Still not received an response from ICICI bank regarding my complaint on EPFO kyc verification pending issue.. Kyc updated on July 9th 2022.. Still it's showing as "verification under process"

    I want to lodge a complaint against Mr. KRISHNAMURTHY working in ICICI Credit card recovery office situated Ambattur industrial estate. I owed a Credit Card from ICICI Bank and the outstandings are around 32000 as settlement figure... i have not denied paying the same but asked to wait till Jan 2023 as i am tied up with some other commitments...
    But now I am getting Harrasing threats and abuses from ICICI Bank recovery team Mr.Krishnamurthy to pay the amount. Even he started calling and visiting home by person to ask to pay immediately.Today 4.8.22 morning 10.30Am he came and started to shout and pay the cash immediately.i said i couldnt pay now i will give written letter to ask time.but he not accepting and started to shout and he said I WILL TELL YOUR NEIGHBOURS DHINAKARAN IS NOT PAYING EMI.Really it is very mentally depressed and having 50days baby.really i couldnt do anything

      I was paying my college fee, ihm Kolkata ( https://ihmkol.org/) (using mobile phone), and it was through eazypay. I chose upi and proceeded.
      Then I received a request from [protected]@icici and done the payment of Rs. 56, 250. Meanwhile, I didn't notice the 5-minute countdown on the website.
      After the payement was done, it was not reflected on the website and still it's showing due. But amount was deducted from my account and transaction was showing successful.
      When I asked the payment counter of my college, they said that they haven't received any amount in my name or roll number.
      I talked to phonepe officials, they said that the amount was transferred successfully to the recipient. Now I am very tensed about what to do and I can't figure out where the money is.

        Even after registering for DO NOT DISTURB regarding marketing calls in ICICI bank, I am daily getting 6-7 calls regarding personal loans and credit cards.

          Hi, I had a flexicash account which provided od on my salary account, icici bank abruptly closed my od account and put a lien on my account for the full amount, i deposited the full amount one month back and they have still not removed the lien, i got my this months salary and they have placed a hold on that too despite the fact that I have already made the payment almost a month back

          There nodal officer is also not responding and on call they keep on transferring me to different teams

          Please help no one in icici is aware why theere is a lien and they keep on asking me to wait for 2 says

          They infact have been doing it for last 30 days have sent 5-10 emails to them there agents keep on sending reply to clear the due but cannot explain which due as i have statement showing my due is clear

            I have bought shared through ICICI Direct demat account under MTF margin buy and I could see ICICI Direct is deducting amount under EBA/NSE/N without any intimation. They have deducted Rs.1137.21 on Aug 2nd, Rs.6271.26 on 26th July, Rs.1403.85 on 25th July, I have informed the relationship manager about this but there's no response to this. Can anyone help me understand why they are deducting amount under EBA/NSE/N. I have asked the bank to refund the money but there's no update or response.

              My ICICI multi wallet card expired on July 2022. I need to get a new card and transfer my balance amount on expired card to new card

              I contacted customer care number, but it is asking me to enter my card number and saying the entered card number is invalid.

              I am unable to contact anyone in ICICI. Please help on getting a new card and transfer my balance to new card

                EPFO bank KYC pending for a month

                I have updated my EPFO BANK KYC on 9th July 2022 ans it's still showing as Verification under process generally it'll take 3-5 working days to get it verified but i don't know why it's taking more than a month to verify from ICICI bank side. And I tried contacting ICICI customer service but it's actually no use.. Because I was not sure whether they are really working or not.. Couldn't even reach them.....

                From the last 2 months 3 times amount debited from my account 26th June 2022, 1st July 2022 and 2nd August 2022 rupees 112, 447 and 590 respectively. That to resilient ingenot charges. I'm asked pithapuram ICICI branch manager and also kakinada main branch sarpavaram ICICI manager and main road branch manager for this reason they all told they don't know about his transaction and they didn't resolve it please resolve this problem sir

                  I added my icici bank account to bank kyc in epfo portal. It's status is showing as verification under process. I need to complete this verification bit earlY. Need Bank support on this.
                  I visited my nearest branch and had a talk with customer care executive but didnt get proper response.

                    I am Shripal Kothari. An amount of Rs.826 was debited by ICICI bank on 26/7/2022 without any SMS alert or email alert. The transaction mark was DMC/IN(Demat acc no.) DP CHGS TILL JUN 2022. The Demat account mentioned in the transaction mark belongs to my ICICI direct account.

                    I have never been charged for just operating my Demat account with ICICI direct. I would like to know what are these charges. If these charges are new fees there was no prior intimation about the new fee structure. If these charges are not part of ICICI direct fee structure please refund my money. I tried to complain launch a query/complaint through ICICI Bank's 'https://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page' but the webpage did not process my request.

                      My online banking is blocked for the last 8 months and i have called the customer care like 20 odd times and they have not resolved my problem, it's a pure negligence from the team and i am badly suffering transacting online without online banking and it's a night mare asking friends and relatives each time.
                      The executive always says they have fixed the issue and asks me to check after 15 mins and it never works, if i donot receive any help and support this time, i am planning to close my account and end my relations with ICICI.

                        Today when I tried logging into my account, it displayed a msg that my user id is deactivated for security reasons. So is my debit card. I tried calling customer care, but seems like the calls never get through. I tried calling the bank, they never answer. Is this a joke or broad daylight robbery. I have been logged out of my own account! Convenience and poor service at it's worst, this is what I can say about the bank.

                          I am there is 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as IDMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-22 have never used my demat account till now.

                          They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                          When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                           I already sent my request to your icici bank email, I didn't get any call till now and refund, even I tried to connect your customer care service, it is not getting connect all of the sudden in call disconnecting from robo call, the voice assist is worst service there is no use of it.

                          My request refund ASAP.

                              I had mad payment for payment of fees to sdmis.nios.ac.in of Rs.2050 on 30.07.2022 .When I made the payment through UPI QR code, it took 5 mins to confirm and after 5 mins, it showed transaction error. And at the same time, my amount got deducted.
                              Kindly refund or confirm the status as its been 3 days.

                                Hi,
                                Recently I have reactivated my icici account[protected] and previously I don’t have any debit card .
                                So I have went to the bank and requested for debit card and I got a new debit card.
                                But I have noticed that money is being continuously deducting from my account mentioning the debit card charges for the previous years . So I have contacted customer care and informed them that I don’t have any card previously and why money is being deducted but they are mentioning that I have the card which is activated but I don’t have any card and they have simply issued without my consent and I didn’t have received any card and bank is simply deducting the charges . Could you please help in checking the issue and refund my money back as the money is deducted incorrectly .

                                    Am an icici bank customer. Today 02-Aug-2022 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call, 5 to 6 times amount has been deducted . Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not ethical please return my charged amount
