Rs 826 has been deducted from my account as (Dmc dp chgs till july-22) on 25-Aug-2022. I have never used my demat account till now.

They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number.

    I am Ayushi. 826 Rupees has been deducted from my account as[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-022)DP charges on 26/08/2022. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.My Account Number is[protected].

        Loan Application Number-[protected]
        On 3/08/2022 i have applied for home loan transfer at icici bank.I was eligible and i uploaded all the necessary documents and paid the processing fee of Rs 3717.For many days there was not any response from the bank or from my relationship manager.Then i tried to reach bank and relationship manager.They were saying there is some technical issue and not giving me any valid reasons.They stopped picking my calls .They wasted my 20 days and when i told them to cancel my home loan they said processing fees is not refundable.I only asked them to provide me with the valid reason why my home loan application is not processed for so many days.They are not refunding my processing back.The bank did this kind of fraud activity and maybe they used to do with other customers as well.Please take action against this and Let me have processing charges back.

          I applied icici credit card application no[protected] and my application got rejected by bank and I asked the reason for rejection then reply to me this type of msg We regret to inform you that your application[protected] for ICICI Bank Credit Card has not been approved. The application for a new credit card is evaluated on a combination of parameters such as income, credit history, payment track record of other loans and credit cards (if any), etc. But According to cibil beuro i.e good cibil 776 and 100 percent payment record on my other credit card and good earing per month i.e 50000 per month from salery.so please not give a fake reason for rejection of credit card so I want to exact amd proper reason for rejection of my application.

            Got call from number [protected] telling me that I have health insurance activated to my credit card if I want to deactivate it share the USER ID number, by mistakenly I have shared my USER ID but doubted when she asked me the debit card details, I refused to share that details to her and cut the call.
            I have temporarily blocked my credit card and have disable the online transaction usage of the cards for the safer side.

                Dear ICICI, I was told that there is no montly and yearly charges for my demat account but I could see that RS 825 has been deducted on DMC/IN[protected]DPC HGS TILL JUL -22 transaction, can you please explain and be open to all your customers?

                  Amazon Pay/ICICI/Concern,

                  i would like to raise a complaint to ICICI +AMAZON for doing a fraud to me i was using my amazon pay card ending with last 4 digits 9007 i did some shopping by using my card, i had never been intimated that i am not suppose to use my card above certain limit.

                  A)why & for what the card has been given then do i am supposed to put it in my wallet & occasionally wave in the air to show off instead of doing transactions????

                  b)where it was mentioned that rewards point above 2000/- rs in a month is upper cap for any card.

                  c)furthur no here i was intimated that my usage is getting above the upper cap of 2 lakhs rs in a month.

                  d)why were my orders taken & were not cancelled when they were crossing the upper limit of shopping in a month ???

                  e) kindly prove that I used my purchased items for commercial uses as they are for us at home .

                  Further i will not beg you to reactivate my card it's up to you because if i use my card you people also get revenues but (YES I WANT MY REWARD POINTS CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT AS THEY WERE EARNED ON ALL VALID PURCHASES. I HAVE ALL RIGHTS TO GET THE SAME KINDLY CREDIT MY REWARDS POINT TO MY AMAZON ACCOUNT) I have already stopped using your card for shopping since you put my reward points on hold last month, and was used for only making utility bill payment on amazon last month.

                  NOTE:- I am surely going to consumer forum as this is not the way to treat your customers by blocking there cards & eating there rewards points as per your wish & one sided decisions

                  Please check my Transaction history and rewards point showing on current statement is wrong I have never used my card for shopping purpose in last month after you put my points on hold. Kindly check my card statement properly before providing any resolution.

                      Overlimit fee credit card charges

                      Dear ICICI Bank credit card,
                      I am customer using ICICI banking and credit card service for the last 15+ years. I see an over limit fee being charged for my credit card transaction for the first time in my 15 years. Usually, I get declined transaction notification/message due to insufficient funds when i hit credit limit but this time, it so happened that system allowed the transaction and applied the penalty (over-limit fee).                               I am Kasi Reddy. 481.83.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account [[protected]] DP CHGS TILL JUL-22) DP charges on 25/08/2022.

                              I have never activated and used my Demat account till now.
                              There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction, i haven't done any KYC activation for Demat Account opening with ICICI.

                              I didn't even received a message from ICICI bank that amount is deducted for Demat account usage messages to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.

                              I want to know from when these charges are deducted from my account and how much?, also i want a clarification that when i have opted for demat account.

                                  I did two txn of Rs 4000 each, while one got stuck and other succeded.
                                  Now ICICI care officials only have record for 1 successful txn.
                                  For other txn I would like to initiate refund as it has not reached to KESCO.

                                    Hi ICICI bank team

                                    I am an ICICI bank customer since 2014. This year 2022 826/- rs got deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not actively using the ICICI Demat account and at the time of account opening, the bank representative didn't inform any charges. But still this amount got debited from my account on 25th August 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL July-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far and ensure that further debit does not happen.
