I am Lomash Gautam, when I opened account online, I did video KYC (1st KYC) & it was successful as per message received from ICICI of successful KYC. After 5-6 months I received another message from ICICI saying KYC document not received & need to resubmit & I did that. I went to nearest ICICI branch (Baner 411045, Pune, MH) & resubmitted KYC documents & they confirmed after few days that KYC has been successfully completed (2nd KYC). After 11 months o[censored]sing the account I received another message & 1 notice from ICICI at my address that ICICI still didn't receive any KYC documents (PAN card missing as per notice - attached is the Notice screenshot) & I need to resubmit the KYC documents to continue using our accounts, so, I again resubmitted her KYC documents (3rd KYC - Submitted Aadhar & PAN both) & after few days received message that "Your ICICI Account has been closed".
During 3rd KYC only I talked to deputy manager of ICICI branch (Baner, Pune), Does someone has to do 3 times within a year & his answer was YES & if KYC was not successful then you have to anyway & though I didn't agree to that, I did anyway that time.
It was difficult for anyone to believe that you did KYC 3 times, bank shows you that KYC has been successful but still your account has been closed & the reason I got was, Regularisation for you account was not done that's why it was closed.
She still has money in her account & would not have been in this position if bank would have done their job which after many request at branch they didn't, didn't even care.
I am sharing Account details & also manager's detail to see how you can help me & what action will be taken so that no other person go through this & suffer.
