ICICI Bank — Coral Credit Card Fraud

Bank is giving Coral Credit Card and saying by its agent that they are giving movie ticket offer - Buy 1 get 1 free on Bookmyshow.com I purchased a ticket but there was no offer applied on my new coral credit card. I complained Bookmyshow customer care and they were saying, your coral credit card number is not provided by ICICI bank. I complained ICICI Customer Care and they were saying, your coral credit card is having 100 Rs. off for first ticket every month while booking movie ticket. What the hell!! Bank agent was saying you will get 15% discount on selected Hotel / Restaurants Bill in Surat city. I checked many times on Bank website but there is no name of Surat's hotel or restaurants. I called Bank Agent many time but he always avoiding my call by saying March Ending just finished and all head officers on leave and etc. What about customer satisfaction? I was believing this bank from so long ago.. But very disappointed now. Very disrespected. I personally suggest - Don't buy Credit Cards for movie offers and food offers from this FRAUD ICICI BANK.
