ICICI Bank — Ecs charges reversal

Hi team,

I am marking you mail on the behalf of mr. Narender verma. He is not able to access her mail id.

Our query is that i have contact with branch.
But no positive response from your team.
In my bank account - ecs charges has been charged multiple times. It is because of bajaj finance who represents it but bank should not charge its multiple times. As i am facing difficulty of financial condition in this covd 19. I am old customer of your bank and having good banking with icici. Please refund this time the ecs charges amount and it will not repeat again. Around 12 to 15k is charged by bank as ecs charges.

I am marking you mail. I hope you understand the situation otherwise i have to go with rbi.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.
Please cooperate with me and try to understand my current financial situation.

I request you to refund money as soon as possible.

ECS is hitting 10 times a day.
Each time bank charge 590 rs
Dont know whats going on please help

Hi this is Vivek kumar choudhary .I am and existing customer my icici Bank A/C[protected] in branch Darbhanga.Many time deduct my money as ECSRTNCHG.They the bank hit the charges without my knowdge and without any confirmation email or SMS and no any phone call.i have already raised complain to my Relationship manager but they did not help mee and say I am busy .now what i do i dont know . i want my refund of all deduction as soon as possible.
