[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — cash deposit machine issue

I have deposited Rs.2000 in ICICI Bank Cash Deposit machine (Chennai - Valasaravakkam Branch) today (Wednesday, 20th Nov 2019 - around 8:30 PM). Money was accepted into the machine. But at the end while printing the Cash Deposit detail, machine shows transaction got declined and no money was returned from the machine. I got the slip with me but no person was there to help me. Not even a single security guard or bank person near the machine. Called the customer care but no proper response was given. Told me to contact to Bank tomorrow morning. Have lost 2000 rupees.

My account number is[protected]. On 11th September, 2021 I made a cash deposit of Rs.[protected] * 98 + 90 * 99) at time13:16:28 hours with the machine id 0003042SRY at vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad. The machine got stuck cancelled the transaction when I was typing mobile number. The money is not returned and I could not ask anyone. Kindly check and please remit my amount.

But at the end while printing the Cash Deposit detail, machine shows transaction got declined and no money was returned from the machine. I didnot the slip & no person was there to help me. Not even a single security guard or bank person near the machine. Called the customer care but no proper response was given. Told me to contact to Bank tomorrow morning. Have lost 4500 rupees.
