I paid rs 510 Delhi University examination fee via eazypay using my axis Bank account linked with Google pay.
Money was already paid to eazypay but still the transaction failed on the website...
I had to pay the examination fee again using another debit card of my father..
Rs 510 is with eazypay now and I want my money back and I have transaction details also...

      I am trying to reach ICICI customer care since last evening. It's been 24 hrs and I have been unanswered. My mobile balance became 0 trying to connect to them. They answered once or twice but said technical issues, not able to hear and disconnected but voice assistant is able to hear my voice clearly. It asks all the irrelevant questions even if I say I need to talk to an agent. Chat option also did not work and live chat agent did not join. You can see the calls I have made in below screenshots. I requested them to call me back but they said it is not possible. There are so many calls in history but i am able to attach only one picture in this form.

        Iam the acount holder of icici bank for fast few years.
        This is the bank having wost customercare service.
        I tried lots of time to connect with customercare through mobile phone. Initial stage it will say press bla bla for langue and account related call something at final stage when i press 9 to talk with customercare executive. It will ended automatically or the customercare executive will act as a network issue ( he said hello hello customer was not responding ) and disconnect the call several times. The call cost was 1.5 p/s, for each call without connecting customercare executive rs. 5 to 10 will detuct from my account. More over that it makes very tension, so i will have bp tablet to control the tense. Kindly request to pay some penalty to customers who likes me.

            I have do void transaction on 10th july 2022, and suddenly cancelled that transaction at that time With pinelab machine, i have already talk with pinelab customer care for regarding this issu, he told me that your transaction has been cancelled same time (that is a void sale transaction) So why you people charged me, please cancel this EMI... AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. And main thing is that your customer care is not resolved my problem. Please don't make us fool
            PLEASE DO NEEDFUL. That transaction already cancelled by pinelab machine.
            Why are you send me this type of EMI statement??????

              ICICI bank deducted MAB charges and ECSRTNCHGS without intimating regarding the debit. This is salary account and I don't know if they have removed it as a salary account without intimating me via anything such as SMS or email or phone call. This was a zero balance account and I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account.

              It deducted my MAB charges for the month of May, June, July on the below dates. I lost Rs 2224.92 in total from my account.

                I have been charged MAB charges for not maintaining minimum balance in the account. I have following issues with the charges and request for reversal

                My account was a salary account type when opened(July 2015) and in that no minimum balance was required to maintain as per the rules however, ICICI Bank started charging me for the MAB out of no where from long time (Feb 2021) hence I have following issues to raise:

                FEB 21 -- 698.06
                March --210.01
                Jun 21-- 1.99
                Nov 21-- 590
                DEC 21 --288.28
                Jan 22 -- 478.05
                Feb 22 --590
                Mar 22 -- 139.68
                Apr 22-- 109.83
                sms charges 17.70
                May 22 -- 119.06
                Jun 22 -- 127

                Total: RS. 3159.66/- deductions.

                have been deducted from my account and no information either in writing or sms or phone call was provided by ICICI bank.

                2) ICICI bank deducts Rs 17.70/- for sms pack per month to update me for any transactions from the account. However, this information was not shared by any means

                3) No message or email from ICICI bank informing that my account has low balance and could attract penal charges whereas they started charging me since January, 2021.

                4) No where even after logging into my accounts dashboard, no pop-up or message or red signal comes stating my balance is low etc.

                5) I Request to ICICI to reverse the money they have deducted for useless cause, else WE NEED TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT WITH ICICI Permanently
                Its Not Customer Friendly bank, Its PENALTY BANK.

                Today, we are going cashless where real time information sharing is critical. However, with such nature of transaction, it shows spurious and mistrust on part of bank.

                I spoke to customer care, they could only reverse two months deductions
                (Feb 22 and Mar 22). For rest of the previous month huge amount was deducted. With this, I request for reversal.

                    I have seeded my ICICI account details on EPFO website on 9 July 2022 and till date the verification from Bank's end has not been done. I called ICICI customer service and they asked me to visit the branch regarding the same. When I visited the Branch they didn't have any idea how the verification process works and Informed me that EPFO details will be verified only by the Employer and not bank. After educating the person regarding the Bank account verification process he disagreed saying that he has no idea and asked me to call customer service. I have also written an email regarding the same and got a revert that it will be resolved in 2 business days but haven't heard from ICICI since then.

                    I am frustrated and disappointed the way ICICI has responded for a very simple bank account verification. I never expected this level of Lethargicness from ICICI. Due to this I am unable to withdraw my PF for my emergency.

                      I received 5 gift cards worth 10, 000 each, a total amount of 50, 000.

                      I applied for job on quikr jobs website they asked my number and contact me and then they said this is your job in icici bank and your salary ****, accept the job then they asked me to pay Rs 800/- as a registration fee i paid the asked amount and you have to pass the first interview for the job after that (today) they told me you passed in the first interview and now you have to pay 3550/- for the document verification and it will refund on the date when you will join the job. I talked about it with my friend who’s father is a bank manager he told me all this things are fake bank never give you the job so easily.

                          Recognition of Work for MUA Sonia Kaur, +91 [protected] based at Noida, India
                          Makeup and Hairdo Services taken on August 25, 2021
                          Pros:
                          1. She arrives 50 minutes late for her appointment time without any reason and apology. She doesn’t bother to inform you and for her its normal to be late by 50 minutes.
                          2. She complains of no servants and lift for reaching second floor. It’s a huge shocking task for her at the last moment.
                          3. She leaves unfinished work and than blocks you.
                          4. She forcefully does additional tasks to make extra money. She was booked for 2 makeups with hairdo and just one hairdo. She was asked only to apply foundation and do the hairdo. She forces the senior lady to sit quietly and kept ignoring her requests. She gave her a light base and hairdo and than asks for additional charges for a full makeup
                          5. She skips the services committed and included. No sign of nail paints. We had to struggle for it after she left as she came an hour late and didn’t even bother to give all services.
                          6. She asks your INR 900 for each eye lash additional which was in fact a part of the package deal.
                          7. Initially she claims she needs a repeated customer and that’s why shes doing this work. But later she doesn’t care as she has too many clients already.
                          8. She’s too rude and cold and doesn’t bother for your requirements or her own commitments.
                          9. She does everything her styles without bothering to ask you or follow your request
                          10. She claims its all HUDA products and Maybelline superstay lipsticks. But she uses local lipstick which wears off in 2 hours. She proudly leaves an empty bottle of Lakme waterproof eyeliner less than 100 INR and claims she has used a smudge free eyeliner which will stay whole night.
                          11. She doesn’t complete her hairdo and leaves in a hurry saying I have another appointment and I cant be late. You call her as the hair are all messed moment she stepped out but she refused to come or respond as her next appointment is already late. Than she blocks your calls and fb messenger. She just sits in her car and didn’t even start it yet but refused to come back and help leaving you in a mess. Shes clear I am late for another appointment and hence wont come back and you manage on your own only. Waow and that’s exactly why she was hired.
                          12. You get late to leave by more than an hour becos : shes late by an hour and leaves you in a mess to struggle with messed up hair bun.
                          13. Oh yes most important, she forces you to pay for rotten services and that’s not forced charity rather stealing and theaft. Even in charity you get blessings and satisfaction of helping someone in need. But here you are forced to pay for such shabby work and disaster caused for their errors. So definitely it’s stealing and scamming.

                          CONS:
                          1. Due to COVID, all parties have only limited family and friends. You reach late becos you started late and than had to do the hairdo again which was left in a mess by MUA.
                          2. She asks you for extra money even though it was a part of the package and other items goes missing since she doesn’t have time and doesn’t bother of her own commitments
                          3. She accepts money which was decided and a bit extra with a favor of no further repeat of services as she already has too many clients and doesn’t bother
                          4. Her professionalism and politeness was never visible.
                          5. She kept complaining for climbing till second floor and no house maid to lift her bags.
                          6. You reach the venue late and than a disaster starts. Rather than complementing or just saying hi hello by family, you are asked reasons for such looks where lipstick is missing and you are already late getting things done. The remaining lipstick found its place outside the lips.
                          7. Enjoy struggling and calling remaining family and friends but in vain as no one carries lipsticks to the venue any further. Maybeline and various other brands have perfect non transferable non smudging and long stay lipsticks.
                          8. DO NOT ever trust these online MUA and their fake claims. Always go with the parlour next door or the girl next door who will give you the work with compassion and respect.

                            The bill generated for the month of June on my Credit card was Rs 9006, I received some refund amount Rs 2130 from a merchant. So my total Outstanding amount on Credit card was Rs 6876. Based on this Outstanding amount I paid the bill of this same amount (Rs 6876) before the end of billing cycle (on time payment).
                            Now I have been charged with Rs 531, ICICI bank representative is saying since I have paid only Rs 6876 I have been charged for this. I should have paid Rs 9006.
                            I believe I have been charged wrongly for this amount Rs 531 as I have paid the Outstanding amount charged on my Credit card before time. I have always paid the bill on time.
                            ICICI bank should negate this charged amount.

                              Hi I am facing an issue o[censored]ndisclosed/Unidentified deductions from the bank 4 time the amount is Rs. 590. can anybody will explain why bank has deducted that amount,

                                    I contacted ICICI customer service to get the swift code and even after contacting multiple times, they provided different and incorrect codes. I processed the international transaction and got a charge of $50 because it went to an incorrect bank because of an incorrect swift code.
                                    The complaint is already filed and contacted the ICICI NRI team more than 25 times now. They promise that I will get a callback but never received it.
                                    My last contact was Ganesh who told me the same thing and still got nothing.

                                    I have been hearing the same for the last 20 days and no one has contacted me yet. I will be going to the consumer court now and will file a complaint about this issue adding how much you harass people in providing the resolution.
