hello this is punit mob no. [protected] i have applied for credit card in icici bank. they call the customer to apply for credit card. they collect the documents and never give any feedback about the application even after the customer calls him. they never give the correct information about the credit card criteria. they just say that, you are eligible for this card. then they collect document every time and nothing happens afterwords....

I'm literally shocked at how OTPs which are meant to authenticate your online transactions are treated by the ICICI Bank with so much of callousness. I found my OTP going to some random number. But it is getting declined by the merchant again again.
