go for any kind of service with icici, if you really do not want to go with mental trauma.

              Hi, my name is silva, i am using icici credit card since last 2 years and make payments at the end of each month before due date.
              My service request # : sr[protected]

              Similarly, i made a payment on aug[protected] infinity payment received, thank you 37, 495.00 cr) and in my cc statement its mentioned auto debit return fee and service charges inr. 862.39 when i enquired about these charges bank said that i have auto debit facility opted on my account and due to insufficient funds charges in my linked savings bank account. I have been also charged an additional atd return charge of 57.50 (04/08/2016 04/08/2016 atd-0xx4829-rtnchgsaug 16 57.50).

              02/08/2016 auto debit return fee 749.90 dr.
              02/08/2016 service tax 112.49 dr.

              Why can't the system check for the due amount is paid or not before intiating the auto debit? Why is this charged twice both in savings and credit card.
              I can accept this if i have not paid the due on time.

              I am Jayaraman, my account[protected] Rs.59 has been debited. I think it was Auto debit return charge. But i have paid much more than minimum charge for my credit card on 10Sep19. Then hiw did it has been deducted.

                Sir/madam,

                I have been your customer since 2006 or may be before that. I have taken a home loan in 2006 w. R. T account no - lbbtn[protected] on vijay kumar garg. Since it has been 10 years the total amount of rs 279165 has been paid by me. According to the loan agreement, there were total 120 emi's mentioned by your authorities which have been completed during this time being of 10 years. But in this process of 10 years only approx. Half amount is paid. I have been told by your authority person that by submitting certain documents and paying some amount your rate of interest will be deduced. So, as said by the authority, i did what they said to me and pay amount of rs 1502 approx. On dated[protected].
                Since i am senior citizen, and condition of my home is not worthy. Last month when i went to your branch to know about my present status of overdues, i was in shock and approx. Half of the amount is still due on me. After seeing the loan statement, i was even more shocked, that the rate of interest was approx. 16% which was very huge rate of interest and even was not deduced even submitting the documents. I am very disappointed with your services and when ever i go to your branch to solve my problem, they always said me "that the system is not working". Its been a very disappointing journey with your bank and i am that much affected that i will never trust your bank if my problem will not got solved.

                        Dear cheating icici credit card team,

                        I am gangadhar k, from bangalore, i have been using the icici credit card past two years. My card no is [protected]. If you could see my all transactions of bills and re payed statements of icici. Being as human have financial problems i have not payed the monthly bill past four months later i have started paying monthly. Last june and july i have payed the monthly bill amount. But in this august month without my knowledge icici credit card team has debited my full of monthly salary. I do not have single rupee for this month for expenses. And even i have not paid monthly rent also. What the hell icici credit card team are giving the service to me. I dont want to request your cheating company just check my card details and close it.. As of now they have debited amount of 18, 378/- without of my knowledge and remainging balance is 6, 523/-. No proper response and your icici company is very worst than other banks. Just do the needful.. I dont want to use your cheating icici credit for further.

                          Icici bank credit card department who has illegally put the amount in my savings account on lien for credit card outstanding. There was absolutely no communication (Via email, phone call and hard copy letter). Kindly solve my complaint in as soon as.. Icici bank savings account is my salary account and it is connected for ecs for my personal loan accounts. I request you to please contact icici bank and remove lien on my savings account.

                            Hi Team,

                            I am feeling so unfortunate that I decided to take home loan from ICICI bank. May be, my decision to take home loan from ICICI bank was my biggest mistake.

                            Since the day, the loan was disbursed I am feeling like being cheated as the kind of post-sales service which you guys are providing is pathetic.

                            Though I get prompt responses from my RM Ankit Awasthi (on the issues that I have been facing), but your department which is handling the layer of processes is so careless and creating blunders one after other.

                            Just to explain the whole story again….
                            We took a home loan of 31, 30, 000/- INR (sanctioned amount) from ICICI bank for a tenure of 240 months and it was a mutual agreement that the loan amount will be disbursed as per the “construction link plan”.

                            When the first tranche of loan was disbursed, I opted for the EMI (of 29, 176/- INR) on the whole sanctioned amount (of 31, 30, 000/- INR ) instead of EMI on the disbursed amount (this issue was even fixed after exchanging several e-mails with your department and eventually, after escalating the whole matter to the OMBUDSMAN officer).

                            Now, as the bank has released second tranche of loan to the builder, I got a message today, from ICICI bank that my EMI of 67, 905/- INR is due on[protected].

                            Now the question is, how can the EMI amount be doubled (even more than the doubled amount) without any intimation or prior approval as the bank has just released the 20% of the loan amount?

                            The EMI amount will get bounce back as we don’t have that much of amount in our account as the EMI to be deducted from our bank, was supposed to be 29, 176/- INR and it should not be more than that at any point of time (as the EMI is based on sanctioned amount).

                            I want to make it very clear here that I should not be liable for any EMI bounce back charges from either of the banks (Payer and Payee bank).

                            Request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and also provide me a written response with the reason behind all the chaos.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              This is Vijay Pratap Yadav, holding an ICICI saving a/c :[protected]. I Have update my account with my new company as Salary account, I got salary as well in this month(July) in this account. My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying there policy changes, if any. ICICI bank is simply debiting amount from my account. I get monthly statements but I have never got any information about the policy changes. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI. Previously they take the average for a quarter to check the minimum balance but suddenly they changed without any information send to us (customers).
                              Please find the below details for all the transactions made by bank. I tried to get in touch with the manager but they say we can't do anything about this.

                                  I am old customer of icici bank and 2 years back thought to open new account. I did not receive the welcome kit for that account and today when I saw my statement there is charge for Demat maintenance. Is this ethical? You did not provide the product for which I applied and without tracing the person whereabouts you just debited my account. till now I am not aware that I have icici bank demat account. If bank is itself doing fraud with customer how can we expect that other person will not do it with our account. How can you debit my salary account for the demat account for which I dont have any information. its a serious fraud at the bank side and I will go to consumer court if the debit amount is not reversed asap. Like this anybody who got my document can open account on my name. I will highlight this matter if strict action is not taken immediately

                                    Dear Concern,

                                    I'm Mahamad Nizaruddin U.T ac number[protected], malabar cotton, vakkaligara Pete circle karnataka india 577002.
                                    On 07/06/2016 I deposited Rs. 1, 00, 500 on[protected] P.JAHEERHUSSIN .ICICI Bank tirpur branch. Unfortunately it deposited to Mr. Sankarnarayanan.S[protected] because of a silly mistake where in I wrote a digit wrong.
                                    Immediately within two minuts I reported to the ICICI Bank tirpur, but till now I haven't got a single reply or any calls from Tirpur branch. My complaint was totally neglected. I lost my hard earned money because of ICICI Bank officials negligence and their dormant nature, who has to respond immediately to my request on blocking his account immediately after two minutes of deposit.
                                    I'm an active customer of ICICI Bank since many years.I want you give justice to me. I'm a small boy who started business recently with lots of dreams. I would like to tell you that take stringent action against bank officials and let me get back my amount. Thanking you in anticipation

                                      We are getting a late payement charge with service tax even after paying minimum amount outstanding amount on time. After requesting for our credit card cancellation two times there was no response to the request. please resolve this matter.we are not going to pay any extra charge .

                                        Of course I am going to pay up the amount. What I am trying to point out is the following -

                                        1. Why is the bank not interested in investigating which number the call came from and reporting it to the authorities
                                        2. Why is the bank not interested in finding out how did a Credit Card related sensitive information (expiry date etc.) be available with parties that are not part of the bank
                                        3. Why none of the bank executives enabled me to meet the managers responsible for investigating such fraud cases on behalf of the bank and instead I was guided to the Collections department

                                        Needless to say I have never defaulted on my payment and nor would I in this case. But I am certainly going to share the lack of interest shown by ICICI in investigating the matter further and utter apathy of your below response.

                                        The disputed transaction as confirmed from our records, has been effected on your subject Card. We would like to clarify, that the above transaction has undergone a 3D Secure Authentication/ OTP, which is a second level authentication specifically built in for online transactions done through Merchant Websites. It may be noted, that apart from the Card Verification Value (CVV) & Expiry date on your Credit Card, your personal 06 digit 3D Secure PIN/ OTP was also required for effecting the said transaction.
                                        We would like to inform you, that the 3D Secure PIN/OTP is purely personal and privy to the customer and would not be known to anybody, unless compromised otherwise. The Card holder is responsible for the security of his/her Card along with his/her personal 3D Secure PIN/ OTP and should therefore take all possible steps towards ensuring the safe-keeping thereof. The Bank does not incur any financial liability arising out of the misuse thereof by unauthorized persons.

                                        We confirm, that the the above transaction was allowed as the system is CVV, Expiry Date and 3D PIN/ OTP specific and not person specific. We reiterate, that as the transaction was qualified by information strictly personal to you, the Bank is therefore precluded as per industry guidelines to repudiate the transaction with the Merchant on the basis of your dispute. We therefore regret to inform you, that the Bank will not be able to accede to your claims with regard to the disputed transaction. However, if you still suspect foul play in the above transaction you may get the same inquired through the concerned statutory/regulatory authorities. We on our part, assure our co-operation in the said proceedings.

                                        Hi

                                        I am an ICICI bank customer and right now I am very angry with the sort of response my bank has given me.

                                        A couple of hours back I have fallen prey to a credit card fraud whereby I happened to share all my personal ad card details and yes OTP as well. I know I should not have done that and I know that the bank keeps intimating me about such frauds. But be as it may I did happen to be deceived.

                                        Upon being faced with this problem I knew I could rely on the 2 pillars of empathy and understanding -

                                        1. Police
                                        2. And you the bank

                                        I rushed to the nearby Police station and was informed that they can take the complaint but it would be extremely difficult for them to crack a case like this because the amount in question is low (for them) and because if the scam is occurring from another city - they would not be reimbursed by the government for travelling there.

                                        I was despondent but at the same time I did half expect the Police to treat me in the above mentioned manner.

                                        However, I had greater trust in my bank and I was sure they would certainly help me and do something about the situation I found myself in.

                                        Little did I know that I was up for a disappointment so great that I would be moved enough to type this email.

                                        So here is how ICICI bank responded -

                                        Your 1st bank executive told me to call the support center and went back to his work.

                                        Your 2nd bank executive juggled between a phone call and telling me what your 1st bank executive had said.

                                        Your 3rd bank executive at least offered me a seat but she turned out to be from your Credit Cards Collection department.

                                        The customer at this point in time was looking at being saved from the scam. However all 3 of your executives and your Support Center told me to pay up the amount. They refused to even accept a Disputed Transaction Request.

                                        At this point I want to highlight that I had reached your bank branch within an hour of the fraud and the bank is also aware of the 'party' which has received the amount. Which makes me ask -

                                        Why then none of your executives are enabling the bank customer report the transaction as malicious?

                                        When your bank is trusting me with the complaint and blocking the card, why is it not closing the open loop by affirming my claim that the transaction was carried out by a phishing racket and hence report the transaction as malicious?

                                        I must highlight that because of such behavior from banks such as yours the instances of Fraud would continue to rise.

                                        In the end the penultimate question is -

                                        Why is it that ICICI bank does not trust its own customers when they are complaining they are swindled?

                                        I am sure a bank of the repute of ICICI is bigger than such petty behavior and can be more customer centric.

                                        I await your response and hope that you will give me some succor and much needed support.
