My account number is[protected]. You have deducted quoting SMAB charges Rs 393 twice on 22/02 and 13/03 respectively without any notice. I will have to make a complaint against you with Ombudsmen (Banking - Reserve Bank) if you are failing to revert the money back into my account....

I've applied for ICICI Bank Credit Card in Nov. '12. While applying for Credit Card the bank executive informed me that the annual renewal charges will be waived off if I'll complete the total transactions of Rs. 30, 000 in a year.
