On 15th mar, icici bank account #[protected]Bangalore) was blocked in indore icici branch on the basis of police complaint letter. Note: there is no fir/no court order to freeze the account.
I have been using this account for over 8 years, till date there is not a single complaint against my account.
Due to this blocking i haven't received my salary for last 2 months. With this pandemic covid situation my life has become very difficult.
Upon discussion with bangalore branch manager (Sivaprasad) i reached out to indore (Ritesh sharma - bm / deputy manager apurva jain) have taken no action to unfreeze my account. As a matter of fact i haven't received a copy of the complaint nor any details is available about the complainant. I would like to file a legal case since i'm tired following up every single day with no help. Kindly share with me the legal team contact to proceed further.
It has been close to 2months and the account stands blocked. Due to this pandemic situation we are in distress in bangalore. Would you be able to intervene in this matter please.
