Hi Sir,
I am PRAFULLA KUMAR DASH, visited your branch BKC Branch Lakshmi Tower C Mumbai (IFSC Code: ICIC0000555, MUMBAI - BANDRA KURLA COMPLEX, ICICI BANK LTD ), to give my account close request I had three accounts. The Bank Officer handled my request Satbir Singh(Punjabi Guy) was so rude, even he is not having manner how to handle the customers like talk. He was speaking like anything and some jargons local language as well. Finnally He said he doesn't know anything about these process because he is new joinee. I dont know How the brand like ICICI is appointing anyone without training, or how a bank officer can say that I am new, I cant do this. I beard everything why because he is a ICICI bank employee.
Then After discussed with Amit Khot, Who is ops manager of the branch, he took my closure request to close my all these three accounts, give TAT till Monday Everything will close.
As result I am checking all my three accounts are still active not even single one is closed.
I gave three different request from and ID proof for closure.
I request you please investigate the matter and provide me the resolution asap as I am in trouble to open another account with ICICI bank.
