ICICI Bank — deduction of amount against renewal of policy

Deduction of Amount 1399 for PPL/WPP_SR[protected] Renewal of Policy is being deducted from my Saving Account.
Earlier also raised this Complaint Vocally in ICICI Bank and they said it won't be deducted from next year but still it has been deducted.
It is been deducted since last 4 years.
So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i have never used it. Please try to clear this request asap. I will put this matter in consumer forum.
