Sir as on 24/08/2015, we have made a transaction from my union bank of India A/c no.- [protected] to icici bank A/c no.[protected] of Rs. 20, 000/, but due to wrong account entered amount gone to {i.e.:[protected]}, Next day when i have checked the icici a/c, and verified from bank it was found that their was a wrong transaction done. immediately i have written a letter to icici branch manager regarding this matter, but till date 21/09/2015 they have not taken any action from their side against wrong transaction and a/c holder who have received that money from my account, and now they are protecting that account holder by saying that he is not receiving call, out of station, he will come than only we will request him about wrong transaction and request to give NOC against wrong transactions. sir kindly look in this matter and take legal action against the ICICI bank staff.

yesterday some one has tried to fraud with me on behalf of ICICI CUSTOMER CARE AND consumer complaint name, contact no. of that person- [protected], he wanted to know my debit card no, atm pin no, cvv, atm pin also. but due to some security he was not success in his plan and i am requesting to icici and consumer complaint forum to take legal action against them because they take details of consumer from your sites and make fraud with them, this is very serious matter kindly look in this matter and take action otherwise i have to provide legal warrant against consumer complaint forum and icici customer care okk.

    I went to icici bank to get a credit card.They promised me that if a pay them for 20000 rs fixed deposit then they will give me a credit card which will be activated in two days.It is also mentioned on their website.
    So i paid them 20000 rs.They made a lien fd on my name and gave me credit card.But it is still not activated after 15 days.
    Due to which I missed some important international transactions and had to suffer a loss.

        Respected Sir/Mam, This is to inform you that today we have received the harassment callls from Icici Bank in my office & your person abusing her & they are talking like bad language with my OFFICE FEMALE Staff .This will be effect on my job, i will pay all the money to bank.The person on the line with me i told him currently i have some financial problem i will pay the amount within 4 to 6 month.           Iam Himanshu Verma from Chandigarh. I want to complain about the Debit Card Fraud which took place with my fathers debit card. A call came to him from an unknown number and the person said that he was calling from ICICI Bank and said that my fathers Debit Card has been blocked due to some reason and he took some card details . After few minutes there were transactions of around Rs. 10, 000 from the savings account. Kindly take a speedy action for the same . I will be highly obliged for the quick action.               I applied for credit card, provided all the require documents to the bank executive and received the credit card but with all wrong written name, I want to know that, Mr. Sudipta Roy the head of credit card department he is signing the credit card application without checking? OK he is having responsibility he forgot but under Mr. Sudipta verifying department what they are doing? ICICI bank employees will call only for collection or only for new services? And the employees are so busy in work that they are not matching (name) or not cross checking with original document. If same mistake happen from customers to update the details you guys will say "fraud' so for this mistake what customers should say and when I call to customer care, the executive is saying no problem sir you can use the card means if some one checks my card in any outlets they will say I'm chitting.               Mr. Sudipta Roy, I have not received Credit card till date 23.3.2018 but the bill has been generated, how is this possible??? Cheating customer?? Bill payment due date is 2.4.2018, how can I pay without credit card number?. Card was not delivered to me due to incorrect house no.in card. Staff of bank and verifying agency not doing their work seriously. My house no. Is 2/501. Kindly do the needful as early as possible and cancel the bill.
              I am getting wrong payment details in bill. I have not purchased anything on the specified date. Got a transaction details of around 1000 Rs. on amazon. But I dont have any order on that date from Amazon.

                I want to highlight the poor and un-professional customer service of ICICI Bank. I already hold a savings account with them and had applied for opening NRO and NRE bank account on 9th July 2015. They have been unable to execute the request till date. They made me resubmit the documents thrice. The customer care executive was very unprofessional and asked me to send my documents on whatsapp. When i complained to customer care, they repeatedly sent me emails with the same text that they nee d a few more days to resolve my request.

                I have already complained to your Office of Head Service Quality as well as customer service, but have only got repeated emails postponing my request (See image above). Why shall i expect the people at [protected]@iciciban.com to be any different.

                Just in case you are serious about helping me, here is my service request number SR[protected]. You can track my complaint using this. Don't waste my time asking me to email to different branches of your organization.

                Your bank cannot do the basic function of banking - which is to open a simple bank account

                  I got Call from Akash from ICICI bank regarding Credit card as my Salary account is in ICICI bank. Next day his executive came to collect all the documents. I have submitted all the documents. and My Application no is S[protected]. Now I tried calling him but he is not picking up the call as when I check my application status online it says "No records found" Please look into the matter as if these guys are fake then I can log a complain against them.                         I am Muthamizhan working as a Graphics designer professional. when i checked my bank transactions i found that there is one debit transaction '01409187 DP CHGS TILL JUL-15 ---- INR 561.80'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the DP charges And i did not get any message alert also in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.                             I am using ICICI credit card no. **** **** **** **** 3003. On dated 13/02/2015, some one call me and they told me that he is calling from ICICI credit card department and give me many informations about my all email communications with ICICI bank. On that day, he deducted my 8, 900/= amount from my ICICI credit card. I immidiately contected ICICI customer care (on 13/2/2015, time 4.15, customer care name - Aman Sahani) and told that person to stop that payment. But from my account it will be deducted. After some time, i received one BIG packets from one company name TRACK n TAKE. (Call received from no-[protected] & his name is Ajay Sharma). I am herewith sending you scan copy of that bill and also my credit card statment of that month. I like to tell you that you have to take actions against this company and refund my money in my credit card. If you have any clarification please contact me on my mobile number-[protected] asap.

                                  Bank: ICICI credit Card Credit card no : [protected] Nature of A/c : Visa Platinum Coral Credit Card. I have been cheated by ICICI bank. I was promised from icici representative that credit card comes with no joining fees. I signed up for it and also explicitly mentioned a note in application "No Annual changes and no Joining fees" On the first month billing i noticed the joining fees was charged. I requested for Refund. They never gave a refund and cancelled the card without my confirmation. I lost time, money and suffered sheer agony. Proof: I have all phone recordings and emails. I can send the attachment by email.

                                    I had policy with icici. No. 11186239. When i called customer care to tell me the procedure for surrendering the policy, after too many holds and passiing of the lines finally they said send a mail to [protected]@iciciprulide.Com. Despite of many mail correspondence through my regisetered e mail id, nobody is responding. And surprise is that, monthly i get mail from icici prulife for my policy's nav. Its all discouragiing.

I have deposited total money amount of Rs.31150 for the recruitment of ICICI Bank for the post of back office assistance but for more requirement of money I ignore for that job. Your agents Ms. Riya Malhotra and ICICI Babk HR Mr. Aditya Roy randomaly their contact no. are [protected] and [protected]. I had deposited money in Axis Bank account no.[protected] with account name: Shine Info Services. I add only to sleeps of deposited money. I have another also. Plese, find out them and refund my money to me as fast as possible.

                                        Today ie on[protected]three) fraud tansactions were made on my credit card. customerservice numbers were not useful as they say exeeded the time alowed timelimit while giving the details asked for by them or exeeded the number of attempts. is it the way of customer service in emergency conditions also. do they think we are playing with them in such emergency. in their website there is no emailaddress for customer care / service this is the state of affair in serious conditions also. g v raghavarao [protected]@yahoo.co.in
