    Hi, I have been charged on late payment fee and interest charges with service taxes and the total amount of the bill for the month of November is Rs. 1390.63, (break up is indicated below), I'm disputing these charges since ICICI never sent me the statement for the 1st month (both hard and soft copies) and eventually I was waiting for their confirmation in order to make the payment and no one turned up and finally some one did reverse the charges post my escalation. At a later stage, I was charged the annual fee which I was not told about while I signed for this credit card and I was very upset about their process of penalising the genuine customer hence I wanted them to reverse these annual fee so that I can make the rest of the payment but none of them turned up from ICICI Bank even though I did send them numerous reminders. Finally, I stopped using my credit card from past 2 months because I wanted the bank to reverse these charges so that I can start again but they went on adding late payment fees and interest rates with service taxes month on month and now the total figure is Rs. 1390.63. I have been using my salary account from ICICI bank from past 7 years and I didn't face even a single problem then but when I started this so called first credit card it's like never ending issues. All I wanted now is to reverse the complete charges since I have all the e-mails as a proof which I have followed up with them but none replied, if the bank doesn't have faith on me then they can cancel my credit card immediately but yes they would be losing a genuine customer, thank you.         Good day Sir/Madam, Over the last several months I have been trying to get the refund of my wrongly deducted Tax but it seems the People involved are too inefficient to help me out. Several mails have been sent & also the hard copies of all required documents have been sent but nothing seems to happening - every time they say it shall be sorted out in 2 -3 working days !! The people I have been in touch with are : Ms Pallavi, Mr Majid khan, Ms neha & Mr Udit ( Vashi ICICI direct office ) .. All of them keep pestering me for various investments insted !!           Hi Sir, I've a debit card of ICICI Bank and i tried to withdrawal amount from PNB Bank ATM Machine at 7th December 2014 but when i enter the password and choose the withdrawal option PNB ATM Machine hang. then I tried a couple of time to cancle the transaction but nothing performing by ATM Machine due to hang then after 10 minutes i left the ATM Machine and after 10 minutes i received a message that 10000 rs debited from your account while i didn't received money. then i log the ticket in ICICI bank for the same complaint Ticket number is SR34586870 give the 7 days process time. And on saturday i received the message from ICICI Bank that your complaint has been declined because it was successful transaction. Then i log a ticket again in ICICI Bank for the same and they issue another ticket SR[protected] and now told me that it'll take 30 working days. It's my humble request to you that please help me to get back my money by bank. Thanks Bhoopendra singh

              While i try to buy something from online, i am facing transaction issue on time of online shopping. in time of transaction it was shown as error page, but it updated as a transaction in mini statement. on time of online shopping the transaction showing successfully placed in mini statement but the merchant site not getting the transaction. could you please help here. Transactions are made two different date from ICICI bank site. but till now i am getting error page after transaction.

She has told me that At the time of Settlement she will raise NOC with in 7 days. Her name is Vijayalekshmi [protected]. And the Chennai number is[protected]. But after 7 days while i call she is not responding and she rejected the call . I am looking for a good Service from ICICI Bank. But this employee is cheated me and didnt get my NOC..Sir i want NOC. I have made the successful payment on 05-Dec-2014 through ICICI Bank click to pay of Rs. 43250. Screen shot is attached herewith. ICICI Bank has still tried to debit the amount from my saving account on 08-Dec-2014 of Rs.43250. That much amount is not available in my account so they have charged me a Fine of Rs. 971.81/- My only request is that I have made the payment witinin the given time to ICICI bank.                     Sir, I am having ICICI coral credit card and using since july2014. My card Number is [protected]. The card limit is Rs. 35000. Yesterday[protected] I received a call from ICICI credit card customer care .The caller introduced himself Mr. Boobathy(From Nungambakkam (mountRoad)Chennai. He told me a personal accident cover of Rs. 20 lakhs scheme has loaded in your credit card. This cover is eligible for 5years. Premium is Rs. 10000 and odds. Or monthly EMI of Rs. 500 and odds for 24 months from this December 2014.card statement. I immediately denied the offer. And I told him I did not request any such offer. He further told me that the above said offer is preloaded with your card. The above said premium will reflect in your December 2014 credit card statement. I told him if you load any (insurance or theft protection)scheme in my card, without my prior permission, I will quit from your service. So, told him that if you load any scheme in the above said card I will immediately close my ICICI credit card account after paying all my credit balance, If not I will continuously use your credit card. T oday[protected] I paid the entire credit balance of Rs. 3750. As on today[protected] My credit card balance is 0. If you load any scheme in my credit card and ask any fees in December 2014 statement, other than What I purchased, It is really against my request. In this case, Take today[protected], is my card termination date. I do not have any objection in this regard. Besides, Today[protected]I confirmed with ICICI customer care, that No such scheme is loaded In my credit card. Kindly check, and I insist do not impose any theft protection, accident benefit policy or healthy rotection policy in my Credit card Account .[protected].                         I had opened NPS account with ICICI bank in December 2013. I had submitted the NPS form with ICICI bank. I am having salary account and I was able to make only one contribution in first quarter of 2014 through internet banking by adding NPS as biller. After that it got deactivated as biller. I had contacted customer care, ICICI branch and ICICI Direct also but till now even after 9-10 months no one was able to answer me how can I contribute in my NPS account. Also, now I am not getting any response from customer care for my mails. My PRAN no. is:[protected]

                        The NPS option to add as a biller is now available in website. So I can make contribution now through net-banking.

                          I have never seen such a casual attitude from any bank. We have salary account of over 200 employees with your bank. And yet no serivce is provided by yourbank. we had mailed to our respective bank managers a few days back but unfortunately that mail has not been replied to also.                                   ACCOUNT ALREADY SETTLED BUT NOT CLOSED TILL DATE I had taken a personal loan from ICICI bank . My Loan account No.is-LPDEL[protected]. Due to some critical financial problem during 2009 I had no option other then settling this account. I got Settlement letter reference No.-DSMG/0809/PL/1158 dated August, 21, 2009. The full and final Settlement letter was for Rs. 23500 only (Rs.Twenty three thousand and five hundred only). I paid this full amount 23500/-- through demand draft No.-541156 dated 31, October, 2009 drawn on Indian Overseas Bank, Kalkaji Branch. I got The Payment acknowledgement receipt No.- 0654656 dated October 31, 2009. But Now I came to know that this loan account is not closed till date .I got a letter reference No.-CONCL/P/400314/27807/LPDEL[protected] dated October, 8, 2009 from Mr. Jitendra Sehrawat -[protected], ICICI bank, Green Park Extension Branch to resolve this matter. I handed over him complete set of documents including Settlement letter, Copy of paid demand draft & copy of acknowledgment receipt I got .He assured me to resolve this matter but now even he does not pick my phone up. I called him many times but he neither picked my phone up nor called me back. Then I approached ICICI bank, Jhandewalan, New Delhi and met Ms Tanushree there. She told me that only Mr. Jitendra Sehrawat can resolve this matter. But Mr. jitendra Sehrwat is not responding me. This is a big mental harassment for me. I have faced financial loss of lacs of rupees due to this matter .It is badly affecting my reputation and market goodwill.                                       Call fro[protected] calling all employees of <IT company> saying it is a very important call, claiming that the number has been given to them by the <IT company>'s admin department. This is serious violation of solicitation rules!

                                        Dear Shiva, Recently I have received a call from Neha Gupta who is working in ICICI Branch office, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, AP. She called me from Land Number-[protected]. She had explained me about new offer on American Express credit card which ICICI bank is providing to corporate employees with zero annual charges. As I am a salaried employee of ICICI she offered me this services and I was interested in this offer and agreed for Amex credit card with zero charges and submitted all required documents to concerned ICICI person. Finally I received the card courier and when I opened the cover I could see ICICI Coral Credit card (Visa Platinum) to my surprise which I never ordered for. I called Neha immediately and told her about wrong card dispatch but, she said this coral card is good in market instead of Amex. I requested her to cancel this coral credit card & replace it with American express credit card as promised. However, I never got any response from her after that call and later she started ignoring my calls and not answering my calls. If I call from another number then she lifting and promising me about new dates for replacing card with Amex. I am really disappointed with the services that ICICI employee providing to a trusted customers like us. Just to reach her daily/monthly target she is cheating the valued ICICI customers.I would request you to take serious action on her and help me in issuing American Express credit card as promised by ICICI bank employee.                                         Even I have received the call with name called Neha and she asked my documents over mail. Since was busy with other engagements have forwarded my doc's to her, from couple of day I am trying to call this number[protected], either it is saying switch-off or not reachable. This is clear cut case of cheating the people for meeting their targets. I have decided to file a case against this. ICICI bank people should take some action.
