Dear ICICI Team, This is to inform you, I am Aananth ( Anaanth in Account Name), a Saving Bank Account holder No[protected] had Applied for an New ATM card (Due to Lost my Card) on 24 Aug'15 at ICICI Ravipuram, Cochin ( kerala) Branch. I had Meet Mr.Tony (Deputy Branch Manager) & Ms.shanthi ( CSM), advised to submit the Application & assured the New ATM Card will be Arranged Within One Week (Max).there after frequent followup was done with Mr.Tony for the status regularly after 02 Days intervals, but there was no positive reply & was told that the New ATM is in Transit from your Home branch ( Poonamalle) and will be updated to you personally on Call.which was given on the form, but all was in vain .Now again after frequent visit to Ravipuram, Cochin Branch, One Of the Staff told the Application form was not Reachable &again we need to fill up a fresh Application Form. but i am not ready Re-submit the Application form Since Already 20 Days Over. I am not Wait More Again 20 days.as you can understand our pathetic condition & frequent follow-ups to run hitherto was in vain with ICICI Ravipuram, Cochin(Kerala) branch feedback very poor & unsatisfactory, also heavy loss of time & money … if possible Please Send the New ATM Card to below Address Aananth.M TVS ELECTRONICS LTD, hTC Service Centre, Door No: 39/4113, Ground Floor, Sky Bright Building, M.G.Road, Near Kanoos Theatre, Ravipuram, Kochi.

    Hi Team, I tried contacting ICICI bank via customer care but its of no use. My name is Sonal Jaiswal and i had been given a ICICI credit card by ICICI bank two months back saying that you are the employee of Zensar Technology LTD so this card is free for you and also took my documents. I have not used the card yet but still they are sending me the reminder msgs to pay the bill of Rs 1169.06 but as i have not used my credit card any time so why would i pay.     i too feel it is very bad.

    my trying customer care number, lot of time is wasted. they never give connection to customer care team member.since 2 months i am not getting the monthly statements.

        My name is Maninder Deep Singh who currently have Salary account and active Personal Loan with ICICI bank (LPGUR[protected]). I am raising my voice to you so that you could look onto this matter and get this resolved. Now let me give you an insight of the story. I applied for the TOP UP (Personal loan) online on the 24th Aug and i was informed by your bank that the loan have been approved for 5.70 lacs for 5 years and i will be paying EMI of Rs. 14, 123/month, but the catch is no one even came to collect the documents but my CIBIL report was pulled up. Then as no one turned up to pick up the documents, So I walked up to nearest ICICI bank to Re-Apply . I was assured that on the basis of your salary you are entitled to get 6 Lacs TOP UP amount for 5 years(Ref no :[protected]. I told them that right now i have an active PL with HDFC bank of 1 Lacs and 1 Consumer Durable loan which i was told no problem with that if you want with the loan amount you would get that these existing loan cancelled (this is what my intentions were). The following day i got a call from Chandni who informed me that she is a (CREDIT MANAGER) and Congratulated to me the loan is been approved someone would come to pick up the cheques but it’s been 2 days no one came. Today when i called your Phone Banking, Executive told me that the Loan is cancelled. And THANKS TO YOU GUYS my creditability has now gone for a TOSS.

          In last 5 days I have been getting calls from Recovery agent (a lady who does not have basic decency) for almost 30-40 times in an hour. Calls i am getting from [protected] [protected] This is happening for no fault of mine as I have no old outstanding with them as I am regular EMI payer. This is for someone else who happens to be in my team and has taken a loan and there is some dispute going on. Just because of this, I am being shamelessly harassed by the bank. This is horrible and ridiculous. I want this to be stopped ASAP by bank and a written apology to be given by the bank.

            Which is very unsatisfied and unprofessional from reputed bank like icici bank. Although i request to take a concern on my application further and let me know what going on with my application on credit card.

              This is in regards to a loan that the bank claims my husband took from them in year 2007. I have been married to him since 2010 and have no clue of any such loan . He is now settled abroad and we do not have a very healthy relation. I instead am solely managing my house and my 4 year old's expenses. The recovery agents every now and then call and use abusive and derogatory language to arm twist me into paying on behalf of my husband. My husband on the other hand claims he has no such loan and he wants me not to get involved in the same. I have several times informed the recovery agents of the same and have saved my husband's contact details with them as well so that they correspond with them directly. But these agents keep calling my collegues and relatives and spread a bad word against me, my character and work ethics . Yesterday they crossed all limits and called my employer, they told her that I have 6 to 7 loans on my head and I have been terminated from all my previous jobs and on this ground I shoukd be terminated from this job as well. I am distraught as this is the only source of income and none of the above allegations are true. If i loose my job because of this will the bank pay my bills?? How dare a bank give authority to their recovery agents like Pratap and Richa to spread rumors and stake someone's job and that too when this someone is not even the one bank gave the loan to ?? I want immediate action to be taken against these agents, I have also filed a complaint in 1091 helpline for the same. Kindly suggest what else can I do to safeguard my integrity from these goons.                   On 08/09/2015 when i cheched status through iTrack it was undelivered and returned to bank. when i called Blue dart customer care they told that consignee was not available that is why it was returned to bank. Whom they tried to deliver i dont know because i never got any call from blue dart regarding this.

                  When i tried to contact icici bank customer care they asked for credit card number which u do not know.

                  so plese try to get solve this problem ASAP, otherwise if any incident will happen from my credit card then who will be responsible for this.

                        Hi, I'm Nirupa, holding an ICICI Savings A/c[protected], Koramagala Branch. My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying their policy changes, if any. ICICI bank is simply debiting amount from my account. I get monthly statements and other promotional emails, but I have never got any information about the policy changes. ICICI bank is strictly not following the guidelines mentioned by RBI. RBI stated that banks will have to notify consumers clearly through SMS, email or letter about the fall in MAB. So far no means was used to communicate the same. Please find the below details for all the transactions made by bank. I tried to get reach customer care number[protected] but failed.                         I did not receive any call so far from any of the ICICI bank officials. Despite of bringing the issue to notice, ICICI bank is still deducting the SMAB charges. I would request them to refund the amount deducted so far within 10 days from now. I want to end my relationship with ICICI bank.

                              My two wheeler loan account number is: LTBNG[protected]. In the year 2005, the collection department came to me and collected and amount 43, 443/- saying this will close the loan and the NOC will be sent to me. I didn't receive any NOC. I moved out of country and now based in Kolkata and I cannot go to bangalore so could not find a way to collect the NOC. Surprisingly, I got a call again in 2012 saying I have pending amount to pay for the loan closure and have to pay 6112/- and then the NOC will be sent. I clearly mentioned them that I cannot collect the NOC from Bangalore. Both the payment receipts are attached for your reference. I have not received the NOC yet and will now move to consumer court as out of surprise I see that you have put this in CIBIL. Please find the sanpshot from the cibil report below: I want this to be remove immediately and need an immediate response from your end along with the soft copy of my NOC.

                                  Dear Sir I applied for car Loan on 16th August, 2015, now my loan also passed from one week and my margin money also deducted from my Account. Bank employees told me that they will pass my loan only in two days and give me demand draft as I am taking car from CSD Canteen. I also broke my Fixed deposit amount of 150000 which was completed on 30th August, but they tell me to deposit margin money soon and I do it by breaking my F.D. and now they are telling that the loan has been passed last month, so we should require another approval of this month. I fulfill all requirement of the bank by broking F.D. I also get loss about Rs.5000 but now the situation is that I can not understand when I will get demand draft. They also told me for processing fee of Rs. 1000 and now they have deducted Rs.2000 as I give them six blank cheque and they now also telling to give one cheque. Please help me and do the needful.                                   I have not get the demand draft till now and they are saying tomorrow from one month what should I do. Please help if you want something from me I will provide you i.e. employees contact no. etc. I think internation bank and no.1 bank of world will give too poor service than what will happen and what will be charged me as processing fee.

                                    Dear Sir, I had applied for ICICI bank credit card about a month ago.Firstly, I received a call for the confirmation of my address for my Credit Card to be dispatched. Then on 19th August'15, I got a message from ICICI Bank saying the Credit Card has been sent through BLUE DART Courier, AWB [protected] on your registered mailing address.                                       Sir, I Partha Mukherjee responded to a Public issue o[censored]nsecured Redeemable Bonds in the nature of Debentures-Tax Saving Bond and vide allotment advice reference no N[protected] ENCL 1 194500 dt 11.04.2002 ( REG 254500) I have received and allotted 4 Bonds and an amount paid on application was 20000/-.My Bank details furnished to the company was SB A/C No 1871 of Ramkrishnapur Cooperative bank Ltd 18/1, Charu Chandra Singha lane, Howrah, West Bengal india. Now while reconciling my accounts i have noticed that ICICI Ltd has not made any pament against the Bonds till date. This is further to inform you that the afore said bank account is lying dormant as the bank has gone to morotorium from the year 2009 /2010. In view of the above circumstances I would request you to kindly check your records and to kindly confirm in return signal as to whether ICICI has cleared up the dues against the Tax Savings Bonds or its still pending.The allotment advice and the Certificated number 192916 and distinctive nos[protected] in original is kept with me and can be produced as and whne called for the same.                                         My loan is getting rejected because of the 900 days delay in final settlement on Civil Score but its not my fault. ICICI BANK customer service workers goofed it up for me for an eg., i have tried calling them when i changed my company and my salary account to pay or to give them a new account number they said i don't have any loan on my name, then i provided my pan card and dad name and also i gave my old address and still they stick to the same thing. then after 3 or 4 years i received a notice saying there is some money which i dint pay towards my loan which was 9, 000 rs which i cleared fully one shot and when i was clearing the manager named shivakumar confirmed that since i am paying the full amount the score will effect me in future loan procedure. Please help on this to get rid of this civil score NOTE: I DON'T HAVE PROOF WITH ME BUT YOU CAN CHECK MY CALL LISTS FOR PROOFS
