Hi, I have a Forex card in which I deposited around 77k INR (on 29/03) as I was abroad & needed money urgently. Transaction got stuck & I was on call with so many people for 5-6 hours and requested them to release the payment as I need my money urgently & didn't had much cash. No one helped and asked me to wait for one working day & then at last, I requested to cancel the transaction as I was flying back on 30/03 and no more needed AED. Despite multiple calls & requests, money was added to my forex card on 30/03 (night) when I was back to India. I even got a call on 30/03 morning & told this person to stop the transaction as I'm in flight now.. still they didn't do it & I now have a loss because of them. WHO WILL BARE THIS EXCHANGE COST OF 8K? Is this the service they are providing to the customers? I need my full money back to my saving account. Their team is pathetic & offers no help.
