UPI transfer declined

Your credit request is declined upi icici.. I am unable to send money to icici account.. Kindly help me to solve this...

I have tried to make IMPS payment of INR 46, 740 on 27th Aug 2022 for US Visa appointment but I have got timed error and money got deducted from my bank already and says status will be updated in Beneficiary Bank in working days - ICICI Bank. But I wanted to get Visa Appointment ASAP because appointment date were moving fast, so I made second time payment via NEFT and NEFT Transaction was successful.

Now I am looking for refund of Rs 46, 740/- for failed IMPS transaction back to my ICICI savings account.

Here is the IMPS Transaction detail : "MMT/IMPS/[protected]/visa payment/BANA"

I have full confidence on ICICI Bank that they will keep trust alive of their customer on their Banking System.

I want to thank you ICICI Bank and all those who involved for resolving my issue quickly. I want to thank you Consumer Complaints Forum for creating this kind of platform for allowing us to raise our voice and strengthening the belief of every Indians (especially keeping youths beliefs alive) that someone is there who can hear your voice and at the end "justice will prevails".
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have tried to make online payment of INR 737.7/- on 11th September 2022 for IRTC ticket Booking but I have got timeout error and money got deducted from my bank

Now I am looking for refund of Rs 737.7/- for failed Online transaction back to my ICICI savings account.

    I am SIDDHESH. 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as[[2841]] DP CHGS TILL JUL-22) DP charges.

    when i check detailed statement it started from 2020 total 2753.33 has been deducted.

    I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction

    I need justice and my money back immediately.

      I have never used my demat account still I have been charged Rs629 from my ICICI Bank account as DP charges without prior notice. Please give me the refund.

        Dear Sir

        On 15th august rupees 750 was changed for late payment
        fee and 135 for igst
        and rupee 1293.39 for interest ans 232.81 for igst on 25 august

        .As I paid my credit card bill of 141421.44 on 12
        august on due date. Then why I was chaged late fee. My bill paid reference

          I have closed my loan accounts with icici bank by paying off 100% of money owed.
          Still, icici bank refusing to return my security post dated cheques provided during loan application.
          I have sold my loaned property to other party who now has their own loan but still bank is linking my SPDC to loan of other party. I believe this is unprofessional and unfair trade practice. Please advise if I can file a formal case against bank.

            Hi Team,
            I Just opened current account a month back, suggest by MR.AKASH(FM).
            I received foreign remittance 26th august I try to reach him past 3 days regarding this he didn’t respond back properly and also he said we(ICICI Bank) ha Free SMS link pay option too that’s the main reason opened account with ICICI back but that also not done yet. I called more then 20 times regarding this but he didn’t give proper response.

            Seems how his behavior while requesting me to open a account and now is totally different and total irresponsibility.

            He seems very small guy 21 years old. Anyway I don’t care about his age but what he said he should do he should follow as a relationship manager but he didn’t.

            Due to this I missed my USD1567 transaction.

            what kind of management you guys running. I’m questioning you.
            You people don’t care about your promises? What you guys are saying at the time of opening the account and what you doing is totally different. Very worst.

                I got a call ([protected]) [16-Aug-2022] from icici credit card department. On the call I was told that ICICI Bank has an offer for you lifetime free Sapphiro Credit Card with many exciting features behalf on your cibil score. I have applied for this credit card and promised me for Sapphiro Credit Card and, thereafter my details were taken and my video KYC was done. But after a week I got [24-Aug-2022] the other credit card that's coral credit card. I am totally unsatisfied. I am constantly trying to reach out to the customer support ([protected]) but they do not pick up my phone. And even when the call is received, it does not tell any solution.

                Please, resolve the issue. I am not interested to use this card

                  My wife, Smt Swapna Das purchased 6 (Six) nos ICICI Bank Tax savings Bond-2005 (certificate No-46440, , , , Bond Holder No. 6810793, , , , , Distinctive No 208828 to n208833) with redemption year 2010. But, as per my wife's bank record, the same has not yet credited in her bank account till date. All the official procedure was followed as per instruction of ICCCI bank vide letter dt.08.03.2010.
                  Please let us know, how the same can be resolved.

                    I am Rameez Farook Gahlot . 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-22] on 24-Aug-2022.I have never used my demat account till now.

                    They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                      I was just going through my Icici Bank statements today and I realised that there is auto debit of some amount without any prior notice.
                      There are several number of auto debit in my account this month and this is very much unethical also without any communication.

                      Also this has been repeatedly happening that almost 7000 Rs has been deducted already, Even today there is a transaction of Rs 590 which got debuted

                        Rs 826 has been deducted from my account as (Dmc dp chgs till july-22) on 25-Aug-2022. I have never used my demat account till now.

                              Loan Application Number-[protected]
                              On 3/08/2022 i have applied for home loan transfer at icici bank.I was eligible and i uploaded all the necessary documents and paid the processing fee of Rs 3717.For many days there was not any response from the bank or from my relationship manager.Then i tried to reach bank and relationship manager.They were saying there is some technical issue and not giving me any valid reasons.They stopped picking my calls .They wasted my 20 days and when i told them to cancel my home loan they said processing fees is not refundable.I only asked them to provide me with the valid reason why my home loan application is not processed for so many days.They are not refunding my processing back.The bank did this kind of fraud activity and maybe they used to do with other customers as well.Please take action against this and Let me have processing charges back.

                                I applied icici credit card application no[protected] and my application got rejected by bank and I asked the reason for rejection then reply to me this type of msg We regret to inform you that your application[protected] for ICICI Bank Credit Card has not been approved. The application for a new credit card is evaluated on a combination of parameters such as income, credit history, payment track record of other loans and credit cards (if any), etc. But According to cibil beuro i.e good cibil 776 and 100 percent payment record on my other credit card and good earing per month i.e 50000 per month from salery.so please not give a fake reason for rejection of credit card so I want to exact amd proper reason for rejection of my application.

                                  Got call from number [protected] telling me that I have health insurance activated to my credit card if I want to deactivate it share the USER ID number, by mistakenly I have shared my USER ID but doubted when she asked me the debit card details, I refused to share that details to her and cut the call.
                                  I have temporarily blocked my credit card and have disable the online transaction usage of the cards for the safer side.
