[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — complaining about time taken to open a savings account

Address: Sector 11, Showroom Number 6, Panchkula, Haryana - 134109, Panchkula, Haryana, 134109

I have submitted the online savings account application on 3rd august. I have deposited 10, 000/- to get the account number. Bank representative already collected the documents. It's more than two week, i'm yet to receive any update. How much time it will take to activate the account? Does online application take more time to open an account than it takes in offline?
Bank representative isn't responding with concrete information.
Noone has any proper information.
Sorry so say that after depositing money, they are not opening the account.

Barely I received one or two calls with no proper information.
