Sub: Credit Card bill payment through Internet not getting credited in credit card account.
Dear Sir,
The last bill for the above mentioned credit card was generated on 16th Oct 2012 and the due date of payment for the same was 4th Nov 2012. To avoid the late payment charges the payment of `6000/- was made well in advance on 2nd Nov 2012 (Transaction Details enclosed). The amount of `6000/- was debited from my savings account however, the same was not credited to the credit card account.
I made a call to your customer care department on 2nd and 3rd Nov 2012 and explained the situation. The customer care department explained that there is problem going on with internet bill payment and assured me that the payment will be reflected in the credit account within 2 working days. However, the payment got re-credited in my savings account on 5th Nov 2012 (Transaction Details enclosed)
Again I called your customer care department on 6th Nov and explained that the payment got
re-credited. The customer care asked to make the payment again and assured me that no late payment fee will be levied. I made the payment of `3000/- on 6th Nov 2012 and the same also got re-credited to my savings account on 8th Nov 2012.
The service requests were put up on 6th and 8th Nov 2012 but still the problem was not solved. Finally I was forced to make the payment through ATM on 9th Nov 2012.
During this whole process I kept in touch with your customer care department and explained them the problem with the payment. Wherein I was assured that no late payment fee will be levied for no fault at my side. However the bill for this month has been generated on 16th Nov 2012 and late payment charges have been accounted on the credit card.
I would like to bring to ICICI Banks notice that due the problem at their end I am not going to pay any late payment charges.
I request you to make the necessary amendments in the bill and revert at the earliest.
This is for your information and necessary action.

ICICI Bank — Credit Card Payment not Credited

hello Sir
I have deposit a check againset the credit card payment at ICICI Bank Silvassa Branch Check No. 111628 and dated 14.10.2008 bank ING VYSYA Bank silvassa .The ICICI Bank Silvassa Branch transfer to VAPI Branch and Vapi Branch transfer to mumbai and give me COD NO.[protected] By Over Night Courier Date 25.10.2008 .But When I contact to mumbai ICICI Bank they told thet they did not recived any such check yet.If i send other check i loss my 135 Rs. for stopping my previouse check .So plz help me .What is the reason ? why they did not get the check yet it is the second time with me.Vapi & Silvassa Brach has accept that he got my check but mumbai branch not why it is possible ?

ICICI Bank/Credit Card — Payment not credited

Against my due of Rs.1446/- in my credit card statement (Credit Card No. [protected])dated 18.01.2008, I made a payment of Rs. 2000/- vide cheque no.286905 of HDFC Bank and it was debited to me on 12.02.2008 but ICICI bank did not give me credit of it till 11.06.2008. Since February 2008 they have been charging me interest and I have been making payments for my actual purchases and ignoring the interest. I wrote about this to them many times and also spoke with their customer care executives. Now, after 12 months on 5.2.2009 they have reversed interest for 4 months but they are not giving me reversals for the remaining 8 months although it was there fault that they did not give me credit of my payment.. I request you to take up the matter with them at the earliest as the interest figure is increasing day by day.

I have Facing one big problem because of ICICI Bank.

Yesterday, The Bank Server was not running proper, Many Users are facing the same problem (ATM Machines were hanged or some were moneyless.

I need money from my ICICI Saving Account (My Salaried Account). So I was tried to get money in SBI ATM which is nearest from the icici ATM.

I put my card in SBI ATM for getting 5000/--Rs. Only. I had stood their till 20 to 25 m but the particular machine also money less or hanged.

But after this activity getting over I found that my money had been debited in my salaried Account.
I had also registered my complaint to get back my money as soon as possible. But they told to me that this process will take 8 working days.

I am moneyless with helpless.

Please do me a favor, Suggest me what should I do in this scenario.

    I have my current a/c in ICICI BANK since it was The Bank of RAJASTHAN,from last 2 yrs.i have taken suvidha overdraft limit in this a/c
    before they charge CASHDEPOSIT charges but since last 2 yrs.they offered unlimited cashdeposit,
    Today (20/11/2012) i came to know that bank is charging CASHDEPOSIT charges from jan'12 till date all-together.
    IS BANK CAN CHARGE THIS?
    IS BANK CAN CHARGE IT FROM JANUARY 12?

      Sir/Madam,

      I have an account in your bank from last 7-8 years with acc no.[protected]. Last year in November 2011 your employee Mr. Atin Goyal (Ph no. [protected]) contacted me regarding opening of Demat a/c. He told me that if I open a Demat a/c and linked it with my existing Savings a/c then I have to maintain the QAB/MAB of Rs 5000/- only in place of Rs 10000/- which I had already maintained. As per his recommendation and information I opened my Demat acc and started maintaining the QAB/MAB for Rs 5000/-

      Recently when I checked my a/c statement then I found that bank had deducted following amount on following dates in lieu of QAB and MAB:

      For the clarification on above I contact your customer care and they told me that regarding this updation they did not get any request and ask me to visit the ICICI branch for necessary action.

      On 19th November 2012 , I visited your ICICI Direct at sector-18 Noida . Here I met Mr Praful Garg ([protected]) and told him my problem, in front of me he called Mr Atin Goyal and asked him about the issue. In response Mr Atin Goyal accept his mistake and conveyed me that he will try to resolve this problem. After this Mr Praful Garg told me that I should visit ICICI bank and get my a/c status updated with this facility. Now when I had visited icici branch at Noida sector-18 and asked the lady on Demat desk for this updation, then she told that this facility of maintaining QAB/MAB Rs 5000 is only available when a customer opens Demat and Savings a/c at the same time and if a customer already have a saving a/c and he wants to open a demat then this facility is not applicable. I told her that at time opening of Demat a/c Mr Atin Goyal did not tell me about this rather he told me that now onwards I have to maintain only Rs 5000 as QAB/MAB.

      In front of me when this employee on Demat desk called him, then also Mr Atin Goyal conveyed the same thing to her that he had told me at the time of demat a/c opening i.e I have to maintain only Rs 5000 as QAB/MAB .

      I am profusely disappointed with this issue and I kindly request you to resolve this issue and kindly refund the deducted amount into my saving a/c as soon as possible as the problem which I am facing is not due to my fault rather it is all due to the information given by your bank employee Mr. Atin Goyal.
      I look forward for your positive response and necessary action.

      ICICI — DEDUCTION OF QAB

      I HAVE AN SB ACCOUNT NO.[protected] .MY BALANCE WAS Rs 4453.A CHARGE NAMED QAB OF Rs.827- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED W.E.F. JAN.09 TO MAR.09 WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION.HENCE I WANTS TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS.
      I AM DISAPPOINTED WORKING STRUCTURE OF YOURS BANK.PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.

      ICICI — Amount deducted and was not conveyed.

      I opened 3 in 1 account from ICICI i.e., savings account with Demat and online trading and I was told that for first year it is free both for Demat and trading account. But I was charged with Rs.250.00.
      I want the deducted amount to be refunded.

        I have been using my Internet bank account for long anf now its saying it is disabled, I called customer care about a month ago and the customer care representative said that she activated it again but it never got activiated.

        This is sheer representation of poor services that ICICI Bank does offer. Whenever I call customer care number, it never gets connected. Poor poor service !!!

        How do I get the internet...

        Dear Sir,

        Thank you for information of Transaction via SMS which alerted me about the fraud Transaction on my Credit Card against VISTAPRINT.COM

        I received three Transactions against VISTAPRINT.COM timing 19:35:26 , 19:57:35 , 20:08:13 of each transaction of GBP 13.30..

        I am surprised that how it is possible that the 3D Secure Code which I enter on ICICIBANK.COM at the earlier railway ticket payments except the VISTAPRINT.COM transactions, is leaked from your website.

        As a reputed Bank, you do keep the confidential information of your customers secured.

        It is shameful that reputed Bank like ICICI Bank does keep its customer's credit card information secured.

        Please, arrange to refund the above transaction as this is caused by your irresponsibility.

        If possible, kindly contact the merchant to trace the user who had done fraud o[censored]nwanted Transaction..

        Till date all the transaction done by me was through the 3DSecure of ICICI Bank, which means that ICICI Bank is equally responsible for the leak of 3DSecure Pin..

        In future, if i do not receive my refund i'll think of doing any transaction through my any Debit, Credit Cards, and Current Accounts with ICICI Bank..

        If you do not issue a refund, i will definitely logged a complaint to consumer forum against ICICI Bank as well as VISTAPRINT.COM for the leak of my Credit Card Information.

          My name is Kanagasabapathy and I'm holding a salary account in ICICI bank for the past 2 and half years. I just saw today when I checked my account online, that I have been charged POSDEC CHG of Rs. 28.09 on Nov 16th 2012 and the description says:
          POSDEC CHG/21-10-12/3302/25ST3

          I need an explanation as to what this charge means and why it is debited from my account without my knowledge.

            Sir,
            My name is rajeshwaran subbiah. I am using my mobile [protected] from 2010.
            There has been harrassing remarks passed and unwanted calls at offbeat hours after 17.00 hrs to my cellphone from ICICI collection agencies.
            They ask for Mr.Hari babu shankar.

            He is not using this number or in any way related to me whatsoever.
            In addition to this, they claim to be credit recovery team and are threatening me with consequences if i do not repay.
            I DO NOT KNOW MR.HARI BABU SHANKAR AND I AM NOT AWARE OF HIS MISDOINGS AND NON PAYMENT OF HIS DUES.
            I tried to explain patiently that i am no kith or kin or any how related to Hari babu shankar . Still they call me in middle of my business meetings and harass me at untimely hours without updating their database.
            I have tried explaining my problem to icici collection agency and also written as a formal complaint to [protected]@icicibank.com . They do not update their data and a new agency keeps calling me every week .

            How is this repetitive problem to be solved. ICICI is a very big financial institution. They seem to go to great lengths for credit recovery. But if its the wrong person on the phonecall, i am sure they must apologise.

                  I had made a debit card purchase of 1803/- from reliance trends bhopal on 3/10/12 tranaction was failed and money is deducted from my acc. I had filed a complaint by telephone, fax, email and personal visit to branch. but they had not resolved my issue. This is the Worst bank In World. Bank itself stolen my money from acc. and not going to return it back after many complaints.

Sir I want to state you that I am not satisfied with the work of your bank yesterday i visited date 12/11/2012 on Icici Bank Ranjit avenue Branch and my problem is Last 06/11/2012 Debit on my A/C rupees 49k after two day i am go to date 09/11/2012 at ATM CASH WD but ATM showing me available balance is -106575.50 I am very shocked than I am go to the Bank date on 12/11/2012 and Talk to ICICI Phone Banking Customer Care person on ICICI Credit Card Department He Say you are in loan used in credit card so you kindly more Deposit 10575.50 Rues THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF LOAN IS :-155575.50
                    this is not done this is the cheating with your customers.
                    I denied, i am not use credit card & loan any bank of my all life so i have Humble Request you please credit on my money 49000 rupees on my A/C please Resole your mistake as soon as possible. Otherwise I am Going to the Action your ICICI bank.

                      There has an unauthorised debit happened in my credit card on 15/11/12.On 15/11/12 a call from Delhi number:[protected],[protected],[protected] came to my mobile and says that this cal from visa creditcard customer care and you are very valuable customer for us .So we offering a reward card to you without any cost .After ten minutes a message came to my mobile that Rs.5999/- has been debited from my card as an information that IVRSHIFTTHOUGHT.suddenly I blocked that card gave writtern complaint to bank authorities.So I herewith requesting you to pls help me to resolve this issue and get my cash back.

                        Respected sir,

                        I having an icici bank crtedit card since 2007.on 15/11/2012 I got a call from[protected],[protected],[protected] ,managers no:[protected] says that this call from visa customer care centre and your eligible for reward card without any cost&they connected to icici bank customer care centre .After 10 minutes I got a message on phone that RTs.5999/- has been debited from my credit card with merchandiser name;IVRSHIFTTHOUGHT.Suddenly I called icici bank customer care centre and blocked that card and also caled that number but they not responding .I givend writtern complaint to icici bank authorities.So I herewith requesting you to pls help me to solve out this problem with maximum early as possible.

                        The same incident happened with me...the nos are the same with additional no being [protected]. I am an sbi master card holder. I have also made a complaint to delhi police with the nos. Infact these people are stalking me. yesterday they made about 25 calls. today about 10 calls. Please help
                        I am an sbi visa platinum credit card holder.Today I have received a message from Mob No [protected] that an amount of Rs 6399/-has been debited at supersaver pack on 31/03/2013 without my consent. I really dont know whether that amount has been debited or not.
                        So I request you to pls help me to solve out this problem with maximum early as possible.

                        [protected],[protected],[protected] These are the biggest fraud, they ask you for your credit card details. and they ask you for adding some free rewards point and then they use your credit card . If you get call for these[protected],[protected],[protected] numbers, please complaint against your nearest police station.

                          Myself had applied for a Business Loan recently, I am shocked to hear from the Banks ( HDFC, SCB, ICICI Bank & Citi Bank ) that my names are listed in the defaulter List of CIBIL. I have paid and settled all my dues till date and have the settledment letters from the concerned financial Institutions & Bank on the their letter head that hte full & final settlement has been done and there are no dues pending from our end.

                          We do not know which Financial Institution has reported our name in the defaulter list.

                          This is unfair for a customer who is sincere and has settled all the dues and has never defaulted in any way.

                          We have never reveived any information from CIBIL asking for a confirmation if the name of a customer is listed in defaulter list whether is it correct?

                          Kindly advise how to removed my name from the defaulter list with immediate effect. We are ready to give you all the proof and settlement letters issued by the concerned Financial Institiutions.

                          Kindly help us me on this regards.

                          ICICI Bank — Non-receipt of PF settlement dues

                          Subject: Non-receipt of PF settlement dues
                          Reference: PF No. MH/BAN/47808/1237.

                          I left the job from ICICI Bank in November 2007 and submitted my duly signed PF forms vide my letter dated 04.02.2008 for settlement of my dues and subsequent reminders dated 10.06.2008 and 19.12.2008.

                          I have not received any communication from Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Mumbai rearding the above case but nothing has been received from them till date.

                          i had made settlment of 52000 against 78000 oustanding amount and also made 1st installment of[protected] thru netbanking & rest of by cheque ) 2nd installment aganist settelment letter which willbe pdc

                          i had done in mid of march-09 but stil i have not recd settlement letter but getting call for icici bank person for debit, i had told them give me letter i will pay you rest of settlemnt amount but no one had come to me with letter.

                          now i called up icici customer care about this matter they told me that you settlemt got canelled you make request for new settlement

                          in mean while they are charged me 1324/- (int & late fee chgs)

                          now i have to pay 46000 to them

                          ealier 20400+46000=66400

                            I have a Saving's Account No .[protected] with ICICI Bank Pvt.Ltd. Udumalpet. Rs.393.26,date;12/09/2012 , Rs.280.90, 14/09/2012, Rs.393.26 ,25/10/2012 ,and Rs.280.90. 09/11/2012.Total Amount Rs.1348.32 has been debited from my account for non-maintenance of monthly average balance for the months of may, June , Sept and Oct 2012.

                            I have not been intimated about the revised schedule regarding maintenance of minimum balance, which was earlier used to be Quarterly Average Balance . The change from Quarterly Average Balance requirement to Monthly Average Balance, I understand after called to the ICICI customer care on 12.11.12,

                            It is very disappointing that the bank has debit the charges without intimation about the change to Monthly Average balance.

                            Hence I request that the charges be refunded at the earliest.

                              on[protected] we made an online transaction for purchase a 5gm goldcoin from ICICI bank on the occassion of Dhanteras. For that they have to send us an invoice and a 6- digit unique code so that we can get the delivery from the bank but they didn't sent it yet, now tell me how we can get the delivery on the occassions means they ruin our celebrations on this precious festival season.

                              I don't know when they got trained with prefessional attitude i think they are following one philosophy that indian consumer is an illiterate person they dont know anything about the corporates.

                              Means it is ridiculous.
                              i just want to thak ICICI BANK for their very very very bad service.
                              and at last i want to say that I'll never use ICICI bank service means ICICI bank sucks yar.....

                                My account no. is[protected]. I deposited 20000rs. on 16nd JUNE, 2010 IN NANDED BRANCH MAHARASTRA.
                                You have deducted 165rs. as ANW charges. The guy who opened my account told me that till 50,000rs. there will be no charges and you can have N no. of transactions from outside the city but within India,because it is so called nationalised bank. So please do take correct action against those people because I think they are spoiling the image of the bank and reverse my money as soon as possible.

                                Today one of my clients deposited Rs.2700/- at ICICI Bank, Guntur Branch. But your people had deducted Rs.169.00 as ANW charges + S.Tax. I surprised with this deduction. Why do you deducted this ANW charges where as it is cash deposit. This is unfair on your part. Please look into the matter and revert that amount.

                                    I am having a savings bank account ICICI Vadodara and my account no. is[protected]


                                    I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life to see that my account has been debited by MAB charges and that too twice between a span of 10 days.

                                    I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I only knew about QAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

                                    ICICI Bank — Atrocious Service

                                    I got my Demat account with ICICI Direct in 2005 at Chennai. Subsequently, I was transferred to Delhi and since then I have been trying to activate my account at Delhi.

                                    For activitating the acount, there are millions of requirement. First one has to get his address changed and that is an exercise. Besides filling up lengthy forms and submitting proof of residence (it sounds easy) one has to wait at home for the Courrier fellow to deliver the address change letter by hand. Then the exercise starts for getting the Password and ID and that is not very simple. The next step, where I am waiting now is to understand what is ARN No., which one is required to know for activating his account. I do not know, how many steps are still leftl.

                                    For tasting the level of service, one has to go to 'icicidirect.com' site. There is absolutely no way to communicate with the bank. The have provided thousands of forms for various products, but no way one can seek any clarification. There is absolutely no way for an existing customer to ask for any help or clarification.

                                    Simply put it is frustrating.

                                      I am currently out of the country after alomost 10 years lots of calls receiving from the recovery agent at my back home as well to myself repeadetly.
                                      I communicated to them to send the statement details and after regular follow ups with the receovery agents who always talks rubbish the statement landed to my inbox of INR 48,000 only showing interest charges no relevant details are available.

                                      Moroever i communicated that will settle the issue while i am back home as i cannot remember the history of details paid & last statement after 10 yrs as the bank officials were sleeping till date.

                                      The conversation i had was ridiculous eventhough after repeadedtly i informed that shoudl not called me gain nor my parents back home still they were doing so and using abusive languages.

                                      I hence request stricly to the icici bank officials as this no way collecting the debts and the concernced department should take up the issue seriously & penalised the bank alsongwith the collection agency.

                                      Eventhough the similar complaint i already lodged in the local indian embassy alongwith the GSM numbers who were regularly calling us.
