Facing same issue not as highlighted above and verification under process since last 20 days. Customer support team has asked to visit nearest branch. Officials at the branch again asked me to call customer support and get them talk to customer support team. They talked internally and Deputy Branch manager asked me to email the details, they will take it up internally. Can someone please help here how to solve it on immediate basis??
