[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Been over a month since I paid for the fast tag, have not received fast tag.

I have called the customer care 5 times and every time they ask for 48 hours or 7 days

The complaint and inquiry tickets are closed without resolution.

I am tired of following up, very poor customer experience.
