I took a loan of Rs. 2, 50, 000 on my credit card in the month of september 2019 and after paying 6th EMI of around Rs. 15000/month I failed to pay next EMI's due to Job loss in the corona pandemic .
The Recovery agency called me in the month of october 2021 and asked for payment . I explained to them all the problems that happened with me and requested them to convert my dues into small EMI as per my income but they did not agree and started calling my relatives, to my company officers and asking for payment and harassing me to make payment in one or two installments.
I was very depressed that time & decided to pay their one installment offer amounting to Rs. 98000 . They issued me a letter on 11 october and the payment date was 25th october then i told them that i can not arrange the money in this short time they said to me to don't worry they will take approval from bank for more time to pay just pay some minimum amount in this month. I paid 19000 on 26 october . They kept calling my relatives, to my company officers and asking for payment while I was arranging money Then I withdrew Rs. 26000 available in my PF account & Rs. 50, 000 ( in part) private loan @ 5% from per month interest. However, the last payment was done on 14th december as guided by the recovery agency. They promised me that account will be closed (Call recorded)

But, I again received calls for collection from another collection agency for an amount of Rs. 163316/- for the same card.

Please help me. I am totally depressed again . I already have a private loan which I took out to pay the credit card.

    I took loan amount of Rs. 40000 for tenor of 18 months from ICICI Bank, Chhindwara (M.P). I closed my loan account on May 2020. But till date I didn't my get NOC. Moreover I didn't receive any call or any notice letter from ICICI bank.

      Amazon pay reward points are on hold

      I did some shopping for my relatives during last sale through my amazon icici Bank credit card since the reward system is quite lucrative considering 5% discount on whatever spending from amazon as a prime member but instead they put the spending under suspicious transaction which is not the case as it was for my relatives.           This is to bring to your urgent attention that my ICICI Money Multiplier Bond – 122000 –MMB has already attained maturity the additional details are as under for ease of reference. However inspite of more than three reminders, sending the hard copy to your courier address and several follow up emails, my amount has not been credited to the bank account. The prolonged delay when the bond has matured more than a month ago is complete not understood and frustrating. Immediately resolve the long pending issue at the earliest and pay back the amount.             On 14 July I was recharge my fastag through upi google pay the money debited from my bank account but didn't get any money in fastag account after that I have called fastag customer care they were saying you will get money back in 24 hours but now it's 62 hours please resolve my problem as soon as possible

              i am 73 years old retired person, I had bought shares of bank of Baroda in 2005 via demat and trading account of icici bank, but without informing me my account as well as trading and demat was closed, I am not technical savvy so it's your responsibility to deliver the knowledge in the same way when the staffs of icici bank use to inform and promise at the time of opening the account, in these 17 years i lost 14000 rs of dividend, i am really disappointed by the way of service and fake promises, again my account was opened with the promise of linking the account and transfer of shares will be done but now they are not receiving my calls, my sons are residing in Delhi and pune, so i couldn't go again and again to the bank, kindly activate my demat and trading account and link it to my new account, please find my details provided below:

                I have been using my Internet bank account for long time and now its saying it is disabled, I called customer care 7-10 time which is a paid number and every time customer care representative said that your voice is not coming and they disconnect call every time 10 minutes..

                This is sheer representation of poor services that ICICI Bank does offer. Whenever I call customer care number, it never gets connected. Poor poor service !!!

                  It is with utmost disappointment that I have to say, my savings account has been disabled without any prior notice. Customer care is not receiving my call. I don't have any Relationship Manager assigned to me. This is such a helpless feeling. Such a pathetic and poor service I have never seen. I am one of the premier customers of ICICI using banking from the past 6 years.

                  On 16th July 2022 amount of rs 5582.25 rs got deducted from my ICICI Bank account with transaction description as cms/xxxxxxxx7876/ADTPSLSIPG_xxxxxxxx003. On informing the customer care executive it was told to me that this payment is made towards an SIP. However i have no such SIP registered. Please look into it and let me know.

                    On 13 of july 2022 icici has deducted 236 rs from my account as deposit charge without any prior notice or information regarding the charges. I’ve been using the bank acount from last 2 tears and it was the first time i deposite a sun of 36000 rs. And when i called the customer care they said “ Sir aise hi hota h sabko pta h agar app non working hours mien paisa deposite krte ho toh charges lgte hai” and when i asked why is it that charge this money or whats the reason behind it they didnt clarify me on this too. This bank mafia needs to stop.

In afternoon i have continuously Recieved a msg from unknown source and after some time amount( 10000, 9500, 5000, 4982, 4723, 4213, 4852) deducted from my account total amount 43270 and 40079 in my father account of sbi bank which is linked with my mobile number. But i have never share any otp, pin, card detail, any information of account and never open any url link .Transaction done without my permission and i have not participated in any transaction .and not share any confidential information of bank. After i have inform the bank and block my all account And fraud reported to the bank and complaint no (SR[protected] Registered in bank. This is an fraud transaction and kindly look into the matter and credit the amount in my account.ASAP

                        Dear ICICI BANK, I am amareshwar reddy ., How can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? i was just checking transactions of my account and found that Rs 826.00/- deducted as DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-17. and also 137.28 rs deducted as DP CHGS MAR-21, 8rs and 10rs DP CHAGS MAY-22 but i don't have any demat account, Stupid Work by ICICI

                        No has asked regarding that, with out explaing just deducted money, Fraud cheating activities.
                        There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction, send my money immediately other I will post this fraud news in all social media.

                            6. NATURE OF RELIEF SOUGHT FROM ICICI BANK LTD.

                            i. The loan account LTDEL[protected] needs to be removed from my saving account[protected]
                            ii. The deposited sum of Rupee ELEVEN THOUSAND FIFTY FOUR must be returned with a penalty to my personal account (Ac. Number [protected], SBI, PISHKA MORE, Ranchi, IFSC: SBIN0012619)
                            iii. RUPEE TWENTY LAKHS is being sought to compensate for the mental agony and harassment over the months caused by the maliceful handling AND ILLEGITIMATE REPORTING TO CIBIL of ICICI bank which is restored after repetitive appeals.

                              I have seen that I have been getting charged INR 100 every month with this reference#IPRUGTP-NCA-SR[protected]SI on my statement. I need this to be stopped as soon as possible and also, I'm suing this account for at least 5+ years and now I need refund for all the transactions until now.

                                  I am an indian citizen curently in the States for a bit.I tried reloading my forex card 3 days ago with money from my source account, the money was deducted from my account showing as a successful trnsaction on my mini statement but was never reloaded onto my forex card. I have been trying in vain to get help from their international helpline number and going around in circles ever since. I have been told to wait a few more hours for the past 3 days, contact the customer care by email with a screenshot of my transaction which i did or go to my bank branch which i cannot when im not in india, or even given indian helpline numbers that i cannot contact from here. the email support customer.[protected]@icicibank.com got in touch with me after 3 days to give me a timeline of 2 days to either receive the money on my forex card or for it to be reverted back to my account, 3 days from the date of transaction. their replies are clearly automated, it has happened before when ive tried to get in touch when the forex card wouldnt abruptly work because of breakdowns.i understand global outtages, but receiving vague replies after days of the actual incident, with no actual clear instructions is what they do best. The people at their international helpline all give different accounts to what has happened or what has been done, with nobody really seeming to know whats up.Im a student and stranded without the money and rather than worrying about an upcoming exam must scramble now for online support that does not exist. so much for privileged banking
