Dear bank, my name is Rupesh .i got credit card from bhandarkar road branch pune 2 month earlier .i got call from your bank that you have been selected for credit card and u r geting 1Lakh credit limit, u just have to send documents to nisha.[protected]@gmail.com mail id .they also promises me to give wouchers worth rupees 3000/- and a welcome gift of 1000/- which will be provouge watch at the time of receiving of credit card .executive name was [protected]-sachin .after getting card, i got only 25000/-credit limit and yet not get any voucher or gift.i am calling that guy since last 2 month, he told me wait your limit increase and aslo you will get gift soon.they also promised me about free lifetime card as they told me earlier that card will free of cost .but i paid more than 1250/-for card.i need reply on emergency basis .and customer care is also not helping me out.

    Respected members of icici my credit card has been approved by u but it hasn't received till date...I have call from ur side they told me that it will come 2 days but msg come to me is as follows
    "Dear Customer, Credit Card -Fresh for Acct XX3005 sent through Blue Dart Courier, AWB [protected] is returned on 15-JUN-16 due to Consignee Out Of Station. For details, pls call Customer Care."

    No call have been received by courier service
    So plz take a immediate Action otherwise no use of dat credit card

      I have a purchase of Rs. 40649.79 and due date 03/05/2016, I have made a payment of Rs. 40500 /- & same received by the bank 26/04/2016.

      The difference of the balance payment is only Rs. 149.79.

      In next month of billing statement the bank charges an amount of following

      Intrest charges : Rs 1160.55

      Service Tax : Rs 168 .28

      Purchase of the month :Rs 1834.97

      I have made a payment of Rs. 2000 instead of Rs Rs. 1984.76 (Rs. 149.79.+ Rs 1834.97)
      Request for waive of additional charges bu bank denied for waive off.
      I requested to bank please give us the detail of the balance payment close the card.
      Bank official send the mail that the total amount outstanding in your credit card account is Rs. 9690.69 as on June 13, 2016.I have made the same amount of Rs. 9690.69 on June 13, 2016.Now I received another mail that shows the complete due amount on your credit card account as on date is Rs. 386.24, due date is July 3, 2016.
      Please suggest.

        My name is utkarsh and maintaining my bank account with icici bank for past 2 years and i have seen the below transaction today. They deducted 1402.85 rs from my account for in october 2015. I have no idea why this has been deducted without informing/notifying me.

          Respected sir/madam
          I sachin kumar holding an savings account in icici bank from past one and half months with account no.[protected] and;
          On 1 june, 2016 i deposited 22, 900/-rs in my a/c. This was my college fees that i had to submit within 15 days in my college. But on 2 june, 2016 a fraud happened with me. I went to icici bank atm located at commercial complex mukherjee nagar and tried to withdrawal 1000/- rs from atm no. S1cnc055 at 04:12 pm but my transaction got failed due to server error. Still my a/c account was debited with same amount. To cross check my account balance i then moved to next atm machine s1cn2260 where i found that 1000/-rs actually debited from my account. I immediately reported to the icici bank branch mukherjee nagar and lodge my complaint. While i was sharing my issue with the staff i got a message on my registered mobile no. # [protected] at 04:17 pm of withdrawal of 20, 000/- rs from my a/c. I immediately showed to branch manager. I was shocked that i was standing in branch with my atm card how come my money can be debited at that moment. I have even registered an fir regarding same in mukherjee nagar branch with fir no. 0514 under sho mr. Veer singh.
          I request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve it at earliest as the money was my college fees which needs to be submitted soon. I am from middle class family and it would be very difficult to arrange this much amount for my fees. Because my father is heart patient and i had earned this money from teaching home tuitions.

            My name is rohit ghorpade.I am holding savings bank account a/c no.[protected] with icici bank.Eversince i have opened the account bank from the very beginning they have misspelt my surname.The bank employees insist me to open a new account or go for name change procedure.I dont understand when i have not changed my name why should i go for name change procedure.All my documents passport, aadhar card, pan card, driving license etc have my surname spelled correctly.

              Myself, Ravi, had been a very in-time credit card payee of ICICI for a very long time. By using my ICICI credit card for some of my transactions I gained around 4700 points.
              Due to some problem I had to cancel that card. TO my surprise after cancellation all my payback point that I have earned using that credit card were also take back by the bank.
              I was not even informed about this when I opted for the cancellation. Even how can some one take away my earnings? Those points are my earnings and its like some one robbing my points.
              The points that I lost is almost worth 1200 rupees. I want to raise this issue as I was cheated by the bank. Please look into this issue and help me in bringing back my robbed points.

                The bank has levied auto debit failure charge of rs.250 on 13/06/2016 as it executed auto debit before opening of bank hours on 13/06/2016 with the intention to raise revenue, in an unfair manner. I had provided necessary balance at opening of bank hours on 13/06/2016. The bank should have retried debit or should have executed auto debit at the end of the day. The customer care of the bank refused to reverse the debit.

                  Dear sir,

                  I had a credit card ([protected]) 6 years back and i had paid a total of rs 1, 20, 000.00 and onetime payment rs 86, 990. I had the call over the phone with mr. Verma whose is advocate for icici bank and mr. Debajyoti mukherjee area debt manager-urban dsmg-cards. Based on the telecon i had given time for pay before[protected]. And i had paid a onetime payment of rs 86, 990 on[protected] and i was keep chasing icici bank for a closer letter. But no respond from icici bank.
                  After 6 years on 02/06/2016 india time my friends, my relatives, my family, my sister's friends start getting the call from a different number and she use to address her name as advocate pooja mishra and she is loud and threatening people.
                  1. She use to say different things to different people like i had not paid credit card payment of 6 lakhs, 8 lakhs etc. She calls 10 times, 8 times continuously.
                  2. She calls to my sister's friends and said that my father had put a case in the name of her father and police is coming to her home to arrest his father. She was so scary that she became faint.
                  3. One of my friends also try to give her my cell number and try to tell her to call prashant raula and talk to him directly but she said she have my cell number but she don’t want to call me. Even my friend ask her to give her cell number so that he can pass to me and i will call her and try to understand the matter.
                  4. Finally after a lot of threatening calls, she provided one cell number.
                  5. Here are the number from where my friends, family, relatives got the threatening call.

                  6. She told her name as advocate pooja mishra, god knows if her name is correct or not. She told to my friends, family, relatives that since i didn’t not paid 8 lakh rupees for my credit card and she will file fir against every one.
                  7. My parents are old people and staying alone in india and they scared and they didn’t had food for 3 days and my mother got faint multiple times after this threatening calls.
                  8. She also threatening everyone in my circle that there is a criminal case again my name and my father’s name and she try to trace us and police will go an arrest us.
                  9. My friend called me in midnight my time 2:30am and told about this matter and once my friend got the cell number than i try to call her.
                  10. When i called to this cell number [protected] and when i asked whom i am speaking she said she is advocate pooja mishra. She was so loud like i am criminal and i made crime and run away from country.
                  11. When i try to understand what is the matter, she is threatening me by saying “ my passport will black listed, my visa will be cancelled. She will send my details to passport office etc…..
                  12. I am by law citizen of india and i pay my taxes on time and how can someone can blacklist my passport with any crime or any finance fraud in fact i am contributing to india’s growth.
                  13. She is not telling me why she given trouble to lot of people surrounding to me.Instead of that she is soughing on me.
                  14. I still asking what happen then she is telling me that i have not paid 4 lakh towards the credit card. When i asked about the credit card details then she is failed to tell me the details.
                  15. She told me that she will give me 4 options and i have to remember which bank credit card i own. Options
                  A. Hdfc
                  B. Sbi
                  C. Axis
                  D. Icici
                  16. After i got lot of threatening from her, she given me a cell number and ask to talk him and update her asap else she forward my case to password office and also i remember she said i do know what is rbi?
                  17. I called to the number [protected] and he is mr. Ajit shah from icici bank kolkata. I asked him about my case and why my surrounding people got threating call from collection agency called pooja mishra.
                  18. Mr. Ajit shah told me that i had credit balance of rs 46000. I asked about credit card details and when he provided card number [protected] i was so surprised that i had already settled the amount with icici bank on 19/02/2010 and then why after 6 years i got the call.
                  19. Meanwhile explained the mental stress we all passed by the collecting agent pooja mishra.
                  20. On 14/july/2016 i recollect all the information whatever i had in my email and try to reach out debajyoti mukherjee over phone [protected]. He was in meeting said he will call back in 1:30hrs. Mean while i send the details emails to debajyoti and this gentleman called me sharp after 1:30hr. I explained all the details and he said he need 1 hours to check the details and get back to me.
                  21. Debajyoti mukherjee acknowledged that i had paid the amount based on the agreement.
                  22. Debajyoti mukherjee asked for an hour time to check the details and he find out that based on our settlement i had paid the full settlement amount by 19/02/2010.
                  23. I send couple of email to mr. Verma ([protected]@indiatimes.com) advocate icici bank and also send email to mr. Debajyoti mukherjee.
                  24. But no response from icici bank end. Also i send an email to [protected]@icicibank.com 23/10/2010 but not response from icici bank.
                  25. On 14/06/2016 when debajyoti mukherjee check the statement, he said it took 24 day (March/2010) to reflect the account balance in icici credit card. Now if it took 24 days for icici to process and update credit card payment details, then please let me know why should i suffer.
                  26. After paying the settlement amount of more than 1 lakh, i didn’t not got the closer statement and now after 6 years i and my family, my relatives have to go through the threating etc.
                  27. If anything happen to my family, my old parents and even to me. It is only and only icici bank will be responsible and it’s collection team pooja mishra. We are going through mental stress and disturbing.


                  Last please help me to get the closer statement. Due to icici banks internal process delay why me and my family got punished.

                    My new atm card is ending with 1556. I have tried to generate its pin online several times but it says grid authorization is disabled. I had visited their branch but they could not help. They told to call customer care only. Once i was able to speak with bank representative and he had even connected to generate pin on phone but call got disconnected.In their website, even after login, there is only 1 link for debit card while several links are for credit card. They have sent printed document with card mentioning that i can generate pin in atm after selecting the option in select language but the bank atm i visited did not have this option.

                    i do not know how can grid be disabled for new unused card? Now i have again called their call center but found that only debit card lost or unblock provision is there. No provision for talking to customer care representative. Even when i was able to talk with him, he did not enable my grid authorization & was only asking more & more questions to verify my credentials & genuineness.

                    please send detailed instructions to generate pin / enable my card grid authorization or send me pin on mobile.

                    i am unable to use it without pin!

                      Fraudulent acts to sell credit cardsThis is Aaftab Alam Khan([protected]) working with IRS, Powai. I already had an ICICI bank credit card. I received a call from your backend office bh some SNEHA... No [protected] and she asked me if i had an icici credit card. After confirming that i had one, she pitched an offer as a perfect con artist, she said that icici bank would like to upgrade my card to a much better one (jetmiles rubyx) and my credit limit would be increased as well. She asked for a few documents which i provided her ...to her field con agent who came to my office. He asked for my signatures on a the application form where i got to know that the joining and annual fees was around 2600 per annum ... So before signing i called this ICICI CON artist again ... She said i can strike the joining fees column and sign on there as the fees for me is waived off as i have been chosen by icici... Poor me !!! After signing the papers and awverything ... She herself did a confirmation from her end regarding these annual fees part where she said that she will make sure i dont get charged any annual fees.. And yes apart from the annual fees part i was offered a few more lucrative gifts which included a titat watch, return ticket from mimbai to goa and some jet miles too!!! Now that am calling her as i have got to know all the details about this lady ICICI THUG through this forum i am sure the card that will be issued to me will carry the fees and all i will get will be losers face from icici!!! There have been innumerous complaints regarding this no and these fraudulent icici agents but still such miscreants are going on . Seems icici bank is involved in thi too just to get a number of icici credit card holders!!!this is being done under their own eyes and they letting such cons and frauds happen. Pity on u icici people ... U r frauds and thigs and i doubt i will bank with u guy ever!!! Neither will i let Any of closed one to wver bank with u . I doubt whether this mail will make any difference too.. These buggers have gotten used to such mails and at the end of the day they just sit in their offices and finish their targets at thw coat of poor people like me !!! Kudos to icici and its fraud and con agents ... U can fool the highly educated too!!! I have got the address of their back office too!! Its as follows: AA Marketting, 1st floor, Behind Tata Docmo gallery, near plaza cinema, Dadar The girls name was sneha [protected]...
                      Awesome work icici... Ao many companits still the frauds and forging are going on !!!

                      Its you who give them the data to make calls. I too receive calls from that number till date, I don't know what kind of investigation was done since June 2016.

                        Sir, i have icici bank saving account.[protected]. From last 4 year. I have no any transaction from last two year.In this year 10.06.2016 i deposit some money rs 15000/-. The bank cut minimum balance charges of rs 7000.00\-without any intimation for last three year charge. Sir this is illegal and fraud by bank. The bank never told me about this charge. And never cut from my balance.. How should be bank do this type of act... And deduct of rs 7000/-minimum balance charge of last three year. Please kindly help to resolve my problem. This is a big amount for me i m a housewife

                          Hello,

                          I am yet to get the inr 10, 000 credited back in my account. I tried to withdrew inr 10, 000 on 7-jun-16 at 6:48 pm at hdfc bank atm, the legend apartments, sec-57, gurgaon but the amount was deducted from my account & the cash did not come out of the machine. This is a real harassment. Please expedite & get the inr 10, 000 credited into my account. I am deeply stressed & in depression. Please look into the cctv footages to verify if i had withdrawn inr 10, 000 or not

                          I have done continuous follow-up's with your customer care team. My icici bank savings account number is[protected]

                            In Interent Banking I was informed I am eligible for around 5L personal loan and it will be disbursed in few minutes. As I had an emergency, hoping that ICICI would be able to help me I logged an application for personal LOAN online. I had followed further and have uploaded document further in the online application as it says. But I have not yet received any fund neither the customer representative have provided any satisfying answer.br...

                            Warm greetings.

                            1.Conversion of minor's saving account into major one not done:

                            A/C no **********80 is minor saving a/c of my son Ayush Agrawal u/g me ( Vijay Agrawal ) which is freezed . I applied for defreezing & upgrading it to major one as my son ayush agrawal became major one, necessary formalities done at Ratlam Kothi Br, Indore around 10 days ago . I was told that it will take 2/3 days as my son is at Bangalore and I am in Indore and matter was to be referred to Marathahalli branch Bangalore.

                            My scanned signature and application was taken by Indore Br and was supposed to be sent to Bangalore, Marathahalli Br.for conversion to major as my son is there. My son Ayush Agrawal was directed to see Br Manager at Marathalli, Banglore for conversion.

                            When ayush agrawal reached to Bangalore br, manager told him that conversion from minor to major is very tedious, time consuming and almost impossible and will take at least a month, so get it closed and get the credit amount in the form of Demand Draft... means misguided him and discouraged him.

                            Above version of Marathahalli Branch, Bangalore is misguiding as per Ratlam Kothi Indore Br, they told that... "so much time is not required and it is not necessary to have guardian and minor both at a place" ( for conversion ) . Indore branch did not send scanned signature & hard copies of application to bangalore branch for conversion.

                            Why the a/c was not converted from minor to major ? Why Marathahalli branch did not ask indore branch to send documents ?why the two branches did not coordinate the task ?

                            Why they misguided ?

                            Bangalore branch people were interested in opening new a/c, just to increase the numbers of a/c s ?

                            2. New salary account opened at Marathahalli branch Bangalore but not active till date :

                            Then puzzled & harassed by above situation my son got opened a new salary a/c no[protected] with Marathahalli Br Bangalore, around 9/10 days ago to get the salary deposited in it but it is not active till date .

                            Why it is inactive till date ? Reason narrated " server failure " for 10 days !!

                            Salary could not be deposited and I too could not deposited money in this a/c, today, from Indore Ratlam Kothi Branch deposit machine, for expensenses of my son ayush agrawal at Bangalore, as it (a/c ) was inactive .

                            Ayush my son borrowed money from friends.

                            Please look into the matter and punish the guilty, if any .

                            Because of Mrs. Chanda Kochar ji, I have three a/c s in ICICI bank as I belong to her native village but now I am disappointed.
                            Grievance : 1. A/C not converted . 2. New a/c not activated timely.
                            Sir,
                            I am a very tiny customer to you and it will make no difference to you if i cease to be your customer further ! I know that not much can be achieved by this complaint but I am unfortunate customer to loose contact with you people any more .

                              I have got the personal loan sanctioned from icici bank in the month of september 2014 and before getting the loan sanctioned i was explained by a icici representative dayanand that there would not be any pre-closure charges but when i got the loan sanctioned, in the loan agreement pre-closure charges was applicable by seeing that information i have immediately raised this concern to icici bank with below statement but nobody dared to respond to this email and the person who was dealing with me and others who were involve, all of them started calling me and explained me that there would not be any pre-closure charges for you and later dayanand has sent me an email separately without responding to that email and his email was just pdf copy where he has explained me that there would not be any pre-closure charges. I still did not believe as document was not very clear so i have responded back to him again to have a confirmation as what he is talking is recorded and generally they do not give any written confirmation. The second email also added down. Now when i am trying to close the loan they are saying you have to pay the closure charges. Even though i have raised this complaint to icici bank ceo chanda kochhar but the person who is looking into this issue is making a negative approach and his clear cut statement that he will not approve. Please help me to come out of this situation. I have highlighted the subject line with bold.

                              I was told that there would not be any pre-closer charges after completion of 1 year however i have just gone through loan document which states that there would be pre-closer charges of 5% plus applicable service tax which is incorrect information reflecting @ loan document which needs to corrected else i would not accept this loan and will return the amount to bank through cheque.

                              To get this loan sanctioned from icici bank took almost a month on top of that what is spoken and agreed on terms and conditions are not incorporated in loan document. I kept on asking the same thing that there will no pre-closer charges and even person who came to collect all the information have every time said yes there will be no pre-closer charges.

                              I would have got my loan sanctioned from my existing salary account hdfc with in a weeks time “the reason being not taken loan from hdfc was pre-closer of 2% after 2 years” and i am under plan of taking home loan next year this was one of the reason to chose icici bank by seeing the leverage of closing loan after completion of year without any pre-closer charges, i had patiently waited for a month for personal loan even after all the relevant document provided and made rigorous follow up with icici branches in bangalore & @ home town to understand why the delay were happening in address verification.

                              I have also visited kothnur dinne branch and had a talk with manager over there and they also pushed this case and tried to know the reason why it was getting delayed they also seemed little helpless as loan was being processed from bommenhalli branch and could not do much.


                              Finally i got a confirmation from my hometown branch that verification got completed and then again followed up to get the loan approved which again took some time to get disbursed in my account and after all these hurdle ….. Again incorrect information captured in document made me realized that i have not chosen a right bank to work on.

                              If you/your bank think that people are ignorant, they do not check any information after loan is sanctioned, this indicates a very incorrect message.

                              I thought i will go with icici bank itself for home loan but looking @ misguidance and capturing incorrect information on valid document have turned everything on fire and made very difficult choice for me to take a call now.
                              I am left out with choice of either to receive a revised loan document with correct information from icici bank or raise this issue to rbi (Http://www.rbi.org.In/scripts/bs_viewforms. Aspx).
                              I was also told that loan amount will start from this month only however it would be charged only for 15 days but this also shows the same monthly amount is being charged from 15th sept though loan got sanctioned on 26th aug.
                              Let me know how would like me to proceed.
                              I am sorry if i am being arrogant on my communication but because of follow up and incorrect information on valid document made me to write this email.
                              I am hoping everything is settled out in small span of time instead of following the same procedure and time which took during sanction of loan.

                              As discussed, i understand that per attached reference document.
                              O pre-closure charges: zero after payment of 12 months emi or for closure would be zero pre-closure
                              Charges after 6 months / a defined period.

                              If this would have been indicated in the loan document itself would have not created so much of confusion for us.

                                My name is Ajay Ginglani, having a salary account with ICICI bank from last 15 years SB AC[protected]. Apart from this saving account I am also enjoying the services of ICICI bank credit card and personal loan and really appreciate the services of your bank.

                                In the month of Feb and March 2016 i have deposited some cash in my bank account and today on 14th June 2016 I got to know that my bank account has been debited twice Rs 2519.00/- and Rs 2886.63/- as cash deposit charges which is totally unacceptable and wrong.

                                With keeping in mind banking relationships I have with the bank over the last 15 years You can't charge this type of charges.

                                I would request you to please reverse these charges basis on the relationship I am having with your bank and also your branch people should have informed me at the time of cash transaction that there will be separate charges for the cash transactions.

                                Again I would request you to please reverse these charges otherwise the only option I will have left to close all my relationships with your bank.

                                I also having preferred relationship with HDFC bank and they have never done like that.

                                I will hope to hear a positive response from your side.

                                  I am writing this mail with great disappointment and to complain about 2 of the employee's of sector 18 branch, gurgaon haryana.
                                  My account no. Is[protected], name - sudhir chaturvedi.
                                  The reason behind my complaint is the service i received.
                                  Today i visited my home branch which is sector 18, gurgaon, haryana. The reason of my visit was to get a new pass book issued due to some reason. I met with ravinder (Not sure) who is deputy branch manager and inform the same. He ask me to fill a form mentioning my name, account no. And reason along with my signature, which i did. As i was getting late, i asked him to resolve my issue first as he seem busy. He said that if i am getting late, i can collect my pass book till 6.30 p. M otherwise it will take some time. I visited the branch again around 5.50 p. M and as the door of bank is half closed, i inform the security guard regarding my purpose of visitthe and provided the description of the person who asked me to come back. The guard went inside and came back after 5 minutes along with neeraj. He again asked me the purpose of visit and my name, which i inform him. He went inside after asking me to stay inside in around 34 degree temperature and the guard said he is leaving as his shift is over.

                                  I waited for around 15 minutes in that hot weather, but neeraj didn't came back.

                                  After that when i went inside, he is doing something else.
                                  I asked him his name and the second person name and left the branch as i don't think this is a acceptable behaviour by a icici employee with a customer.

                                  This is why i want to ask whether this is a standard or acceptable behaviour of icici bank employee or not?

                                  If this is... Then please inform me regarding account closing procedure of, savings account, demat account, and credit card, as i don't want to be associated with icici in this case.

                                  If this is not a acceptable behaviour, then i want to have strict action against both these employees... I also want to know what action is taken against them in this case.
