I am having an icici bank account since 2012 and my account number is[protected]. It's my salary account and yesterday I was just checking statement and I noted that icici deducted 513 rs as SMAB charges without any intimation. This is ridiculous. They have to give my money back..they revised charges and didn't informed either..My email I'd for further communication is [protected]@gmail.com. Iwant answer otherwise I will reach to higher authorities..

      Respected sir, i have taken a two wheeler loan from icici bank which was started from 6/2/2007 loan account no-LTKUM[protected] mode of payement &remaining balance settled was normal foreclose. dated on 30/01/2009 .at the time of payement bill amt was 11163 &837 net amt 12000. but till now neither noc nor any reply.so please take care the statement furnished to you and take action on this matter please immediately.

        My name is Vandana Darve. I have woman advantage saving account in icici bank at Sharanpur road, Nashik branch. On 28 sept 2015, the bank has deposited rs. 6000/- & deducted service charges rs. 171/- for no reason. Mine is woman advantage zero balance account with regular RD of rs. 2000/- pm. Already rs. 728 were in account. From that, Rs. 500/- could have been deducted for another due RD. but instead bank deposited rs. 6000/- & against that deducted rs. 171/- as service charges. Kindly take a not of above & revert back the illegal deduction made. Screen shot of above transction is attached below.

        I am not aware what type of charges are these deduct for dcardfee.
        They never informed me regarding these charges either by Email or by Letter.
        Who has given right to ICICI bank to deduct the money without informing us.
        Because we kept the money in Bank that give right to Bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

        There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted twice from my a/c.

          Dear Sir My name is sreejith, iam working as a manager for mangalam daily, kerala. my brother has a liability about his credit card . unfortunately he has no job for the last one year. the bank executives calling regularly to home, to my brother and me.Yesterday one guy call me 4 times and threatens me and spoke to me in ultimate hate speech . i have recorded the call and given a petition to the superintendent of police, i have a suggestion that if my brother has any liability why they calls me . and why they threatens me . i need action about this .and if its possible, i need chanda kochhar's mail id to send the call records. The guy who call me is Mr. Deepan from +91-[protected] . and his personnel number is 91-[protected] . he threatening my family also. why the bank behaves like this . or why this like anti socials are being appointed in icici bank. we already had a personnel loan and its closed . we never cheat anybody. why he is not paying because he has no job . or else, he is an Mba graduate, please give him a good job and take your liabilities from his monthly salary.

            Hi, have opened and account with ICICI recently, now i see they have dedicated Dcardfee from my account. Can they explain this deduction. Is this legal? Firstly i did not asked for the debit card with my account opening kit. U give it then u charge a crappy annual charge. More over i have other accounts with them in which they dont deduct these kindof charges. Is it like the bank randomly applies this charges or do they have any right to do so. Shyam

              I am the a/c holder of ICICI Bank, I am having a 2, 173.42 - balance a/c, Now they have started charging Rs.568.86 under this category (DCARDFEE). I was not aware what type of charges are these. Untill I called the Customer care and I would never agree to charge me Rs.568.68 for my coral card. They never informed me regarding these charges either by Email or by Letter. Who has given right to ICICI bank to deduct the money without informing us. Because we kept the money in Bank that give right to Bank that they can do anything whatever they want. There should be some formal process for doing all these things.                   I placed a complaint yesterday on consumer complaints regarding my credit card application status. Today i got a call from [protected], Varun Narayan, saying he was from ICICI and started asking for my details. He then asked me for my existing credit card details which surpirised me and i understood that this was not from ICICI. Please beware and do not give your card details to anyone whatsoever.

                    HI, I have recently moved to Australia. I have tried to update my Australian Mobile Number into my ICICI Account, but I did not find any option to update my mobile number. This is very ridiculous service from ICICI as they say we cannot update the Mobile number Online or by either calling Customer Care Number. When you are gathering all the security information while calling customer care, then what is the problem o[censored]pdating Mobile number ? Or you should have a branch in Australia which should accept a request by post. Why should the customer spend so much of money trying to post the details to India and then get a reply from you saying Signature not matching ? This is very poor service from ICICI Bank.                       Hello My ICICI bank debit card (MASTER CARD) has been blocked for online transaction due to 3-4 wrong entry of one time password. It says "For security reasons your Verified By Visa purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions at Verified By Visa merchants. To Unblock your card/login, please contact ICICI Bank Customer Care. " I have been trying to contact customer care for the same, but they ask for my card number which is rejected when i enter. I am exhausted of this process.                         I got call from a person saying you have a pre-approved icici credit card and asked to send soft copy of documents on [protected]@gmail.com. As it is personal email id so i doubt and ask him to send representative to collect documents. The person who came to collect documents did not has Employee ID card as he said he lost and they are third party agency. I gave him the documents. i got a verification call as well after 3 days but stil i cant check my application status. plz let me know the status asap as i have doubt that they were fraud people as they do not misuse my documents.                               I Shiv Kumar Bhardwaj ordered items on flipkar worth Rs 28080 via 6 months emi on credit card but due to some reason it got cancelled. I contacted the flipkart for refund they told me it was done from their side but I don't see cancellation on credit card statement they also gave me bank reference number about it. I tried to call icici but no one seems to help

                                Its very shame that after 24 th days I am unable to open an account name Employee reimbursement Account. I have one existing salary account in the same ICICI Bank but I am so sad that I have applied one account before 24 days with provoding my all necessary documents like CMC Limited Bonafied Certificate, ID proof, AADHAR card, photo etc.

                                For your kind information Govt produces AADHAR not to supply all documents but I have given all. But still after 24 days I found result is ZERO. When my account will be opened. Why slow process. All happened in this branch JAGDALPUR ICICI. DO it Fast.

                                  I had sent a letter at the address ICICI Bank Towers, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai-400051which is returned back stating that address is changed. Now I want to know the address where I may contact. Secondly, I want to know that the Bond is valid and will mature duly on the due date....

                                    This is the complaint regarding the unauthorized transactions of cash that have happened from ICICI saving bank account I have lost Rs.34000 Cash which has been withdrawn without my knowledge. The said transactions are not done by me and there is no response given on the case that how these transactions have been done by anybody. I had registered my complaint with bank on 24th Aug and till date the resolution has not been provided by the bank and there is no clue on how and when would my money be returned to me.                                       I am a car loan holder with HDFC Bank. Its been more than a year I am facing problem with the ECS clearence between ICICI bank and HDFC. While I was talking to both the banks, i realized that ICICI bank is not at all co operating with the customers and declining ECS process. I did visit lot many times to ICICI bank. But no one responded properly.
