This is to bring to your notice that I have been holding the above mentioned C/C from 2012. I have made quite some hefty transaction and simultaneously paid all the dues within the stipulated due date with an excess payment of Rs.540/-.
Suddenly few days back I got a compiled statement from ICICI Bank whereby they have charged me an interest of Rs.6600/- against a fictitious credit card account no. starting with 4477 and ending with 6000.
On talking to the customer service personnel, Mr. Srinivasan on 22nd Feb, he informed that it is against a card issued to me in 2001, whereas to my surprise I did not possess any ICICI bank Credit card during that time and it is the 1st time last year that I got this credit card.
Mr. Srinivas even advised that I should not be making any payment for the same and we will be informed vide mail in 2 days. When I did not receive any mail, I contacted the ICICI bank credit card department yesterday, only to be informed by a lady at the customer service, that I have to pay this amount, though the card never belonged to me.

Madam, please note that I am holding an ICICI Bank S/B account no.[protected] at Kormangala Branch Chennai for last couple of years with a decent amount of transactions. My records were always clean. I an even having quite a few FDS with your bank at CIT Nagar, Chennai & Kazhakuttom, Trivandrum branch (A/c no.[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. Still I do not understand why ICICI bank is harassing me in this way for no reason of mine.

If I am possessing such a fictitious card, request you to please arrange to send your personnel at my place with the application form and courier receipt of the credit card duly signed by myself and I will promptly make the payment with an apology.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and redress the harassment I have to undergo within 7 days.
Failure to do so, will prompt me not only to pull out only my investments and savings, but also of all my other relatives, who is having their account and credit cards with your bank being insured by me and will be forced to take this matter into the attention of RBI.

ICICI Bank Credit Cards — fictitious billings

i have/had three credit cards of ICICI bank. the story srarted with billing for the month of december 2007 wherein i was wrongly chrged in US $s for some internet uses. in good faith i claered the bill with dollar amounts. thereafter same amounts in exactly same sites continue to appear in my bills. i never used net for any forex amounts. my card is with me all the time. in any case if any one is using my card number with code, it can not be same ip address with exactly same amounts to the cents. i got a new card but still the problem continues. bank service is horried. i am cutting 3 ICICI cards and returning them as they are charging 30 % interest on disputed wrong billing plus 100 rupees per card service charges. i am extremely disgusted wityh the bank as even regd complaint letter to their chief complaints manager harshil mehta at hyderabad has drawn flak.

ICICI Credit Card — Harresement despite of making full payment

I have paid full principle amount, cancelled the credit card & sent four piecess of credit card to ICICI bank before almost 02 years.

Despite of which, so as to settle the matter & get rid of mental harresement, I have paid Rs. 2000.00 as discussed with Madame AARTI, so as to settle the issue.

But, TOday i.e on 14/09/09 @ about 19 : 00 hrs, somebody stating his name to be Mr.Ajit Rathodhaving address " J.B.Nagar, R.G.Tower,2nd. floor", has called me on my mobile No. [protected] & abused like any thing i/c. abusing my wife on my Home's Landline number 28053756.& threatened her to pay Rs. 54000.00 by unparlamentary way.

It is therefore demanded to compensate me by paying Rs. 1.00 crore
ICICI bank are experts in "INTEREST WILL BE CHARGED if ______ (100 reasons)". But from their side there is no committment at all for any queries - the worst being ICICI Lombard.

    I have applied for loan on 18-FEB-2013 on deals for loans site , an agent named "SWATHISHREE" called me offering me loan ( [protected]@gmail.com - [protected] ) , since the loan was for emergency purpose , i told that it is required within 1-2 days. I had applied for 5 Lakhs.
    On 18-FEB ( Monday ) , a person reporting to swathi ( name - don't know : [protected] ) comes and collects all the docs required and tells me that loan amount will be credited in 2days.
    On Tuesday - they tell me that we would require one more HR letter as address proof , I submitted that as well by EOD.
    He tells me that I will get loan by EOD. on TUESDAY - I did not get loan.
    On WEDNESDAY - strike , so no response from any one.
    On Thursday - No response , ICICI ppl tel me that application is under processing. - NO updates after that
    On friday - till evening - NO UPDATES - in the evening "ONE so called MANAGER - calls me n ask me hell lot of questions which is not required for Personal loans
    ( Questions : do i stay in rent / own house , where is my permanent address , is it own /rent , what is my father doing ? , etc etc blah blah blah )
    FRIDAY nite ( person who collected my docs - tells me that I am eligible for 2.8 lakh loan , pls go to ICICI ofc at MG road and submit Cheque's )
    On saturday ( 23- FEB-2013 - 5 days after I applied LOAN ) - I went to bank at MG ROAD , submitted cheque , person there took my signs at different places , and he tells me that I will get LOAN by Monday.

    MONDAY - 25-FEB - ( NO updates yet from ANY ONE on my loan , they have called my DAD and have asked him to submit ID PROOF - who the hell on earth will ask ID proof of DAD for personal loan )

    "I am only in contact with person who collected documents "
    IT IS MONDAY evening , the purpose for which I had asked LOAN was no more my priority.
    No one is ready to pick up phone

    Swathi / manager / any person from ICICI.
    Swathi never responds.

    It has been 8 days of "HELL OF a life " for me.
    No updates yet.
    I have been mentally disturbed.
    ICICI people have screwed my life for offering LOANS.

    "DONT EVER DO ANY BUSINESS with ICICI Bank " - worst in the world.

      Wrong Charging. Demat Account. icici is not trust worthy site. i kept calling for one month even after that they deducted money from my saving account saying amc charges. which is not correct as my first year charge was waived off.
      bill says charge period this year they deducted saying for last year.. not do not know whom to contact in this chor demat site. really a big chor icici.

        I make a transaction on 17/01/2013 to Merchant Sunbirdfx
        Description : VIN/sunbirdfx //[protected]/0 Amt 500 USD (28,533.70 INR) via my VISA Debit Card
        After some days my merchant sunbirdfx return 100 USD on 13 Feb 2013 to my VISA Debit Card ending with number 1958
        But my bank (ICICI Bank) not credit that amount till now in my Bank Account[protected].
        I contact my Bank Customer Officer via email but they not give any reply .

            With due respect myself kumar pranav employee id 184766 would like to inform you that,i was working in icici bank ltd fraser road patna as a branch sales mgr.i have been terminated from the sercices during my notice period after my post resignation without any intimation or communication to me from the working branch & from the HR also,i was serving the notice period & due to ptyphoid i was unable to serve the rest of the notice period approx 1 month was left to me,but most unfortunately i beg to inform you that after several communication to the HR & my office they wre not at all bother to tell me anything reg the same,when i tried to put my employee id in to the system,it was disappear from the system.sir,whatever has happened to me it has been strategically politicised.& also threatened by the system if at all i would have take any step towards justice,but still i am a fearless guy because i am right sir.i am sure i will get justice after your interruption.

              Recently I have applied for a credit card through ICICI bank and they have taken all the documents from me and verified and I got a call saying that my application got approved & within 10 working days I will receive the credit card. When checked for the application status they say its declined.I really got disappointed and I really want to know how it will get rejected after the verification process completely done.The response from the company is really pathetic and the reason for declining my card they also don't know.I personally say to all salaried corporates.Think 100 times before you give the details to ICICI bank for any credit card purpose.The entire team don't have a co -ordination for the process.They have not even provided any kind of reference number also for the application.

                Hi,

                Is anybody from the consumer forum will take an action against the ICICI team as they are giving me only fake promises on my personal email ID for the last 15-16 days since I lodge the complaint.

                They are just sending an update and always extend the time and date to deliver me the card which according to them is approved. But they always ask for an excuse of system failure and up-gradation. I have submitted my documents on 20th Jan-2013 and its 13th March, almost two months are going to complete but I didn't get the card I requested.

                I am attaching the conversation made after lodging the complaint.

                Hi,

                Can anyone will take an action against ICICI team as they are providing me only fake promises on my email ID to deliver the card but they always extend the date and delivery time since I lodge an complaint at this forum.

                I have applied the card on 20th Jan-213 but still I didn't receive the card although the card has been approved as per them and they are always take an excuse of system upgrading.

                As per their last promise they were going to provide me the despatch details on 12th march, and now they have extended it to 21st March.

                Its being two months going to complete since I requested the card from ICICI bank but yet not received. I have shared my financial information with them but I think that they might misuse them as they are not interested in servicing but asking for excuses only.

                  My ICICI Bank Credit Card No:[protected] this Credit card was blocked by the bank i dont know for what .In this credit card 9-9-2009 i made a payment Rs.500/ excess against my credit card .I asked to refund the same because i am un able to use the credit card,so i ask the customer care to refund the excess amount,but they refuse and they asked the bank statement.They very well known the excess amount was made by me,an dit must to refund to me by the way of D.D.or to my S/B Account,at present i am closed my S/B Account also,kindly arrange to settle the issue and refund the excess amount without any delay by D.D.ro my Residence address.

                    My ATM cum Debit Card No. [protected] issued on S/B Account No.[protected] by ICICI Branch, ARS, Durgapura, Jaipur was stollen on 27.1.2013. I received frist message on my mobile No. [protected] on 27.1.2013 at 7.43PM for fraudulent transaction made of Rs. 882.00 from Promart ret. Alwar. The actual transanction total Rs. 26238/- was made on 27.1.2013 between 2.19PM to 4.13 PM. It is a service fault beyond ICICI bank who give me a loss of total Rs. 26238/- without using PIN number or customer safety point. I have lodged FIR No. 55/2013 at Kotawali City, Bharatpur(Raj) on 29.1.2013 and blocked above card on 28.1.2013. I have also registered a complaint customer care ICICI vide Service Reference No. SR[protected] but no action yet taken by ICICI bank. As per guidelines of RBI, Sh. G. Gopalakrishna, Executive Executive Director, Reserve Bank of India said, " Online creadit card frauds have come down significantly following implementation of two factor using PIN number and biometric characters. This facility will be extended to ATM cum Debit Cards.Sh. Gopalakrishna speaks in Indian Banks Association's Banking Technology Summitt (as per upload information Contify money dated 4 March, 2011). In this today itself Sh. Deepak, Nodal Officer, ICICI Jaipur (Mobile No. [protected])to me about this matter, there no responsbility of ICICI bank as above matter.                     Mr. Kishore, I would like to know that when did you increased QAB to Rs 15000. Why did you not intimate me. I did not recieve any mail or any post regarding Rs. 15000 minimum balance to be maintained .

                    Did you have any proff that shows all this had been conveyed to me.

                    I have calculated that my QAB for Dec Quarter is Rs 12000, Only Rs 3000 is sort from your limit.

                    If you charged 10% ROI annually on Rs 3000, It comes only Rs75

                    If You charged 110% ROI annually than only you will reach figure of Rs 843.

                    Pls dont do this type of banking.

                    This is our hard earn money, Pls dont try to robbed our account.

                      ICICI Bank Credit Card — Threatening Calls

                      I would like to bring this to your kind information that i have a credit card of ICICI bank (Card num-[protected]). For the past few months i am getting calls from the collection agents saying that i have done some shopping through this card around 3 years back. I would like to say that i have never ever used this card. When i asked them about the details of the shopping, they say that they dont have such details and asked me to go to their office to collect the details. They only call me for the payment of the due amount which i will not pay until and unless i get the bill/statement for the above mentioned card.

                      Kindly look into the matter at the earliest as they have blacklisted my name in their list. Now no company/bank is willing to issue me new credit card just becase of the mistake done by ICICI Bank.

                      Would like to request ICICI bank to give me a valid reason for not providing me the details of the transaction done through this card.

                      wrong and threatening call without any problem — Threatening call from Bank

                      Mr. S.K Tiwari working in Machino Plastic have cradit card of HSBC bank and he has made purchasing with that card and did not deposit amount to Bank and given my number to bank and bank people are making followup with me and one person from bank giving me thread on his behalf actually i do not know Mr. Tiwari. I want to clearify here what is the rolw of bank here without proper verification they are issuing card and if person is not making payment HSBC bank is giving mental harresment to that person whom number given by defaulter. I am very disappointed with HSBC reaction and they have shouted me just like any thing with out my problem. Can any one from HSBC bank can explain me mmy fault here. I do not know Mr. Tiwari, I have no HSBC card inspite of that they are regulary distrubing me.

                      ICICI Credit Card — threatening Calls

                      Hi,

                      Yesterday evening (09.02.10) I got a call from unknown person asking me to clear my due of 1.8 lacs for the card that I don't even hold. He has all my contact details and he is using abusive language and threatening me. I really don't hold this card and if needed I can prove that I haven't used it. How can ICICI bank give credit card on my details to someone else without proper authentication and now ask me to pay for the due which I didn't use. I didn't receive any mail or call all these days stating I have a due to clear.

                          I had an ICICI credit card long ago in 2007. At that time I had close to 30000Rs as balance to pay on my card. Despite of repeated reminders bank did not send me any monthly or quarterly statement. Hence after speaking to customer service multiple times, I decided not to pay the amount as I didn’t know what the bank is charging me for. I got calls from collections and I told the same thing that I need my statement first and then I didn't get any call from them for months. All of a sudden 1 day ICICI calls and says you have to pay 90000INR on your card. They kept charging me all this while despite of repeated reminders to them about me not receiving any statement. Upon telling them the whole story multiple times on each call the collections department says we don’t have any such call record. I being a customer kept running around for them to do their job. I decided not to pay the amount which is not because of my mistake. Then was the CIBIL to which only banks have access to update about customers credibility. I don’t understand why CIBIL doesn’t first verify the facts before putting in such information on their records. I ruin the person’s credibility despite of bank making such mistake individual customers have to bear the consequences. As per CIBIL I was to pay the 90000INR to bank first and then send them the clearance letter so that they can take my name off their record. Many of my friends who have settled their Credit Card issues with the banks still have word “Account Settled” on their CIBIL records because of which no banks gives them any loans if the account is settled with consensus of bank and an individual then the report should have “Account Closed” and not settled. So I am not in favour of paying bank my hard earned money for their mistakes. Most of these institutions have different departments like Customer care, front office, Collections etc none of them are aware of what other team has told customer the customer gets grinded between different departments though all he wants to do is deal with a single identity the bank. then ICICI started threatening me initially then my wife and my in laws to make the payment and when nothing worked one day they found 10000INR in my bank account which was transferred from my wife’s account to my ICICI account for some emergency which I had, being outstation they deducted that in lieu of the money due on credit card. They used abusive language with my In laws and family. Now I have decided that even if I don’t get any loan in my whole life from any bank. I would not pay any bank or any such institution because of their mistakes. Its my hard earned money and is not meant to be splurged on multinational multi-million worth banks mistakes.

                            I am having an ICICI Bank car Loan against my Maruti WagonR issued in the month of July 2011 with loan number as LAMUM[protected].

                            Monthly EMI for Rs 5,266/- debits on 15th of every month. For this time on 15th Feb 2013 my account was short of funds and the debit for EMI bounced.
                            On 20th Feb 2013 i have been notified with a SMS that Rs 5695.63 is debited from my account against my car loan EMI which was due and my account balance was left to "0" balance.

                            On enquiry with ICICI bank call centre, i have been told that Rs 450/- as a penalty fee for EMI bounce leived on me and hence i will be charged total of Rs 5716/- which I am ok with as my account was short of funds on the EMI date.

                            But the not acceptable fact is I have not been informed by ICICI Bank at the time of debit of extra penalty amont of Rs 450/- as this extra amount is debited from your account as EMI bounce penalty. If some debit apart from my knowledge is made from my account, then same should have been notified to me in the Txn SMS/mail.
                            I am getting this information after I am calling in fear of some fradulent Txn from my account as account balance went zero "0" by ICICI bank customer care.

                            As per government regulations also every debit by bank from account should be notified to the customer with proper reason. which is not happeneing.

                            THIS BEHAVIOUR IS NOT EXPECTED FROM ICICI BANK.

                              This has reference to following "LIFELINK PENSION" schemes of ICICI-Pru in our names:
                              1) Policy No. 00375162 in the name of Sudheer S. Mehta, Unique Identification No. 105N003V01
                              2) Policy No. 00372781 in the name of Mrs. Rashmi S. Mehta, Unique Identification No. 105N003V01
                              We are in receipt of ICICI-Pru letter dated February 13th, 2013 informing us flg.:
                              i) ICICI-Pru informed us that our Lifelink Pension had attained maturity on March 27th, 2008.
                              ii) that we need to let ICICI-Pru know our decision on the Annuity option, before the maturity of your policy.
                              iii) Till then our Annuity payouts cannot start, and our maturity amount will continue to remain invested with ICICI PRU.
                              At the outset,I am surprised to read ICICI-Pru comments as:-
                              * I was always under the impression that the policy continues to grow based on market rates - in the absence of any advise from ICICI-Pru.
                              * ICICI Pru should have clearly informed that this was not the case, therefore, ICICI has been less than fair & transperent and fleecing customers, which need to be reported.
                              ICICI-Pru mentioned that policy has matured on March 27th, 2008, but have not paid anything to us till date. Therefore, either the policy value should increase based on market rates or ICICI must pay Bank FD interest for unpaid amounts till date of payment of the annuities.
                              Above is important - considering ICICI-Pru statement their letter dtd. Feb. 13th, 2013 : - " Till this time, your maturity amount will continue to remain invested with us". This is clear that ICICI Pru. has drawn advantage from my funds with ICICI Pru.
                              No action from ICICI-Pru excepting that we contact their branch and they do not know anything in this regard. Need help solving this issue.

                              icici prudential pension plan — Not yet rece any documents related policy

                              Respected Sir/ Madam,
                              My name is Nitin Kanhoji Tikam. I m working with ADFC capita BPO of HDFC Bank. Last month i rece call from ur agency about investment plan. The product name ICICI PRODUNTIAL PENSION POLICY. I don't able to recall exact name of plan. Plan is i will depositing Rs.1000/- monthely basis for the term 10 years. The maximum period is 3 years. If i collapes policy after 3 years is get maximum amt Rs.2, 80, 000/-. The ur icici produntial staff give me all this information, so i decided to invest in policy. I will sign out all the documents and along with thar i will give sign chq. favouring " ICICI PRODUNTIAL" dated 01/07/2008.
                              But due my bad luck, i have face littlie accident due to that i m enable to make any investment in next5-6 months. Even i required more fund to which helps recover me, that'y i decided to discontinoue the policy. I inform the ICICI PRODUNTIAL office about my incident, n say to co-opearte with me, they also say to they will co-opearte me. I will say to them i want to discontinue the policy n i want the refand, they said to me they sent to my request to their senior, that takeplace 5-6 days. After i will again do the call to asking abt the status about my policy. They have to say that my policy kit already dispatch by courier. That in process after rece kit i will take the policy number n than they gave me one phone number to contacted to them n say i want to because necessities i don;t want to continue my policy.
                              After that i yet 15 days passed on i not yet rece.any courior n i don;t where my money is moving on. I know this complant is not under u, but i don understood where i go, where i do the enquiry, that'y i need ur help. Pls don;t ignore this mail pls forword to concern dept. I req. imme.fund otherwise i will really died. There is no efficent fund in my account. i will give to u ICICI PRODUNTIAL OFFICE NUMBER. I there talk with Miss. Nasrin[protected]/28956146. She always cooperate with me nicely, but alomg with symphthy i want fund with stuck with ur policy. If my investment make burdon on me, there is no use of such investment.

                              icici prudential pension plan — non payment in time

                              I have surrendered my pension plans on 15 april 09 for payout . so difficult to get it back i am keep calling all sort of available numbers . I have surrendered all policies together at vashi branch with direct credit to bank option. It seems that one check send by courier but not recieved, one direct credit not yet appearing in bank. Third according to call center is sent to vashi branch . End result as today my money is not yet recieved, what an efficient Bank The ICICI .

                              We all have greed of getting more returns . These bank uses it and finally this is the result. I stand corrected for my mistake of choosing to invest in ICICI .
                              You need not worry. You have got several co-sailing policy holders from this company. the help line is so unhelpful. their web-site gives all executives but not their contact number not even their email addresses. Had it been from LIC, the IRDA and all agencies on the earth could have raised their voice and television channels could have bomeranged the poor services. all these media agents to have keep silent. otherwise they will give adds to these channels.

                                due to some credit card issue , sir i have not taken any credit card from ur bank but a one of the person near my house and i don't know him his name is sikandar khan baluganj agra
                                i dont know why all my numbers have been updated in his credit card account so please get in touch early and i m giving this no to the police officials and registering a case against this no rest is up to u i m give u 2 days time to get in touch i have the audio clips which i will give to the police for further processing.

                                ICICI Credit Card — Threat Calls From ICICI

                                My Name is Chander Jeet Yadav, I have an ICICI credit card no. [protected]. I made a request to settle my account in the month of Feb. 2008. Bank executive told me to pay this month min. amt. I will forward ur request to the concerned deptt. after that I made payment for three consecutive months and at last Bank taken the action as mentioned below.
                                This is regarding the threat call on the behalf of ICICI Bank which I recd. just few Min's. back(19.12.08) from[protected] and the caller was Mr. Amit. He said to shoot me & my family members along with my two little daughters. He said that ICICI higher authorities have given the instruction that we need our payment, for that either u shoot or threat the customer but atlast we need our payment. I want to give the intimation that if anything happens to anyone of my family then only the ICICI bank will be responsible. So, I request you that if you have any issue with me then pl. come in a legal way in writing. My contact no. is [protected]. This should be treated as an SOS massage. I am in tremendous mental disturbance due to ICICI illegal action. I am faxing one copy to DC gurgaon as the man on the phone told me that he has the licence from DC to shoot anybody. Please help me out and come in a legal way to resolve the issue. I already requested for the same on ICICI Customer care through Phone and the request no. is SR 90095656 Dtd. 19.12.08 at 11:58 A.M.                                 Dear Sir / Madam,

                                My name is manish verma and i had your ICICI bank Credit card which i was used long time back due to some financial problem. Now this time i want to pay my dues of same Credit Card in instalment because still i am in some financial crises but i am ready to pay in instalment in INR 2000.00 per month. Now i am getting call from your recovery department from (Mr. Virendra, Mr. kapil and Mr Sanjay) and i am trying to say him that i can pay in INR 2000.00 instalment every month but they are threating me and call to my Manager with abusing and wrong word, now this time situation is depend on my JOB, if i don't have JOB then how can i pay the instalment. Mr. Virendra Theating me that we can do any think with you if you'll not pay money this is serious matter.

                                Please check with your recovery department they want to do anything wrong with me.

                                i lost my job just because o[censored], the number u were calling was my official number and it was registered on my company name and all the conversation was tapped on a voice logger and now u can only say sorry just a stupid word wht else i can expect.

                                  My debit card has been swiped twice, called up immediate after the transaction but customer care said it will revert back next day. Many failed attempt to get a customer care response. Is there any other option before filing an FIR against the merchant and the Bank.

                                    I have lost my ICICI Bank credit card in 2008 and immediately informed to the call center people ,but they didn't block the card and some has used the card in a resort for Rs 13 k ,ICICI says that they didn't block the card and kept on hold y i don't know ....after 2 years one executive came for settlement of the card he saud he will manage the cards and took 5000/- from me.and from there ICICI started harassing me by send people to my home and doing call to all the numbers ,after that they have blocked my saving account with icici .at that time my salary came for Rs 23 k and there is no trace of it ,i called to them they said it has been adjusted for my personal lone and credit card.

                                    After 5 years i got the statement for Rs 75000 and again started harassing me with fake calls .
