Dear Sir/Madam,
My Self Ganesh Popatrao Shermale I Have using ICICI Bank Coral Credit card from last 5-6 Year and card last 4 digit is 0014 and till the time experience was good but on 25/07/2022 happened fraudulent transaction on my captioned credit card and done 3 transaction of Rs.14766.5, 20000, 14766.5 and total amount is 49532.1 .Surprising is I have not done the transaction, not share any OTP, not getting any calls and once starting fraud OTP receiving on my mobile, I have block the card from I mobile Application immediate also limit also reduced but after that the transaction was done. After the incident I have call to customer care and raised dispute complaint and also filled dispute form from branch and to till time no any revert but service request is closed without any solution and customer care team also not helping out.
I don't understand bank security an safety about customer transaction because already having well awareness regarding frauds so every time will caring out our cards and password but after that the incident is happen without sharing any such details so how banks debit my transaction without my permission and confirmation.
After waiting 10 days my problem is not resolve and not get any solution so I want refund my debited amount earlier basis so do proper investigation against on the incident and want solution earlier basis, because I won't to pay the outstanding amount in next billing date and till the time I don't have any single bounces in my cibil record so, I will not ready to add any penalty and Cibil effect from the Incident.
I have raised Cyber crime complaint and attached the copy and transaction mail snapshot also attached for your references so, request to you kindly reverse my whole amount before billing date otherwise will escalate the matter to RBI and Consumer court if solution not happen but I hope Icici bank will resolve the problem before expectation date.

Updated by Ganesh9689 Yet no response receive from ICICI Bank after sending 3 mails and will not wait more because My billing date is coming so kindly refund my money on urgent basis and do proper investigation and Bank is totally response for the fraudulent transaction bcoz without sharing otp Bank has debited amount so do your process at your end but want resolution at any cost.
