[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — false commitment on pl

Hello sirs, it has been seven year of my relationship with icici bank, now recently got new personal loan of amount of 1300000/- with pre closure of existing two personal loan,. Details attached. I got commitment by bank pl representative & branch manger that prepayment charges of exiting personal loans & loan processing fee will be zero as bank treat you a valued customer. On the behalf of these commitment i have signed all the documents. On 24th october night 437762/- amount credit on my account on behalf of personal loan. I have called to bank representative that amount not credited as per calculation you showed me & prepayment charges of exiting pl & loan processing fee also deducted. He refereed me of closing month pressure & commit me again that deducted amount will be disburse shorty as approval of same is pending with his boss. Now its has been almost one month i regularly visit in concern narnaul (Haryana) branch & getting commitment & excuses of head boss change/file pending in hissar/process by next monday etc. By narnaul (Haryana) branch manager satish wats & pl representative raj mohan. my kind request to you all please look this matter urgently & get this resolved as amount difference is huge.
