I have to write this complaint with deep pain. Mine is a small Preschool, we are suffering a lot with every penny of money and this ICICI Merchant even after closure of EDC machine and handover to them, every month from our Bank account ECS debit is happening for Rs.250 and on 31st August 2022 there is a ECS debit of 4425. Why?
Even after not using the machine, will they loot our money.
I request the respective authority of Consumer complaints to please look into this. For us every rupee matter. Neither there is a proper facility to cancel the ECS with ICICI Merchant.

Please get our amount refunded.

    I applied for ICICI insta saving account online through ICICI portal on 24/08/2022
    After the fund (20000 rs) transfer the page closed and account was never opened neither I received any notification from the bank on payment and refund.

    I raised a complaint to ICICI customer care case number 000XNaHG7QS7Y9H1, customer service responded that I have to visit branch physically.

    I went to ICICI branch and they told are are not able to find anything.

    This is how ICICI service is not, create trouble to users.

    I want my refund as soon as possible.

        ICICI Credit Card is not getting delivered and customer support are not giving updates

        I have applied for amazon pay ICICI credit card on 24th July and during that time i have been told that will be delivered in 1-2 weeks. But its been more than 2 months i have not received it yet. i have called to customer support many time either they disconnect the call if ask more questions on what next can be done or they keeps on telling "your card is approved and will be delivered once printed" or they says there is a technical issue....

        Eazypay portal is showing pending to my successful transaction

        I had made done a transaction of 22, 453 through google pay on eazpay to pay my college fees but it got deducted from my bank account but never get successfull on eazpay portal and is showing 'pending' status only. please help in redressing my grievance asap. my upi transaction id is '[protected]' ....

        Issue with amount deduction of rs. 706.82

        I am the a/c holder of icici bank.
        Now they have charged rs. 706.82 under this category dcardfee0259aug22-jul23+gst
        on 26 august 2022
        I am not aware what type of charges are these.
        They says there is no charges o[censored]sage of card and now they deducted my money. Irony is they don't even notify this deduction.
        Kindly refund my money back to my account.

        Who has given right to icici bank to deduct...

        My Fastag Account Deactivation and account closure

        I'm Parasuram Padmanabhan. This is to bring to your attention that I sold my Car bearing Registration number DL7CF6172 on 27th Aug'2022. Same day I applied for closure of my account that was successfully submitted. However. due to oversight I forgot to remove the Fastag Sticker from my Car. Therefore, debits happened from my Fastag account and finally account became negative. I received an SMS Alert today on 30th Aug that my account is negative...

        Rs 590 was debited from my account. I didnt got any sms or notification.
        I received my salary today on 30.08.2022. When i opened my netbanking account, i saw that the sms which showed the money credited as salary is not displaying. I didnt go or spend anywhere so how can it show less. So when i saw the last 10 transaction, it showed Rs 590 has been debited in the remarks section "ECSRTNCHGS280822_SR[protected]" was displayed. Now what is this deduction i do not have any idea. If i was supposed to pay anything you people should say it either on phone or sms.
        PLEASE REFUND MY HARD OWNED MONEY.

          The payment was successful from my end, I confirmed it from my Bank end also, but it is not reflecting on the portal.

          So I request you to please look into the status. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible as it is blocking my semester result.

            ICICI Bank Complaint about CashTxnChgs-Branch-Jul22+GST

            Hi,

            I am an ICICI account holder, Aug'22 month my account got deducted as " CashTxnChgs-Branch-Jul22+GST" charges.

            30 Aug 22 - Rs 5, 193.48

            I didn't receive any message or alert from ICICI. When I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.

            I have tried paying for my vacation using ICICI - Zest cardless emi on Make My Trip.
            The transaction failed for the first time and I tried it once more. Again the transaction has failed.
            So both the cardless emi transactions have failed.

            Then I paid for the vacation using my Axis bank credit card. The transaction was successful.

            After a few days I received two SMS stating that EMI's will be debited from Sept 3rd, 2022 for both the loans.

            I have contacted the bank many times on the phone and even written many emails with the document of which Make my trip has shared that the transactions are failed.

            It's been more than a month but still my issue is not resolved.
            It's just the bank is asking me to connect with Make my trip and Make my trip is asking me to connect with the bank.
            I guess Make my trip has nothing to do with a failed transactions. So please investigate these transactions properly and get the loans cancelled.

            Meanwhile I will remove the money in ICICI bank and make it zero, until this issue is resolved.
            Please close this issue as soon as possible.

              Hello,

              I see 2 "ECSRTNC" charges deducted from my account 2 times first 589 and 576.
              Please look into it . I have not received any prior message or email or any call before deducting that amount.
              Why this amount is deducted two times??
              After deduction also no message was sent i check my app thats when i see the deducted charges .

                I send mail regards this there is no response from there side from one week. today i recieved mail from customer care but they mentioned that it's debit card emi account. But when i checked my eligibility it's showing not eligible for debit card emi service. Iam confused about this there is showing account in my name and other side there system showing iam not eligible also.

                  I have a concern on my credit card statement. I did two hotel booking transactions on 26th Aug 2022 and I see markup and IGST is charged which is fine and acceptable. But since the merchant confirmation was not done, my transactions were reversed by booking.com and I see ICICI has charged markup fee and IGST for reversed transactions as well. This is wrong.

                  Same transaction was done in HDFC and markup and IGST was reversed by HDFC when the transaction was unsuccessful. Seems ICICI is looting money! Even after many follow ups with the ICICI team no response. When we raise a complaint with ICICI online generated SR is also not shared with customers. Not sure why ICICI is not working as customer friendly.

                        A Deep discount bond of ICICI was purchased in the year 1997 in my name (dated 28 May 1997)for Rs. 2750 with maturity value of RS. 1 lakhs to be redeemed in 27 May 2022. The details are given here under:

                        To my surprise, when I contacted ICICI recently, I was told that the scheme had been wound up long back & I need to approach IEPF to get a meagre amount from them

                          I have been an always punctual on my credit card repayment and I have made sure to pay back the full amount in the stipulated time limit. This time I was unable to as there was a glitch on the imobilepay app and after that I fell sick for a couple of days. This is the first time and I request ICICI Bank to waive off the interest charges.
