Sir as on 24/08/2015, we have made a transaction from my union bank of India A/c no.- [protected] to icici bank A/c no.[protected] of Rs. 20, 000/, but due to wrong account entered amount gone to {i.e.:[protected]}, Next day when i have checked the icici a/c, and verified from bank it was found that their was a wrong transaction done. immediately i have written a letter to icici branch manager regarding this matter, but till date 21/09/2015 they have not taken any action from their side against wrong transaction and a/c holder who have received that money from my account, and now they are protecting that account holder by saying that he is not receiving call, out of station, he will come than only we will request him about wrong transaction and request to give NOC against wrong transactions. sir kindly look in this matter and take legal action against the ICICI bank staff.
