[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Fastag not removed from blacklisting

My Vehical No. HR06AC1923.
I had ICICI Bank Fastag. My Tag Account No. : 23158751 & Customer ID: 12561666 of ICIC bank Fatsag.
I applied to close my fastag account to ICICI Bank Fastag on 17/04/2022. I also applied to remove the tag of Blacklisting on the same day. They close the account and also refund my balance amount on 04/05/2022. But they didn't remove the tag of BLACK LISTING ACCOUNT.
Due to this problem, I am not able to activate and resolve the mapping issue with my new HDFC Bank Fastag.
I have filed number of complaint regarding this to ICICI Bank Fastag. They people are giving lot of harrasement to me. I am not able to run my vehical on road with my new HDFC Fastag.
It is requested to take up the matter with ICICI Fastag to remove the Black Listing Tag from my Vehical account.
