ICICI Bank — Gold loan & Jewelry missing

Updated by shathicamphor I borrowed a gold loan Rs.4, 50, 000 against jewels ( Loan account :[protected] on 23.10.2018 and i paid full interest on 2019.
The pawned jewelry has been recovered and re-mortgaged without my knowledge (4 times) and my loan was top upped from Rs 4 50 000 to Rs 7, 36, 875 (as on date). I didn't received any amount in my hand for the top upped re-mortgaged jewelry loan. Also i didn't received any notification for that re-mortgaged jewelry loan.

I borrowed gold loan Rs 4, 64, 000 above mentioned account[protected], My jewels are released without my knowledge also I didn't received my jewels on my hands on that particular loan account jewelry.

We visited ICICI kottaiyure branch and verified regarding above the issue, the jewels are recovered by unauthorized person(Reka) with help of ICICI kottaiyure branch staff, My jewelry[protected] are recovered & mortgaged in outside finance by ICICI kottaiyure branch staff.
jewels ( Loan account :[protected] the loan amount was four times top upped by un-authorized person (Rekha)with help of ICICI kottaiyure branch staff.
Reka she is working our company she missing our company property and company cheque leaf, she is absconding now and we are file a criminal case on Reka at Sivaganga SP office, also we will going to file criminal case against ICICI kottaiyure branch staff.
