I was told by ICICI representative that I will not be charged anything for demat account and it is free of charge. That is when I opened this account but today i noticed that on 28th June they deducted 826 INR as demat charges. What is even more surprising that they never notified me about this via email or sms so they might have been deducting this amount sneakily like this over years. This is shameful tactic by ICICI and completely unethical....

826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/ dp chgs till May-22) on 28-June-2022. I have never used my demat account till now.

They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici And it is been deducted many times until now.

I added my icici bank account to bank kyc in epfo portal. It's status is showing as verification under process. I need to complete this verification bit earl. Need Bank support on this.
I visited my nearest branch and had a talk with customer care executive but didnt get proper response....
