I am G.BHARGAVI INDIAN BANK account holder my account number is [protected] mogappair branch on 7/08/2015 by mistake i transfered amount Rs.30000 through net banking to unknown account holder (R.NANDA GOPAL ICICI BANK account no[protected] nugambakam branch) on 11/08/2015 my husband went to ICICI BANK nugambakam branch Mr. ramanathan told him to send mail neft.[protected]@icicibank.com on the same day we went to indian bank but the branch manager was not available. i sent mail from my personal mail id for 2 times there was no reply. i was out of town till 30th august and on 31st august i meet indian bank branch manager he sent mail icici bank, same day i went to icici bank they told it will take 3 to 4 day to proceed because it will be done by head office and we waited for one week there was no reply and refund . on 8th September i went to icici bank they told keep on reminder mail, they also told they are not responsible. if we ask for alternative method also they are not giving response. then i came to indian bank requested bank manager to keep reminder mail again and again. till now the bank as sent 4 to 5 times reminder mail from there offical mail id and i have sent 2 times mail. Hi,

No reply for my email for more then a week. How to rectify...

My amount 1 Lakh on hold, I send money to my father account from SBI bank to ICICI. Due to some mismatch ICICI hold 1 lakh Rs for more then 15 days.

I send email to neft.[protected]@icicibank.com with all screenshot and evidence to release the money on Jan 5, 2016. This is totally unprofessional, no simple email reply at all from your side.

Branch manager said, send email to you. But, no reply or action at all..

I doubt your email is in action or just for name.

Very scare to send money to ICICI now. Worst experience. Better to stay away from ICICI.

No one to help from this.

Today morning (7th April, around 9 am) I was trying to transfer Rs 13, 851 from my account to my friends account in ICICI (details of which are written below) but accidently they got transferred to someone else's account.

My friends details:

IFSC: "ICICI0000160"

Model town Delhi-110009

Accidently the money has been transferred to account number[protected] in place of[protected] without even verifying my friends IFSC code, account name and account number. Now when I spoke to them they are asking for a request from my bank (IIT HYDERABAD (KANDI)).

I will be very grateful to you if you could please request this ICICI bank by sending them a mail to return the above mentioned amount back to my account or in account number[protected]which ever option is feasible).

    I had two accounts with ICICI bank, one is salary Account & other is Reimbursable Account. These were closed from my end by personally visiting and written request by completing all the formalities in ICICI Bank, Thane (Main Branch) on 15/06/2015. Thereafter, there was no single originated communication from ICICI bank, so I have raised a complain on the portal on 26/08/2015. Then suddenly on 8/9/2015, I have received DD of amount Rs. 1535.3(dtd.[protected] without any letter/message, closing statements etc. I have not deposited the DD since it is received too late and without any statement. I am continuously making follow up of my complain from 26/06/2015 till date, however no conclusive answer I have received from ICICI Bank complain portal till date. There were only mails and phones stating reply will be on 4/09/2015, 10/09/15, 12/09/15 and now they are stating the reply on 24/09/2015. I strongly disappointed with ICICI bank on this kind of negligence and wanted to fine ICICI bank for the trouble given to me. Regards, Suyog Bhave.

    Dear ICICI Team,
    Thanks for your reply. As per your advice, I have already sent mail to [protected]@icicibank.com mentioning UID (a2wr4c) in the subject line on 24th Sept 2015. However, till today there is no reply from ICICI. As I mentioned earlier, I am chasing ICICI bank from last month 28th Aug 2015, and already crossed all the levels of ICICI complain portal - (http://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page). There is no any single conclusive mail, only ICICI is giving future dates, now I have received mail(from Mr. Saurabh Singh, Senior General Manager and Head - Customer Service) stating they will reply on7th Oct 2015. I suppose, the reputed bank like ICICI should not require 1 month to resolve a simple issue related to account closure. Hoping for receive a positive and conclusive reply from ICICI Bank.

      DEAR ICICI TEAM,
      I am your existing Customer, I received an offer link by ICIC mail of Provogue watch. By trusting on ICICI bank I ordered the Provogue Watch and paid the total money by ICICI online banking. Ordered was placed on 28 Aug 2015, till date consignment not received. but on Provouge site order status shown is completed.
      after register the complaint Today I received call from Provouge through the no. [protected] and they told they are not processing the order and refunding the money. for that they are asking me to furnish my credit/debit card details.

      So requesting to stop the advertising of Provouge and take legal action against them. you are also equally responsible.

        Hi All, I am having my salary accout in ICICI bank . But few days back 144 Rs/-(28.50 Rs * 4) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG". And when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason.Although i was having enough balance at that time. Moreever, it is also legal as per RBI rule.               Hello, I applied for personal loan through ICICI - LPBNG[protected] and wanted to foreclose my loan during May 2015. When 5.61% foreclosure charges were applied along with my principal amount. I requested for a copy of loan agreement which outlines the terms and conditions of the loan account. ICICI produced the loan application form, MOST IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS and Insurance application form. The signature on the Insurance application form received from ICICI did not look like mine so I requested for a more clearer copy so I can make sure it was my signature. Also the Most Important terms and conditions did not have a tick against "I have applied for an insurance policy along with this application" question. Insurance policy was sold to me by ICICI and 990/- was deducted when my loan was disbursed. I was insistent on ICICI to produce me with the original copy of insurance application form to validate my signature and everytime I send an email, they used to use scripted reply stating "We affirm that ICICI Bank at all times acts with diligence, in good faith and in no manner prejudicial to the interests of its customer." however couldn't produce me with what I requested for. Finally after arguing with so many employees of ICICI at different levels namely Deepak, Narender from Bangalore Call Centre team, Kalisarjuna from ICICI Hyderabad Head Service Quality team and finally with Ashish who is Kalisarjuna's manager from May till date, ICICI has decided to process a refund of 990/- without providing any explanation/apology/courtesy call. Such poor customer service. Also if I would have never requested for retrieving the archived documents, fraudulent activity of ICICI using a forged signature would have never come to light. Below are the allegations against ICICI I would like to raise under, 1. Criminal case for falsifying a customer's signature/forged identity 2. Mis-sale of a product without consumer's consent 3. Unable to produce the original copy of document 4. Improper investigation done from May`15 till date I would like to get a callback from someone above Ashish's level who can make decisions, to discuss the way forward of how ICICI wants me to take forward these charges upon them.

                ICICI bank charging for the demat account which was never activated by the me.. & now received the annual maintenance charge for Demat account which totally awful, So I would like to spread the Message be careful during opening ICICI bank account & make sure you are not opting for Demat account if You dont need it, or else you'll endup loosing maintenance charges for a/c which you actually never used it.

                  I had ICICI bank credit card which expired in 2011 but it had some amount outstanding till December 2012. In Dec-2012, I got a letter that Bank was ready to settle dues at Rs.7810 (Rupees seven thousand eight hundred ten only) and the settlement amount shall be paid within 31st December 2012 by way of chequw/cash/demand draft payable locally in favour of ICICI Bank. Accordingly I have paid said amount by chq.no-503725 and the said amount have been debited from my bank account on[protected]. As soon as I paid the amount, the said letter become valid and I have completed my part of action. However, Bank did not fulfill its part of action as mentioned in the letter till date. Still, I am getting Credit card statement stating an amount of Rs.14553.47 outstanding. Not only that I get regular phone call in a threatening tone from the bank for such payment. Please note that I have got credit card statement from Bank even on 18th Sept 2015 for an amount Rs.14553.47. In spite of several request bank did not close my account rather I get phone calls regularly asking for the payment. I am a bit worried with the behavior of the Bank.                       Sir as on 24/08/2015, we have made a transaction from my union bank of India A/c no.- [protected] to icici bank A/c no.[protected] of Rs. 20, 000/, but due to wrong account entered amount gone to {i.e.:[protected]}, Next day when i have checked the icici a/c in SION branch, and verified from bank it was found that their was a wrong transaction done. immediately i have written a letter to icici branch manager regarding this matter, but till date 21/09/2015 they have not taken any action from their side against wrong transaction and a/c holder who have received that money from my account, and now they are protecting that account holder by saying that he is not receiving call, out of station, he will come than only we will request him about wrong transaction and request to give NOC against wrong transactions. sir kindly look in this matter and take legal action against the ICICI bank staff. my contact no:- [protected], email id- [protected]@gmail.com

                        yesterday some one has tried to fraud with me on behalf of ICICI CUSTOMER CARE AND consumer complaint name, contact no. of that person- [protected], he wanted to know my debit card no, atm pin no, cvv, atm pin also. but due to some security he was not success in his plan and i am requesting to icici and consumer complaint forum to take legal action against them because they take details of consumer from your sites and make fraud with them, this is very serious matter kindly look in this matter and take action otherwise i have to provide legal warrant against consumer complaint forum and icici customer care okk.

                          I went to icici bank to get a credit card.They promised me that if a pay them for 20000 rs fixed deposit then they will give me a credit card which will be activated in two days.It is also mentioned on their website.
                          So i paid them 20000 rs.They made a lien fd on my name and gave me credit card.But it is still not activated after 15 days.
                          Due to which I missed some important international transactions and had to suffer a loss.

                                Iam Himanshu Verma from Chandigarh. I want to complain about the Debit Card Fraud which took place with my fathers debit card. A call came to him from an unknown number and the person said that he was calling from ICICI Bank and said that my fathers Debit Card has been blocked due to some reason and he took some card details .                                     I applied for credit card, provided all the require documents to the bank executive and received the credit card but with all wrong written name, I want to know that, Mr. Sudipta Roy the head of credit card department he is signing the credit card application without checking? OK he is having responsibility he forgot but under Mr. Sudipta verifying department what they are doing? ICICI bank employees will call only for collection or only for new services? And the employees are so busy in work that they are not matching (name) or not cross checking with original document. If same mistake happen from customers to update the details you guys will say "fraud' so for this mistake what customers should say and when I call to customer care, the executive is saying no problem sir you can use the card means if some one checks my card in any outlets they will say I'm chitting.                                     Mr. Sudipta Roy, I have not received Credit card till date 23.3.2018 but the bill has been generated, how is this possible??? Cheating customer?? Bill payment due date is 2.4.2018, how can I pay without credit card number?. Card was not delivered to me due to incorrect house no.in card. Staff of bank and verifying agency not doing their work seriously. My house no. Is 2/501. Kindly do the needful as early as possible and cancel the bill.
                                    I am getting wrong payment details in bill. I have not purchased anything on the specified date. Got a transaction details of around 1000 Rs. on amazon. But I dont have any order on that date from Amazon.

                                      I want to highlight the poor and un-professional customer service of ICICI Bank. I already hold a savings account with them and had applied for opening NRO and NRE bank account on 9th July 2015. They have been unable to execute the request till date. They made me resubmit the documents thrice. The customer care executive was very unprofessional and asked me to send my documents on whatsapp. When i complained to customer care, they repeatedly sent me emails with the same text that they nee d a few more days to resolve my request.

                                      I have already complained to your Office of Head Service Quality as well as customer service, but have only got repeated emails postponing my request (See image above). Why shall i expect the people at [protected]@iciciban.com to be any different.

                                      Just in case you are serious about helping me, here is my service request number SR[protected]. You can track my complaint using this. Don't waste my time asking me to email to different branches of your organization.

                                      Your bank cannot do the basic function of banking - which is to open a simple bank account

                                        I got Call from Akash from ICICI bank regarding Credit card as my Salary account is in ICICI bank. Next day his executive came to collect all the documents. I have submitted all the documents. and My Application no is S[protected]. Now I tried calling him but he is not picking up the call as when I check my application status online it says "No records found" Please look into the matter as if these guys are fake then I can log a complain against them.
