    I have a icici privilege account since last 15 years and due to my job nature i am supposed to stay in us for atleast 2 years.
    I went to the bank before coming and they said that once you call customer care they will update the phone number in 1 business day.

    After calling icici customer care they asked us to courier pasport copy, visa copy and a letter asking things to be changed with self attestation to the hyderabad branch,

    We did that and we get replay as rejected due to signature mismatch. we wrote a number of mails to customer care and also called the customer care number of times but no one is assisting to solve this issue.

    I see a number of complaints related to the same with standard reply by icici saying signature mismatch.

    Can anyone help custiomers get this issue resolved.

      Hi,
      I applied for a personal loan of amount 2 lac last month.
      Docs were collected from my office at vikhroli (Mumbai).
      I got a call for the confirmation of the loan on 20th june 2016. When i got the call, i was waiting for alternative funds from my relatives,
      So i told him (Name:sanjeev) to call in 30 minutes to confirm from my end, so that i could accept or reject the loan.

      The confirmation never took place, i tried calling him multiple times on that landline number ([protected], sanjeev) but the call was never answered.

      The very next day, i. E. 21st june 2016 i got a notification from icici that the loan was disbursed - lpnmu[protected] to my account (Acc no[protected]

      I immediately went to the nearest icici loan processing branch in nerul, navi mumbai, who asked me to raise a complaint with customer. [protected]@icicibank.com.
      Cc asked me to get in touch with rm puja chandra. After contacting her, i got in touch with sanjeev who had originally disbursed the loan. He agreed that i was right and offered to rectify the issue and would call me later. Nothing has happened, so an internal escalation was done within icici, here too, after i raised the complaint on 28th of june initially they asked me to wait till 4th of july but nothing has ever happened, its now the 8th of july with absolutely no action from icici, it seems that they are just bidding the time so that the emi is due which is just 1 day away ie. 10th of july, considering that this is now almost 8th july eod.
      The only reason for the delay that they mention is that they are waiting for decision from senior management. Well its been 16 days since i lodged my grievance with icici, and yet its not yet time for them to have reached a decision?
      This is worse than a state run bank if its indeed true!!!
      The speed is amazing when they want to process the loan, but when it comes to cancelling a wrongly disbursed loan, even after i have pointed out for them to re-examine the audio file of the conversation between me and icici during the confirmation call, they have not done absolutely anything at all!

      Todays update: Its absolutely pathetic, 2 times they asked for more time, now again :


      "We have looked into your concerns and found that we will need few more days to get back to you. Please accept our apologies for the delay.

      We are looking into it and would respond to you with the status by July 15, 2016.

      We appreciate your kind patience in the interim."

      I really dont think they have any intentions of solving this issue. Making fun of the customers again and again.

          Dear icici credit card customer services,

          I am k. saurabh tiwari and having icici coral credit card no xxxxxxxxx

          I just have received a bill of annual fee of rs. 573 in month july 2016 which was never agreed during card making time and it was a lifetime free card to me without any t & c., as there marketing manager and customer care asked me in last year


          In year 2014, if icici bank see their records i requested for hp coral card but different card icici coral only was sent to me, after this they sent me a bill of inr 1123 as a joiing fee, after a complaint and inr 1123 was also waived off during joining time and same was committed there wont be any further annual charges on this credit card.

          Request you to please take immediate action against this bank division so that they can stop fraud with common person.

          Below is trail mail for year 2014 when i complained him for extra irelevant charges.

          i am k. saurabh tiwari and i had requested for an icici coral credit card with co branding with hp petrol pumps, however some other card (only coral card) no xxxxxxxxxxxxx has been sent to me by mistake with an icici coral card which i have never requested.



          this wrong credit card no. xxxxxxxxxxxxx has an annual joining fee of rs.1000 which was never agreed or requested by me even your company executive offered me this credit card as corporate scheme offer under inr 500.



          please find this email as a confirmation of cancelling the card wrongly sent to me. i will neither use this icici credit card, nor will i pay for the annual rs.1000 joining fee. i will request you to please send me correct coral hp card at my address asap.



          the documents you are already having which i have submitted to apply for the hp coral credit card. kindly confirm the cancellation of credit card no. 5241 xxxxxxxx 07 or waive off joining charges for the same!

            I have applied personal loan of amount rs 3 lacks but it sanctioned only rs 291375.
            Before applying bank executive told the interest rate was 15.00% but now it is 17.75% and more processing fee added.

            I spoke so many times but no response. Whenever i asked about manager they told he/she was on a meeting or absent.

            So its a like of cheating or fraud service.
            Please resolve the problem.

              I swiped my debit card twice at pertol pump on 20 Jun, 2016 but both the times transaction failed. Finally I paid in cash. However on the way back to home I noticed 2 debit messages.

                In my father credit card have make the payment to my credit card through my sons account more than two times but the the amount is no credited to my account.

                But by card has charged for late fee rs 500 my due amount is rs 651 only i have transfer rs 700.

                In the sb account the payment has revised due to no reason for that kindly check it and respond to me. And today i have make the payment and the card has blocked.

                Kindly refund the late fee amount and unblock the credit card

                    5 july.. i went to icici bank atm, where i provide input for rs 7000withdraw amount.. but no cash provided by machine so i tried again for 5000 but again no such amount given then i did my last attempt for rs 2000.., but no such amount provided by atm…

                    Then i went to other bank atm.. this time i successful for rs7000 cash withdrawal…later i got 4 messages of debits…

                    After contacting to your customer care agent, she said that rs7000 and rs 2000 has been reversed but rs 5000 amount is in processing stage so pls check after 24hour.. but i did not get the 5000inr from last 24 hour…
                    Then i again made a call to customer care they said…the amount has been withdrawn.
                    I said, i don't even withdrawn a single coin. then how could this happen…

                    So hereby i am requesting you to please please look in this issue/ problem…

                    Went to icici bank atm on 5 july.. about 9:45pm to 9:50pm
                    Amount not received but debited-rs5000

                    Please help me for urgent reversal…. rs5000means me and my family a lot…

                      I have icici credit card. i unable to pay my credit card bill rs. 5665.03 (statement dated[protected] on or before due date[protected] because of my health problem but i called customer care explained my problem and paid the bill on[protected]. they reversed partial late charges also. today i shocked my june month statement dated[protected]. statement contains interest charges and other charges (631.62 +94.74). it is unbelievable charges you are charging interest rate around 12 % per month (per year 144%) i paid only 4 days later. i paid the amount 10 days before next bill generate date. please consider about this unauthorized charges and take necessary action

                        For my bill of may month : inr 35, 736.05 dr... I have paid rs.. 28, 000.. But while new bill of month june i have been charged interest of rs.

                        Interest charge : 1, 963.56 dr.
                        Service tax : 294.53 dr.

                        After complaining to icici bank they said, this interest is charged on whole (Inr 35, 736.05) amount as per bank rule.
                        My request is which i have paid 28, 000 it shall be charge on remaining amount..

                            I have recived your icici bank credit card in the month of jan 16, and sms recived in the month of feb'16 for payment, but while your marketing person advise me that life time free card and some discount withthis card and no joining fee/annual fee then only i accept the card, but now they again & again increasing the bill of credit card, yet i have not used the given the credit card, i have also complament several time to your cust. care but no answer recived, so i need writen cancelation & no dues in this account.If your bank fails to cancle the card let me no the reason, Then should be compelled to initiate necessary legal action .my icici band C/C # [protected].

                                I opened a HUF savings bank account with Deoghar-814112, Jharkhand branch.
                                As per the person visited my place, it was the first time the branch has opened an HUF account.

                                After account opening I asked for the User ID for online banking, which was denied because I was having just one mobile number which was already being used for my personal account. As per the branch I should get another mobile number to get User ID.

                                The above was discussed with Mr Arvind modi employee code 265594, I requested him to link my account with my existing account, the statement made Mr Arvind angry just because he was determined that such things are impossible and angrily said to me that I don't know anything and I should close my account which was very rudely.

                                I made a complaint via phone banking and was given a number SR[protected] on[protected] to be resolved in one working day. The same day I got a call from the branch by Mr. Jha who asked me the details about the incidence and said that he will call back after checking. he never called up and today on[protected] when I checked the status of complain online it showed it was closed yesterday only.

                                Now again I called up at phone banking, the person said that the branch has written to them saying nothing such thing has happened and has asked the customer to visit the branch to link the account.

                                I then asked the phone banking person that it means what ever happened with me was a false thing and I am lying and the branch statements are true. He said he too can't help me and asked to visit the branch to get things shorted.

                                The above incidence proves that a customer can never complain against an employee because if the branch denies any charges then the branch is free of any charges faced by a customer.

                                I humbly request the bank authorities to take some disciplinary action against the branch employees for denial of charges by an existing customer having no personal grudges against the employee.

                                If there is a provision to link two accounts then why the branch was not aware and because of which the whole incidence happened and why now I am asked to visit the branch again to get the two accounts linked.

                                The bank now has mailed me that i should forget what has happened and i cannot get the user id for my new account till i get a new mobile number.

                                The customer care people are asking me to visit the branch so that my account can be linked into my existing user id.

                                Would request the bank to please understand my problem and provide a sensible solution

                                  I have to inform you that i have been charged rs. 7761/-for paying amount 11, 933.33/- in directly 1 installment instead of 3 as advised by icici as on statement date 29th may, 2013. request you to kindly see accounts statement of my said credit card no. we have had several talks with your representative on 18/04/2013 at 01.40pm with vanita madam for reversal. also on08/06/2013 at 1.20pm with priyanka, to continue further on 08/07/2013 at 4.05pm with priyanka, 08/08/2013 at 1.35pm with mamta, for reversal and
                                  It’s is very clear from our side please do the needful and of rs.7761/27, and i will hand] over the credit card with me of icici bank and thanks for cooperation till today. if you have the same voice recording or any evidence about it then kindly provide the same then we shall surely pay the pending dues. but there is no evidence from your side about it till date.
                                  We have inform that your charges will be revese in short time and note done by u and above all they have charge penalty and interest finally you are requested kindly reverse all the charges and clear my accounts and oblige.

                                  ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I got a mail for Accountant from [protected]@jackethanhotel.com, contact no.+[protected]. After applying to his mail i got a offer letter. He already told me that i have to bear the visa charges i.e 600 GBP which will returned to me after joining also. Now he has given me contact details to immediate visa process of Mrs.Diplomat Adhira Krishnan, UK VFS Officer, Mumbai, Email:[protected]@gmail.com

                                    We have a current account with the icici bank miller ganj ludhiana with following detail.

                                    We got the payment from of rs 2405000/- from ouir debtors. on[protected],
                                    After crediting the amount the branch manager mr aneesh kumar has marked our account frozen temporarily without any information to us by telephonic & other way.

                                    We visited branch daily biases but we did not get any reply.

                                    After one month on[protected] the branch manager issues us a letter after many requests (letter is attached)

                                    We replied that letter on[protected] with the supporting documents.
                                    Manager refuses us to receive that letter but after many arguments he has received that reply (reply is attached)

                                    But after that again he is taking this matter lingeron & not releasing our account

                                    Please take necessary action against the bank so that we can get our amount & do our business

                                      The one time credit was fully repaid without default leaving no balance. Please stop sending reminders even after seven years after settlement. Bring the case before banking ombudsman for settlement. One time credit was thrust upon me as sales promotion and the amount repaid with out default as per agreement condition. No way i am responsible for the arbitrary fixing of liability whatsoever by the bank. My request is to verify the case and stop sending notice to me.
