ICICI Bank — Complaint against Mr. Nishant Kumar and Mr. Puneet Chhabra (misbehavior)

COMPLAINT AGAINST MR.NITIN BETKAR AND VISHAL PAWALE

Dear Authority,
It gives me extreme disappointing to highlight the behaviour of Mr.Vishal Pawale, who is a disgusting employee, who never answered my calls and when answered, was extremely rude and arrogant.
With no service and cooperation, Vishal Pawale was unprofessional and ill-mannered.
Please find the attached screenshot of the call history the number of times I have approached him, also request you to kindly refer the WhatsApp chat where, even after seeing the message, he never responded on the same.
Very disappointing experience and disgraceful behaviour.

I wonder if ICICI has such poor qualiTy employees who don't even value their customers.

It gives me immense disappointment that after application of credit card with ICICI Bank, I have been facing several behavioural issues with the staff viz. Mr.Nitin Betkar, Ms.Savitri Pawar, Mr.Vishal, Ms.Mamta who have been extremely rude and arrogant in responding and have not been replying on the card activation and other mobile application status. Its shameful that Mr.Nitin Betkar, being a senior has been extremely rude and misbehaving and non cooperative.
I regret being a part of such pathetic bank where employees are so ill-mannered and unprofessional. I condemn such misbehaviour by the mentioned employees and need a justification from the senior regarding the same.

I have approached the branch manager Mr.Jitendra Singh for the same, but, response was unsatisfactory.
With reference to the trailing complaint, I have not been getting any satisfactory response/no response.
Hence, I would like to surrender my card under protest.
If employees like Vishal Pawale and Nitin Betkar are not suspended, it will be very difficult for me to be your customer and continue the relationship.
We customers are not here to take insults from your unprofessional employees.
Your decision will show us a clear picture on whether you value customers or are rude and arrogant employees, a better face of your bank.
Mentioned employees are a blackmark to your bank.
SHAME ON THE HR.
