My name is Siddhesh Ramesh Varankar, I am working with ICICI bank, Chandivali branch. There was one fraud incident happened with me on dated 9 Oct 2023. I got one call from unknown number ([protected], [protected]) and said that he was calling from Credit Card department and afterword's he sent me one ICICI Bank Credit Card.apk file and I by mistake clicked on that link.
After that I got some messages on my link mobile no, my User ID is changed, my linked Gmail account was modified. I have tried to block my account by calling ICICI customer care but unfortunately I was not able to connect to them.
At 1.42 PM I received one message stating that, My Account is credited with Rs. 4, 25000, Info BIL *[protected]* INSTAPLCC*1022. After that at 1.44 PM account was debited for Rs. 4, 26000, IMPS [protected].
I have reported this incident to Sakinaka police station, Also I have raised complaint to ICare as well as cyber crime portal.
