Hi

Myself Alok Dixit a ICICI bank saving account holder. I have logged a complain on 14-08-12, regarding a fraud transaction which is made on 13-08-12 by my debit card and the Complain number is[protected]. I have submitted all the required documents to the Icici Recon Team team on 22nd August 2012 and i have a acknowledgment for same,but they have closed my complain and updated on their system that they haven't received the documents. Same time one of Customer Care Executive (Vimal) informed my that my complain was rejected as i'm not meeting with one of the condition,So I'm not getting the correct information form icici bank ,they are trying to hide some information. I need some help so that i can claim the fraud transaction.

ICICI Bank — Improper Customer Care

have applied for balance transfer in my ICICI credit card. I was informed that I will get the DD in 5 days. But I did not receive even after ten days.

When I called the customer service, they are not responding in a right way and also not allowing me to contact the next level officers. I am totally frustrated.


The data base wihich they are mainintaining is totally incorrect. But they are not ready to accept and providing the same incorrect contact numbers for the couriers.


We have three couriers named Expree, Express delivries & Express IT. But they are striclty saying that all the three are same and giving the same numbers..


This is creating total irritatio to the customers. I have wasted more tha 100 mins in this tracking issues. But no solution provided.

At last I decided to cancel the Balance transfer. That customer care people are not ready to take the cancellation request too.

This refers to my discussion with ICICI Executive, Mr.Piyush today on the 23rd of March 2009.
My Credit Card No.is [protected] Issue Dt.01/07 & Exp.Dt.01/11.
In context to my earlier payment of Rs.3, 668.34/-, the cheque No.198128 Dt.06.12.08 was deposited in Thane-East ATM Branch on the 4th of December 2008. The said was lost in transit and a person from Collection dept has visit my home to collect the cheque of Rs.5, 778/- (Excl Late Payment Fees)on the 29th of December 2008.

A request was made to the ICICI Credit Card Executive for waiver off Late Payment fees, but however the havn't reversed the minimum amout due, which is Mandatory to be paid, as told by Mr.Piyush.

Since this is not my fault that the cheque got lost in transit, then why should I pay the Minimum amount.

However, I had made a transaction of Rs.200/- in the month of February 2009 and now ICICI Bank is asking for the minimum amt due plus Interest charges.

This means, for making a transaction of Rs.200/-, now I have to pay Rs.800/-, this is nothing but trying fool the customers.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and please HELP me.

    If you planning to invest in FD through net banking , be aware of the current non transparent process being followed by ICICI. At the time of request creation you will be asked to fill information like amount , period of deposit , contact details etc. At the end of it you will be forced to enter the transaction password. BUT IN THE PROCESS OF THIS TRANSACTION SYSTEM WILL SHOW AND NOT COMMIT ON ANY INTEREST RATE WHICH YOU WILL GET. You will come to know about this only after a week and if there is any disagreement on interest rate , bank will not do nothing without deducting 1 % from your deposit.
    Be careful and do transactions only after visiting branches or do it in any other bank which operates in more transparent manner.

      I heve transfered an amount of INR 35000 from IOB to ICICI via NEFT. The transcation number is IOBAN [protected]. IOB has said that they have transfered the amount to ICICI. There mail in this regard also reached in my gmail account. But uptil now the amount of INR 35000 has not reached the benfeciary account of ICICI acct No[protected].

      Please help.

Iprocured loan from ICICI bank for my Honda city car in the year 2005 and the loan was paid successfully and I have alsoreceived good customer certificate from your end. I assumed that you must have issued Credit Card on that basis to me and inthe name of my wife.Rs 280/- auto debit return fee was imposed on above credit card on 29 th july 2006. We are not suppose to pay auto debitreturn fee and we don’t understand what auto debit return fee is. We have made complain to your customer care for the samein the year 2006 and since then we have stopped using the credit card and broke the card into two pieces and dropped in ICICIBank drop box. We have not used your card since july 2006 and your bank keep on sending us the statement by imposing latefee charges on Rs 280/-.We made complain many times but your bank did not listen and keep sending us sms , mail , phonecalls for making the payment which we were not suppose to pay. During this 6 years you have imposed interest on Rs 280/-and made the figure to five digit.On I st aug 2012 we received the call from ICICI Bank Mumbai. The name of the person was Megha Parekh and she calledfrom her mobile number [protected].She tried to abuse us and told that we have issued “ Non Bail able warrant” in the nameof Ritu Ohri. It seems your ICICI bank holds the power of Judge of Indian Judiciary and can take any body into the custody. Thisis the real example of harassment and my wife was very upset.We are going to take strict action against your bank and will go the court of law for the harassment made in our piece full life.Since last 6 years you have made our life hell and if we calculate on per day average basis for the last six years we are goingto impose the defame charges of Rs 4,38,000/-( 4.38 lac) on to your bank.Please take a note for the same and we are going to publish your conduct in India as well as International media.           I got the details of transaction from ICICI by mail as below.

          ICICI Bank — Unauthorised use of credit card

          I am holder of ICICI Bank credit card, on 18/04/2009 and 20/04/2009 my card had been debited with 25739.28 which are not done by me.
          I have lodged a complain with the company vide SR[protected] but no action has been taken till date and they had also charged late payment fees for the above amount.

          It seems like some one hacked your credit card
          information either through your recent online transaction or through
          your recent POS transaction.

          1. File a dispute with your bank as soon as possible.
          2. Disable this card permanently and forget about this card and
          destroy card properly as deactivated card also my be misused.
          3. File Police complaint also.

          Do's and Don'ts
          1. In future do not use your credit/debit card or netbanking in public
          places like cyber cafe, offices, clubs etc.
          2. Always use Personal Computer.
          3. Always use Mozilla Firefox in "Private Browsing Mode".
          4. Use Keyscrambler Software.
          5. Always use Upto date windows and Internet Security.

          It seems like some one recharged his/her mobile phones, so if you make
          Police Complaints they may catch suspect immediately. Take action now
          as they may stop using that phones as its balances finished.

            i svdbr krishnareddy,we paid i e fund transfer from my icici acc to icici credit card at 12.30 noon on 1-sep 2012,just nw verified my credit card acc ,my balance is showing rs 44884,but i transfer yesterday from my acc rs 44890.if icici acc amount immediately debit from my acc not transfer or clear in credit card division but credit card statement generate on 2 sep 2012 hw,

            pl see hw i belive my banks.

              these DSA continuously call up every two three minutes, there is one Lakshmi just does not know how to communicate, really gets on the nerves. I am also not able to tolerate these calls and get irritated and she irritates more.

                you provide me information about due amount of P L Rs.60652.00
                in my P L ac lpjai[protected]. and you debited my S B ac[protected].for rs. 4614.00.
                Here by I request to you that how much amount you credited
                against this loan ac sanctioned and in which S B ac you dipositcradited in faver of me. Are you have any concent from me, or any any application for above P L a/c no. pl. reply me whith facts.
                I received P L Rs. 140000 sanctioned by P L ac No. lpjai[protected] dated[protected] by deducted pross. fee. in my S B ac No. 1004117 in jaipur nagaor anchlik gramin bank, bhankarota,ajamer road jaipur Raj. and I paid total 48 EMI on[protected].
                I already provide my fact to your more than five concened recovery agencies. but they all didn't reply me about my queries.
                Now I hope you setisfy me about this. If not than I will go for leagal aid/ banking lokpal with facts. because you hareshed me mentaly or economicaly. and you will be liabale all these matter with legal expenditure. it is a notice under saction 80 cpc.from me.
                I hope you have reputed bank in India with Indian CEO Mis CHANDA k Ocher.AND REPLY ME WITH FARE FACTS.

                  This Is in reference to the strange & bad incident happen today 29 Aug 2012 at ICICI BANK (H1 Block B, Gridhar Complex, Shalimar Garden Extension 2, Sahibabad Ghaziabad-201005).
                  During Cash depositing One Note of Rs 500 bearing Serial number 7AL 364102 declared to be fake by the Bankar & asked to submit in the bank to be further sent to RBI, Causing a loss of Rs. 500 to customer /me. On discussing with the Branch manager the issue remains the same.
                  If RBI & ICICI bank taken an initiative to crush/ Stop running fake notes in the market –
                  • Why they are not taking strong action for the generation ?
                  • Why the comman man has to suffer, who does not even know the authenticity of the note?
                  RBI/ICICI bank has to compensate for the Rs 500/- to me.

                    I m one of the oldest premier and preffered customer of icici bank and i tried to explain my problems to customer care officer on phone
                    and they committed me for reversal o[censored]nresonable charges reflected on my statments but instead of reversal i could see some more unresonable penalty and charges are
                    billed to me.

                    I hope i would be able to get solution of my problem and justice if i post my query here on consumer court.

                    ATTENTION :- CREDIT CARD DEPT

                    I HAD DEPOSITED MY CHQ FOR REPAYMENT OF CREDT CARD IN YOUR CBD BELAPUR BR MUMBAI OF YOUR BANK.
                    CHQ WAS LOST BY THE BRANCH. I WAS TOLD THAT PAYMENT IS TO BE PAID AND THE CHARGES WHICH WAS
                    LEVIED WILL BE WAIVED. SO ONE PERSON WAS DEPUTED FROM YOUR ANDHERI OFFICE TO COLLECT THE AMOUNT.
                    I HAD ISSUED THE CHEQUES FOR THE PURCHASED MADE AND THE CHQ IS PAID TO YOUR ACCOUNT ALSO,
                    BUT STILL FROM THE MONTH OF AUG"08 PENALTY IS NOT WAIVED; BUT IN EVERY STATEMNT IT IS INCLUDED.


                    FROM THIS EVENT I HAVE STOPPED USING YOUR BIG BAZAAR CARD AND I AM NOT ENJOYING YOUR ANY
                    FREE GIFTS. THIS HAS BEEN INFORMED TO THE CALLS WHICH I RECEIVE FROM YOUR SIDE.


                    SECOND GRIEVENCE IS THAT MY EMAIL ID IS ALSO BEING SEND TO WRONG ADDRESS. PLEASE VERIFY

                    This is once again to inform you that inspite of my repeated reminders by letters and phonecalls everymonth, still the amount of wrong debit for Rs.1277.45 not reversed and going on debiting to my a/c and at present it is accumulated to Rs.1277.45 without any fault which can be verified by you from my a/c.I have plenty of times requested over phone and everymonth by letters also along with the payments byt all are in vain inspite of their assurance for reversal of entire wrong debit amount.Pl. look into this and reverse Rs.1277.45 to keep my a/c clean.

                    I really shocked to see your reply for not reversal of your wrong debit towards above charges without any proper verification of my a/c. I never delayed any payments. I never paid any short amount. I always paid in time before its due date and not paid any short amount except your wrong charges amount debited to my card a/c.Pl. check once again properly and reverse the whole wrong debit amount immediately. If still you have any doubt about late or short paymnet, pl inform me the correct date and amount to enable me to clarify the same as nothing is short or late payment made by me.
                    my credit card no.[protected] i have paid the amount through cheque on due date but i have received statement date july 2009 stating that ihave to pay late payment fee totally Rs.697.84 ps original amount to be paid is Rs 1824/- kindly look into the matter reverse the late payment fee in the coming month statement kindly check the record of our payment where as we have paid the amount 10 d ays earlier than the due date many times.

                    Every month you are mentioning the A/c. No. clearly in the statement.

                    In the Month of Oct’2010 why you have not mentioned the A/c. No.

                    So the problem is from your end only, requesting you to waive off the penalty charges Immediately to the pay the amount before the due date.

                    Otherwise please send the complete outstanding amount in Two Account Nos. Immediately without any further delay to close the account and demolish the card..

                      I am Mukesh Ratani which is ICICI bank Ltd."s Saving Account holder.
                      I have deposited a cheque in my bank {ICICI Bank} of Rs.20000/- on dated 24/07/2012 of Bank of India, Hatpipliya Branch, Dist- Dewas [MP] . This cheque is also clear on dated 27/07/2012 but my ICICI Bank have not credit to my Account, that is one month later now and i was continue folloup to Bank but no body responsible and Yours branch Manager Mr. Sandeep Mehta and Transaction officer Mr. Rajeev told to me that Bank of India is not clear the cheque, but I have proof which cheque is also cleared on dated 27/07/2012 [ my party shown me his pass book Bank of India].
                      ICICI Bank staff are not loyal because them behavior so low level and I also complain in RBI and Bank Lokpal.

                        Today a few time back I had attended to the ATM which is attached to Bank branch. I saw the most parts of the printable area of the ATM is blocked. I called a staff. But he said in a rude voice "Why? what has been done? I had to return. I expect at least pleasant voice.

                              icici is fraud comany and chor company they change customers brokerage plans without any notice to customers .
                              i have 2 years old account with icicidirect they have changed my brokerage plan than is 5 times more without my confirmation. the promises they make to customers are fake .

                              i request all investers pls dont invest yr hard earned money with this chor and fraud company the result will be losing yr money .

                                icicidirect is fraud company they change customer brokerage plans without confirmation of costumer. their brokerage pattern is very high compared to other companies .these people are chor they change plans without confirmation to customers.

                                i am holding icicidirect demat account from last 2 years suddenly they have changed my brokerage plan 5times more without my confirmation .the rmanager of this companies are not even bothered for informing customers for and such importance notice.

                                i request all investers in india and world wide do not invest your hard earned money in icici demat account.
                                because these people are blood sucking worms of investers who are chor and fraud filling up thier pockets.

                                    Dear sir, I have opened a young star account with ICICI bankin anna nagar 5thavenue Chennai,while opening i asked if its possible to open a ppf account for my son who is 6years old they told that only Thur nominee it can be opened so my wife being nominee the young star ac was opened and ppf account also opened ,beflre opening ppf account itself i asked the branch manager if it can be linked with young star account such that online i can transfer the funds they told its possible,but now they are telling its not possible as the RBI guide lines passed in august,the account was opened in july2012,in the youngstar account in the funds transfer page the amount to be debited is given as ppf account number and the amount to be credited is given as youngstar account number,i have requested to check that link and change with ICICI bank but still they are not able to resolve the problem can you kindly highlight me on this above issue

                                        Today it is showing the outstanding in my name and i am facing problem while applying for loan. Please help me in this matter.
