I applied for job on quikr jobs website they asked my number and contact me and then they said this is your job in icici bank and your salary ****, accept the job then they asked me to pay Rs 800/- as a registration fee i paid the asked amount and you have to pass the first interview for the job after that (today) they told me you passed in the first interview and now you have to pay 3550/- for the document verification and it will refund on the date when you will join the job. I talked about it with my friend who’s father is a bank manager he told me all this things are fake bank never give you the job so easily.

      Recognition of Work for MUA Sonia Kaur, +91 [protected] based at Noida, India
      Makeup and Hairdo Services taken on August 25, 2021
      Pros:
      1. She arrives 50 minutes late for her appointment time without any reason and apology. She doesn’t bother to inform you and for her its normal to be late by 50 minutes.
      2. She complains of no servants and lift for reaching second floor. It’s a huge shocking task for her at the last moment.
      3. She leaves unfinished work and than blocks you.
      4. She forcefully does additional tasks to make extra money. She was booked for 2 makeups with hairdo and just one hairdo. She was asked only to apply foundation and do the hairdo. She forces the senior lady to sit quietly and kept ignoring her requests. She gave her a light base and hairdo and than asks for additional charges for a full makeup
      5. She skips the services committed and included. No sign of nail paints. We had to struggle for it after she left as she came an hour late and didn’t even bother to give all services.
      6. She asks your INR 900 for each eye lash additional which was in fact a part of the package deal.
      7. Initially she claims she needs a repeated customer and that’s why shes doing this work. But later she doesn’t care as she has too many clients already.
      8. She’s too rude and cold and doesn’t bother for your requirements or her own commitments.
      9. She does everything her styles without bothering to ask you or follow your request
      10. She claims its all HUDA products and Maybelline superstay lipsticks. But she uses local lipstick which wears off in 2 hours. She proudly leaves an empty bottle of Lakme waterproof eyeliner less than 100 INR and claims she has used a smudge free eyeliner which will stay whole night.
      11. She doesn’t complete her hairdo and leaves in a hurry saying I have another appointment and I cant be late. You call her as the hair are all messed moment she stepped out but she refused to come or respond as her next appointment is already late. Than she blocks your calls and fb messenger. She just sits in her car and didn’t even start it yet but refused to come back and help leaving you in a mess. Shes clear I am late for another appointment and hence wont come back and you manage on your own only. Waow and that’s exactly why she was hired.
      12. You get late to leave by more than an hour becos : shes late by an hour and leaves you in a mess to struggle with messed up hair bun.
      13. Oh yes most important, she forces you to pay for rotten services and that’s not forced charity rather stealing and theaft. Even in charity you get blessings and satisfaction of helping someone in need. But here you are forced to pay for such shabby work and disaster caused for their errors. So definitely it’s stealing and scamming.

      CONS:
      1. Due to COVID, all parties have only limited family and friends. You reach late becos you started late and than had to do the hairdo again which was left in a mess by MUA.
      2. She asks you for extra money even though it was a part of the package and other items goes missing since she doesn’t have time and doesn’t bother of her own commitments
      3. She accepts money which was decided and a bit extra with a favor of no further repeat of services as she already has too many clients and doesn’t bother
      4. Her professionalism and politeness was never visible.
      5. She kept complaining for climbing till second floor and no house maid to lift her bags.
      6. You reach the venue late and than a disaster starts. Rather than complementing or just saying hi hello by family, you are asked reasons for such looks where lipstick is missing and you are already late getting things done. The remaining lipstick found its place outside the lips.
      7. Enjoy struggling and calling remaining family and friends but in vain as no one carries lipsticks to the venue any further. Maybeline and various other brands have perfect non transferable non smudging and long stay lipsticks.
      8. DO NOT ever trust these online MUA and their fake claims. Always go with the parlour next door or the girl next door who will give you the work with compassion and respect.

        The bill generated for the month of June on my Credit card was Rs 9006, I received some refund amount Rs 2130 from a merchant. So my total Outstanding amount on Credit card was Rs 6876. Based on this Outstanding amount I paid the bill of this same amount (Rs 6876) before the end of billing cycle (on time payment).
        Now I have been charged with Rs 531, ICICI bank representative is saying since I have paid only Rs 6876 I have been charged for this. I should have paid Rs 9006.
        I believe I have been charged wrongly for this amount Rs 531 as I have paid the Outstanding amount charged on my Credit card before time. I have always paid the bill on time.
        ICICI bank should negate this charged amount.

                I contacted ICICI customer service to get the swift code and even after contacting multiple times, they provided different and incorrect codes. I processed the international transaction and got a charge of $50 because it went to an incorrect bank because of an incorrect swift code.
                The complaint is already filed and contacted the ICICI NRI team more than 25 times now. They promise that I will get a callback but never received it.
                My last contact was Ganesh who told me the same thing and still got nothing.

                  I took a loan of Rs. 2, 50, 000 on my credit card in the month of september 2019 and after paying 6th EMI of around Rs. 15000/month I failed to pay next EMI's due to Job loss in the corona pandemic .
                  The Recovery agency called me in the month of october 2021 and asked for payment . I explained to them all the problems that happened with me and requested them to convert my dues into small EMI as per my income but they did not agree and started calling my relatives, to my company officers and asking for payment and harassing me to make payment in one or two installments.
                  I was very depressed that time & decided to pay their one installment offer amounting to Rs. 98000 . They issued me a letter on 11 october and the payment date was 25th october then i told them that i can not arrange the money in this short time they said to me to don't worry they will take approval from bank for more time to pay just pay some minimum amount in this month. I paid 19000 on 26 october . They kept calling my relatives, to my company officers and asking for payment while I was arranging money Then I withdrew Rs. 26000 available in my PF account & Rs. 50, 000 ( in part) private loan @ 5% from per month interest. However, the last payment was done on 14th december as guided by the recovery agency. They promised me that account will be closed (Call recorded)

                  But, I again received calls for collection from another collection agency for an amount of Rs. 163316/- for the same card.

                  Please help me. I am totally depressed again . I already have a private loan which I took out to pay the credit card.

                      I did some shopping for my relatives during last sale through my amazon icici Bank credit card since the reward system is quite lucrative considering 5% discount on whatever spending from amazon as a prime member but instead they put the spending under suspicious transaction which is not the case as it was for my relatives. However inspite of more than three reminders, sending the hard copy to your courier address and several follow up emails, my amount has not been credited to the bank account.                             On 14 July I was recharge my fastag through upi google pay the money debited from my bank account but didn't get any money in fastag account after that I have called fastag customer care they were saying you will get money back in 24 hours but now it's 62 hours please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                              i am 73 years old retired person, I had bought shares of bank of Baroda in 2005 via demat and trading account of icici bank, but without informing me my account as well as trading and demat was closed, I am not technical savvy so it's your responsibility to deliver the knowledge in the same way when the staffs of icici bank use to inform and promise at the time of opening the account, in these 17 years i lost 14000 rs of dividend, i am really disappointed by the way of service and fake promises, again my account was opened with the promise of linking the account and transfer of shares will be done but now they are not receiving my calls, my sons are residing in Delhi and pune, so i couldn't go again and again to the bank, kindly activate my demat and trading account and link it to my new account, please find my details provided below:

                                I have been using my Internet bank account for long time and now its saying it is disabled, I called customer care 7-10 time which is a paid number and every time customer care representative said that your voice is not coming and they disconnect call every time 10 minutes..

                                This is sheer representation of poor services that ICICI Bank does offer. Whenever I call customer care number, it never gets connected. Poor poor service !!!

                                  It is with utmost disappointment that I have to say, my savings account has been disabled without any prior notice. Customer care is not receiving my call. I don't have any Relationship Manager assigned to me. This is such a helpless feeling. Such a pathetic and poor service I have never seen. I am one of the premier customers of ICICI using banking from the past 6 years.

                                  Kindly activate my savings account as soon as possible.br...

                                  On 16th July 2022 amount of rs 5582.25 rs got deducted from my ICICI Bank account with transaction description as cms/xxxxxxxx7876/ADTPSLSIPG_xxxxxxxx003. On informing the customer care executive it was told to me that this payment is made towards an SIP. However i have no such SIP registered. Please look into it and let me know.
