[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card extra amount refund

To start from begining,
i hold icici prudential life policy; this i renewed using credit card on 25/09/21. on 27th i requested for converting this outstanding amount to emi and same was done.
i paid first installment of amount in credit card.

Now while this was happening, icici Prudential policy automatically debited full amount from from icici saving account. I contacted customer care to refund the amount in saving acount but mistakenly they credited in CREDIT CARD.
now according to this the emi installment that i paid is extra amount that icici credit card division is holding. After contacting these people (credit card), they are denying to comply it and asking to contact prudential division.

so neither icici prudential is taking ownership and helping to sort this out and niether icici credit card division.

i want my extra emi paid amount to be refunded, , , ,
